This study empirically verified the causal relationship that healing, family, natural, and deviant motives have on LOHAS values, LOHAS image, and tourism behavioral intentions as LOHAS tourism motives in rural tourism. It suggests useful implications for LOHAS tourism in rural tourism. From June 5 to June 20, 2022, a total of 400 copies were distributed and 377 copies were recovered. Factor analysis and reliability verification were performed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 for 369 copies for which statistical analysis was possible. Structural analysis of covariance was performed to verify the proposed research hypothesis. The hypothesis test results of the study are summarized as follows. First, healing motives, natural motives, family motives, and deviant motives were found to have a significant effect on LOHAS values. Second, healing motive and family motive were found to have a significant effect on LOHAS image. However, it was found that natural motive and deviant motive did not have a significant effect on LOHAS image. Third, healing motives and natural motives were found to have a significant effect on tourism behavior intention. However, it was found that family motives and deviant motives did not have a significant effect on tourism behavior intention. Finally, it was analyzed that the LOHAS value did not have a significant effect on the LOHAS image.

In this study, a theoretical review was conducted to prove whether social support plays a moderating effect between emotional labor and job burnout of hotel employees, and a research model and two hypotheses were established and empirical analysis was conducted. The population was targeted at hotel employees in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and a survey was conducted from July 1 to July 30, 2022. The contents of questionnaire was written by the researcher based on previous studies, and the survey was requested to an online research company, and it was conducted with the help of a panel held by the company using the Google questionnaire platform. After explaining the purpose of the study through the URL link of the questionnaire, the data were collected in a self-written manner through Kakao Talk to the survey subjects. A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed, and 339 questionnaires were collected. Among them, 322 copies were used for empirical analysis, excluding 17 inconsistent or insincere questionnaires. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, frequency analysis, validity and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS 20.0. As a result of testing the presented hypothesis, it was found that the emotional labor of hotel employees had a significant effect on job burnout. Subsequently, as a result of examining whether social support plays a moderating effect between emotional labor and job burnout of hotel employees, it was verified that social support plays a moderating effect by obtaining a significant regression coefficient in the interaction term. In conclusion, the hypothesis presented through the theoretical basis of previous studies was adopted, and academic and practical implications were presented accordingly.

This study aims to investigate the effect of Hanok stay experience on satisfaction and revisit intention for tourists who have experienced Hanok stay. Data were collected from 175 respondents who had experience of Hanok stay. The survey period was conducted for about 4 weeks from the beginning of September 2022. Analysis of the collected data was performed using SPSS. The analysis results are as follows. First, it was found that the experience of Hanok stay had a significant effect on satisfaction. Second, it was found that the experience of Hanok stay had a significant effect on revisit intention. Third, satisfaction with Hanok stay was found to have a significant effect on revisit intention. Through these research results, implications for the activation of Hanok stay were suggested.

This study places the focus on the structural relationships among perceived credibility, perceived usefulness, the adoption of online reviews and purchase intention. For the purpose of this study, I built up both model researches and hypotheses, and then examined the hypotheses. The empirical analysis using SPSS 27.0 was performed. The results are summarized as follows: First, both perceived credibility and perceived usefulness have significant relationships with consumers' adoption of online reviews. Second, perceived credibility and perceived usefulness together increase the likelihood of consumer purchase intention. Third, the adoption of online reviews has a positive impact on consumer purchase intention. Forth, perceived credibility has a positive impact on perceived usefulness. This empirical study can enable managers to better understand the effects of online reviews on consumer purchase behaviors. Finally I suggested the summary, the implications and the limitations of the research results with the future tasks.

This article introduces K-Move project(Government funded support program related to overseas employment) and finds out how to improve the current project. It covers an overall review of the K-Move project from its background, purpose and current development status. Also this article tries to find out how to improve the project, dealing with practical issues. In order to achieve the purpose of the article, carefully selected focus group interview has been conducted with 6 experts from the hotel operation fields and university professors who have participated in K-Move project as a trainer. Based on an analysis of the interview, the improvement proposals for the K-Move project are suggested including provision of customized job information and support from a long-term perspective. Also how to strengthen participants' global competency are suggested including intensive language training and prevention of dropout.

The purpose of this study is to strengthen the competitiveness of the hotel industry by presenting alternatives to improve the work-life balance(WLB) of hotel staff and maximize the capabilities of human resources in order to achieve successful innovation in the crisis of the hotel industry caused by COVID-19. I would like to suggest a plan. The sample consisted of employees working in a 5-star hotel located in the Seoul area. It was conducted using online survey. The survey period was conducted for one month from July 25 to August 20, 2022. A total of 259 copies of the questionnaire were collected of which 253 copies were analyzed excluding 6 inconsistent copies. For the collected data, SPSS 23.0 statistical program was used and frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. As a result of the analysis first, the hotel staff's work life balance(WLB), that is work environment, self-development, salary, vacation, and colleague relationship were found to statistically affect job enthusiasm, self-efficacy and job performance. Second, it was found that job enthusiasm affects job performance and self-efficacy affects job performance. As for the academic implications unlike the work-life balance topic dealt with in the existing social sciences the analysis of work-life balance for the hotel industry can be differentiated from existing studies. The quality improvement of the hotel can be said to be an analysis that presents an alternative considering the work-life balance of hotel staff.

The effort-reward imbalance(ERI) model is a theoretical model of a psychosocial work environment with adverse effects on health and well-being that focuses on a mismatch between high efforts spent and low rewards received at work. the aim of this research was to investigate the effort-reward imbalance as it was perceived by hotel employees and to examine the effects of the self efficacy, work value and turnover intention. Data were collected from hotel employees at 11 five star hotels in Seoul. A total of 211 samples were finally used for the analysis. The statistical tools to be undertaken this research were frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and discriminant validity analysis using the statistical package of SPSS (26.0) and AMOS (26.0). The results of the analysis showed that perceived effort-reward imbalance had significant effect on work value and turnover intention but self efficacy did not. The results indicated that self efficacy had nonsignificant effect on turnover intention. Also the results indicated that work value had significant effect on turnover intention. Practical implications and limitation of the study are discussed within.

This study aims to provide basic data for effective human resource management strategies of resort and hotel organizations by examining the impact relationship between Job Enthusiasm, Learning Agility to learn new knowledge and skills, and Change Commitment to support organizational change. In order to verify the hypothesis, 312 respondents from the mobile (Google) questionnaire were secured to the members of resorts and hotels in Gangwon and Gyeonggi, and SPSS 24 and AMOS 22.0 were used to verify the overall structural model, and as a result of the study, First, it was found that Job Enthusiasm had a positive (+) effect on Learning Agility, and members with high Job Enthusiasm were active in learning new challenging experiences. The second Job Enthusiasm was found to have a positive (+) effect on Change Commitment, and members with high Job Enthusiasm were found to be active in supporting organizational change. Third, Learning Agility was found to have a positive (+) effect on Emotional Change Commitment and Normative Change Commitment, but it was confirmed that it was not significant for Continuous Commitment. Fourth, Organizational Agility was found to be statistically insignificant as a result of verifying the moderating effect of strengthening the influence relationship between Job Enthusiasm and Learning Agility and the influence relationship between Job Enthusiasm and Change Commitment. From these findings, it can be found that members with high Job Enthusiasm and Learning Agility support organizational change, so the organization theoretically supports the practical validity of managing potential prior factors to secure members with strong job enthusiasm in terms of human management.

The purpose of this study was to empirically study the effect of occupational calling on psychological ownership, job engagement, and customer orientation targeting travel industry employees. The sample for the empirical study of this study was targeted at customer service employees working at five outbound travel agencies in Seoul, and a face-to-face survey was conducted from June 27 to July 1, 2022. And 212 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the factor analysis, occupational calling was classified into pro-social values, life purpose and meaning, and transcendental calling. The hypothesis test result, it was found that pro-social value among the constituent factors of occupational calling had a significant effect on psychological ownership, but transcendental calling, life purpose and meaning had no significant effect. Also, life purpose and meaning, pro-social values were found to have a significant effect on job engagement, but transcendental calling did not have a significant effect. In addition, psychological ownership was found to have a significant effect on job engagement and customer orientation, and job engagement had a significant effect on customer orientation.

This study is focused on figuring out the Metaverse utilization by the domestic tourism industry and suggesting the effective management way. To accomplish the study purpose, the case studies were conducted according to the business type of a hotel, a travel, a food service, MICE and a theme park. The used variables were a metaverse type, a metaverse platform type, a metaverse characteristic and a gamification factor. Firstly it was founded that the characteristic factors of metaverse contents were not good enough in case of hotels, MICE and food service establishments but various in case of theme parks. So many users visited to the metaverse contents of theme parks. Secondly it was discovered that the metaverse contents related to the travel were developed not by the travel agencies but by the public organizations. Therefore the travel agencies should consider making the metaverse contents to cope with fluctuating market. It is not an option for tourism firms to supply the guests with the untact service anymore. So the managers should consider utilizing metaverse to make their business prosper consistently. And also the government should give them the financial supports.

This study objectively looks back on the current situation of barrier-free tourism from the perspective of rethinking tourism after COVID-19 and the purpose is to provide an opportunity to revise for the better or establish a new strategy. First, barrier-free tourism cannot be activated only by the government's efforts. In order to create a successful tourist destination, organic cooperation of all citizens, social service organizations, companies, and government groups in the local community is essential. Second, the active participation of vulnerable groups such as the disabled, pregnant women, and infants must be premised on the barrier-free tourism creation process. In order to accurately identify what they want and actively accept their opinions to improve them, their active participation should be encouraged. Third, for the promotion and growth of sustainable barrier-free tourism, it is necessary to establish midto long-term goals and visions, not ending with a one-time or short-term plan. In addition, develop and implement a systematic system, and the continuation of campaigns and education is of paramount importance. Finally, In order to grow into inclusive tourism, it is necessary to expand facilities considering not only physical disabilities, but also more diverse groups such as hearing impaired, families with infants and young children, and the elderly. This study has limitations in that it did not collect expert opinions or conduct empirical analysis centering on the subjects. In the future, it is required to develop evaluation indicators for the growth of inclusive tourism and to improve the quality of barrier-free tourism through objective analysis results.

The purpose of this study is to test the structural relationships of customer incivility, emotional dissonance, burnout and turnover intention in the hotel industry. To accomplish the study goals, a field survey was conducted with the employees of deluxe hotels in Seoul area. The statistical tools to be undertaken in this research were frequency analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and covariance analysis using the statistical package of SPSS(12.0) and AMOS(6.0). The results of this study could be summarized as follows; First, the customer incivility (the language and physical violence, destructive behavior, bad credit behavior) had a positive effect on the level of hotel employees' emotional dissonance. Second, the customer incivility (the language and physical violence, destructive behavior, bad credit behavior) positively affected the level of hotel employees' burnout. Third, the customer incivility (the bad credit behavior) showed a positive effect on the level of hotel employees' turnover intention. Fourth, emotional dissonance significantly enhanced employees' burnout. Fifth, emotional dissonance had a positive effect on employees' turnover intention. In the last chapter, the paper concludes with discussions and the managerial implications for the effective personnel policies.

The purpose of this study was to provide the Effect of Satisfaction with Hotel non-face-to-face services on relationship continuity intention. Non-face-to-face services are also increasing in the hotel industry. In addition, this study derived results by conducting demographic difference analysis. As a result, all of the hypotheses of this study were found to be significant. Hotel non-face-to-face service quality, customer satisfaction, and relationship continuity intention all have a positive influence. The demographic T-TEST and ANOVA of the survey subjects were conducted to find out the differences according to characteristics. Based on previous studies that show that customer expectations and performance have a direct effect on customer satisfaction, an expanded EDT(Expectation- Disconfirmation Theory) was used. Therefore, this study provides academic and practical implications for hotel non-face-to-face service quality. For the purpose of this study, empirical analysis using SPSS was performed.

This study aims to verify the influence of employees' perception of their leader's fun leadership on rapport, emotional response and service behavior in the context of hotel organizations to present practical implications related to fun leadership. This study posited six research hypotheses based on relative literature, also established a research model with the six hypotheses. In addition, data obtained from 395 hotel employees working at five-star hotels in Seoul and the metropolitan area was used to test the postulated six hypotheses and the research model. The findings of this study, first, leaders' fun leadership in hotel companies has a positive and significant impact on rapport. Second, the study found that leaders' fun leadership positively and significantly influences emotional response. Third, the study found that leaders' fun leadership positively and significantly influences service behavior. Fourth, rapport positively and significantly affects emotional response. Fifth, rapport positively and significantly affects service behavior. Sixth, emotional response positively and significantly affects service behavior. The current study contributes to advancement of the hospitality, presenting the significant findings that fun leadership plays a crucial role in the human resources management for hotel organizations.

This study proposes a measure of value innovation culture for rapidly changing hotel organizations and conducts a study on how organizations with such organizational culture affect knowledge sharing and service innovation behavior. Therefore, this study summarized the theoretical background of value innovation, organizational culture, definition of value innovation culture, and value innovation culture, and selected Khanapuri's 'Framework to assess Value Innovation Potential of organization' and set the measurement items as two sub-items. In addition, through a theoretical review of knowledge sharing and service innovation behavior, the hypothesis was clearly defined and a research model was established to conduct a survey. As a result, members of an organization with a culture of value innovation are determined to constantly try to reach a consensus on innovative ideas, modify and supplement new ideas to work, try to share job information or knowledge within the hotel, and find new skills, tools, and intentions. Based on these research results, the direction of research tasks for future research was suggested along with theoretical and practical implications.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effective relationship between brand equity and relationship orientation of hotel's ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) management acknowledged by consumer since ESG management was recently emphasized in global. An online survey was conducted to guests who stayed at a five-star hotel. A total of 261 questionnaires were used for statical analysis by SPSS v.23 and AMOS v.23. The summary of results from this investigation is as follows. First, it was found out that hotel's ESG management positively affected perceived quality. Second, the hotel's ESG management was partially supported as the governance didn't affect brand recognition. Third, the hotel's ESG management was partially supported as the governance didn't have positive influence on brand image. Forth, hotel's ESG management didn't affect the relationship orientation as all of them were not supported. Fifth, it was analyzed that the brand equity was a mediating effect between hotel's ESG management and relationship orientation. This paper proposed an implication of brand equity and relationship orientation in hotel ESG management based on the research results.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among Family-Friendly Organizational Culture, Work-Family Conflict and Burnout. For the purpose of study, 220 survey questionnaires were distributed among employees who are working for 5-Star Hotel in Busan area from 1st July, 2022 to 31th July, 2022. Due to the reliability of data, 17 samples were discarded and 203 samples were put to actual analysis. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, the researcher conducted and analyzed by using SPSS Ver. 22.0 statistics package. The results of the study are as follows. First, Family-Friendly Organizational Culture which are consist of organizational time demands perceived career consequences managerial supports had significantly negative effects on work-family conflict and burnout. Second, Work-Family Conflict had significantly positive effects on burnout. This study shows that if a hotel company implements various family-friendly systems to maintain the work-life balance of its employees establishes a flexible working system so that employees can freely use it, and provides active support from supervisors and other organizations, Experience will reduce work-family conflict and burnout and increase work performance. For this, the introduction and implementation of the family-friendly system is important, but it is to form a consensus that the members of the organization are not affected by any negative effects in using the family-friendly system and to encourage them to actively use the system.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among sharing accommodation's selective attributes, positive emotion and behavior intention. To perform this study, total 240 questionnaire were distributed to tourists who had experienced sharing accommodation dated from May 15th to June 15th. Unusable data were excluded, 204 usable responses were obtained for empirical analysis. For the study structure, selective attributes of sharing accommodation was divided with economy, accessibility, authenticity, convenient facilities. Positive emotion and behavior intention were sing factor. The results have shown as follows: Hypothesis 1, among selective attributes of sharing accommodation, all factors have a positive effect on positive emotion. Hypothesis 2, positive emotion of tourist has a positive effect on behavior intention. Hypothesis 3, among selective attributes of sharing accommodation, accessibility, authenticity and convenience facility have a positive effect on behavior intention. This study results has found that managing selective attributes of sharing accommodation is competitive marketing strategy for industry.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of camping site selection factors on camping constraints. In addition, the factors influencing camping constraints on the continuous behavioral intention of campers were identified. In addition, the adjustment effect of auto camping and car camping is identified. To this end, 314 camping users were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS analysis tools. As a result of the study, it was investigated that the camping site selection factor did not significantly affect the physical constraint factor. However, among the factors for selecting campsites, the remaining three factors excluding the environment were found to have a significant effect on external constraints. In addition, it was investigated that camping constraints had a significant effect on the continuous behavioral intention of campers. In addition, a difference test was conducted on the moderating effect between the camping type of auto camping site and car camping. As a result of the study, since the result value of 28.134 (df=15) is greater than the standard value of 25.00 (df=15), it may be said that there is a control effect. Therefore, it can be said that the relationship between the selection factor of the camping site, the camping restriction factor, and the continuous behavioral intention of the campers varies depending on the camping type of auto camping and car camping. Through this study, we intend to examine new trends in the camping industry and continue positive changes.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the priority and strategic direction of Mokpo's sustainable tourism development by vitalizing Tourism Hub City as Mokpo, Jeollanam Province, was selected as the target site for the Tourism Hub Cities Development Project. For this purpose, the A'WOT analysis technique, which proved the ease of deriving priorities and strategies was used. As a result, specific factors were analyzed as important priorities in sustainable tourism development through vitalization of Mokpo's Tourism Hub City. Therefore, specific strategies are needed to vitalize sustainable tourism in Mokpo based on the Tourism Hub City. The academic significance of this study is that it presented priorities and strategies using the A'WOT methodology, which is different from previous studies related to tourism development and Tourism Hub City Project in Mokpo. Based on this study, Mokpo's successful growth as Tourism Hub City and sustainable tourism development can be basis.

This study empirically verified the causal relationship that healing, family, natural, and deviant motives have on LOHAS values, LOHAS image, and tourism behavioral intentions as LOHAS tourism motives in rural tourism. It suggests useful implications for LOHAS tourism in rural tourism. From June 5 to June 20, 2022, a total of 400 copies were distributed and 377 copies were recovered. Factor analysis and reliability verification were performed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 for 369 copies for which statistical analysis was possible. Structural analysis of covariance was performed to verify the proposed research hypothesis. The hypothesis test results of the study are summarized as follows. First, healing motives, natural motives, family motives, and deviant motives were found to have a significant effect on LOHAS values. Second, healing motive and family motive were found to have a significant effect on LOHAS image. However, it was found that natural motive and deviant motive did not have a significant effect on LOHAS image. Third, healing motives and natural motives were found to have a significant effect on tourism behavior intention. However, it was found that family motives and deviant motives did not have a significant effect on tourism behavior intention. Finally, it was analyzed that the LOHAS value did not have a significant effect on the LOHAS image.
