This study applies the concepts of “eventness” and “phenomenological body”, proposed by Erica Fisher-Richte in her theory of aesthetics of performance. Using the study concepts it analyzes two globally active disabled choreographers' dances; Jo Bannon's Exposure (2011) and Chiara Bersani's Gentle Unicorn (2017).
In Exposure, Bannon emphasized the eventuality of the performance in a way that explored the multilayered meaning of “seeing” on the premise of physical co-presence with the audience, based on his albism-related disabilities. Bersani, on the other hand, in Gentle Unicorn, revealed the phenomenological specificity inherent in the disabled body as well as the body's potential to liberate the existing concept of disability.

This study aims to test influential relations between instructors' servant leadership and ballet majors' emotional expressiveness and also the mediating effects of dance commitment between them, thus providing basic data to establish a practical education system to improve emotional expressiveness in professional ballet education. For these purposes, the study selected the online questionnaire of 172 college ballet majors and analyzed the data with the SPSS 18.0 program. The findings were as follows: first, vision, a subfactor of instructors' servant leadership, had positive effects on all the subfactors of dance emotional expressiveness; and second, dance commitment played mediating roles in influential relations between instructors' servant leadership and ballet students' emotional expressiveness. These findings are expected to contribute to the utilization of instructors' competence with servant leadership as a new teaching plan to enhance students' emotional expressiveness in professional ballet education.

This research aims to re-examine the education of dance composition by exploring intra/interpersonal intelligence from Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences and to identify the educational contents to promote expression. The phenomenological research approach based on the interpretative paradigm was adopted. 10 choreographers were Selected based on the 'criterion-based sampling' and data was colleted through semi-structured interviews. Data was analyzed based on Moustaka's horizonatilizing process. Four dimensions- 'self-awareness', 'other-awareness', 'to percieve' and 'to implement' were identified to cultivate expression in the teaching and learning of dance composition.

Self-concept clarity, social comparison orientation, fear of negative evaluation, intolerance of uncertainty were developed as mediators. Social interaction anxiety was developed as an independent variable. This study also added resilience as a moderator to illustrate the differential effects. This study collected data from 427 usable sources (colleges) and statistical analysis was applied by SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 23.0. The result of this study showed that all the variables have significant relationship. Meanwhile, the significantly indirect path has been found. Lastly, the level of resilience has a significant moderation effect on the path.
