현대사회의 상장 문화 변화와 우리나라 지형·지세에 알맞은 실용적 풍수 관점을 사례지를 통한 실제적 방법을 제시한 것이다. 혈(穴)을 중심으로 생성된 주위 사격과 물 등이 안정과 균형을 이룬 장소에 명당이 형성되는 것으로 추정된다. 따라서 자연은 사람과의 유기체적 관계로 의지 또는 순응해야 된다. 현재의 상장(喪葬) 문화는 다양한 인식 변화와 가족·세대 간 견해 차이로 화장 문화가 확장 추세이고 풍수적 의미는 퇴색되고 있다. 반면 미래 발전을 위해 사람의 존재성에 대한 인식 변화로 매장 및 화장에 대한 상장 변화 기대 효과로 조선시대의 회격(灰格) 방법을 채용하여 사용한 회격 묘실의 중요성이 대두된다. 사람의 미래가 불확실한 현실에 대비하는 지혜로 가묘(假墓)를 조성함으로써 가족들의 심리적 안정감을 제공하는 동시에 본인에 대한 건강·장수(長壽)의 사상적 의미가 내재된 현실을 구현한 연구이다.

This is to present a practical method through an example area of a practical feng shui perspective suitable for the change of cremation culture in modern society and the shape of the land and topography of Korea. It is estimated that a famous place is formed in a place where the surrounding environment and water created around Ruin are stable and balanced. Therefore, nature should rely on or adapt to its biological relationship with humans. On the other hand, the importance of Hoegyeog Grave cemetery, which was used using the Hoegyeog method of the Joseon Dynasty, is raised as an expected effect of a change in culture for burial and cremation due to a change in the perception of human existence for future development. People create gamyo (假墓) with the wisdom to prepare for the reality of an uncertain future. The practical feng shui is a study that provides psychological stability to the family through this gamyo (假墓), and at the same time realizes the reality with the ideological meaning of health and longevity for oneself.

이 연구는 서울 및 용산의 풍수지리를 「대동여지도」 상에서 거시적으로, 고지도와 일제 강점기 등 다양한 시기의 지형도 상에서 미시적으로 분석한 후 실제 야외답사를 통하여 용산 일대의 풍수지리를 분석, 평가하고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 용산 일대의 토지이용을 조사한 후 용산과 연계한 서울의 도시공간구조 개편안을 제안하려고 한다. 풍수의 경관형태적 특성은 대하천인 한강을 대수로 하고 관악산을 조산으로 하는 '연화부수형'에 해당된다. 풍수지리상 '연화부수'의 상징경관은 '작은 중심성들'간의 연계에 따른 평화와 화합을 의미한다면 용산은 한강을 중심으로 한 다섯 개 회랑의 연계 고리가 되는 공간 및 도시설계가 시민에 의하여 이루어질 수 있도록 하여야 한다.

This study evaluates the Pungsu landscape in Seoul and Yongsan area and suggests the spatial rearrangement ideas toward the ideal and confort environment. The macro and micro level approach to topography is adapted and short field trips are simultaneously done. The Pungsu landscape image of Yongsan is characterized in “lotus floating on the water”. The symbolic landscape gives some idea about spatial rearrangements of small central places for national peace and harmony. Their spatial structures can be associated with Han river with functional services by civil powers.

『천기대요(天機大要)』는 중국 명나라 때 임소주(林紹周)가 지은 것이며, 조선 인조 14년(1636년)에 성여춘(成如櫄)이 발행하였다. 『천기대요』에 생기복덕법이 두 가지가 있는데, 하나는 '나이와 행사일의 일진이 속하는 팔괘 사이를 상지선동법으로 변괘하여 택일을 하는데 사용하는 남녀본명생기법(제1법)'이고, 나머지는 '택좌와 문향의 팔괘 관계를 상지선동법으로 변괘하여 판단하는 주택생기법(제2법)'인데, 아래 표에서 보는 것처럼 차이가 있다.
제1법은 『천기대요』의 「혼인문」에 기술하고 있는데 원리적 근거로 구성론을 사용하여 8개 궁위별 길흉관계가 명확하나, 제2법은 『천기대요』의 「기조문」에 기술하고 있는데 '원리적 근거가 명료하지 않아서 주역, 음양, 오행, 방합과 반합, 정음정양, 형충파해, 원진, 현공대괘 등 여러 이론으로 길흉근거는 설명'을 할 수 있었으나, 8궁위별 길흉관계가 명확하지 않다.
제1법은 67%의 일치성, 제2법은 27%의 일치성을 보였고, 사례분석의 결과도 법칙의 명료성을 뒷받침하였다. 실무상에서도 제1법은 통용되나, 제2법은 비판적 견해가 있다.

The Cheongi-Daeyo was built by Im So-ju during the Ming Dynasty of China, and was published by Sung Yeo-chun the 14th year of King Injo's reign (in 1636). There are two types of biological retrofit methods in the Cheongi-Daeyo, and the composition is different, One is methodologies of Saenggibokdeok in Men and Women Born Fate(Act No. 1), which is used to change the arms between the arms belonging to the age and the event day, and the other is methodologies of Saenggibokdeok in house(Act No. 2), which is determined by transforming the arm of Palgwe's relationship between Taekjwa and Munhyang. as shown in the table below.
The first law is described in the Marriage Monument of the Cheongi-Daeyo, and the second law is described in the Gijomun of the Cheongi-Daeyo, but the original evidence is not clear. The first law showed 67% concordance, while the second law showed 27% concordance, and the results of the case analysis were related to the clarity of the law, and in practice, the second law is partially used but not supported by the majority.

풍수지리학의 적용이 점점 다양화되고 있는 현대에서, 점차 소외되고 있는 음택풍수에 대한 요구도 필요하다고 본다. 그러므로 현장에서 적용되어지는 이론을 정립하고 사례지를 대상으로 분석하고자 한다.
본 논문에서는 『인자수지(人子須知)』와 『조선의 풍수』에서 분류하는 용·혈·사·수(龍·穴·砂·水)에 맞춰 이론적인 정립을 한다. 이러한 형식논리를 따라서 하는 이유는 좌향론(坐向論)의 역사가 길지 않고 현재에도 여러 의견들이 분분하여 체계적인 논증이 이루어지지 않아 풍수지리적 분석에서는 미흡하기 때문이다. 그리고 형국론(形局論) 또한 개인적인 관법이나 학파에 따라 동일 형태를 명명하는데도 천차만별로 나타나기 때문에 학술적인 관점에서는 활용하기 적절치 않다. 좌향론이 풍수지리 항목에서 한자리를 차지하게 된 것이 청대에 『지리오결(地理五訣)』에서 용혈사수와 동격으로 다루어진 이후이며, 현대에 이르러 용·혈·사·수·향의 다섯 항목으로 일반화되었다. 그러므로 좌향론과 형국론은 배제하였으나, 그 중 좌향론은 수구(水口)에 의해서 결정되므로 수법편의 세부항목으로 첨부하여 분석을 하였다.
본 고에서는 음택풍수를 대상으로 하고, 형기론(形氣論)적인 부분을 근간으로 하여 광평군(廣平君) 이능묘(李能墓)에 대한 분석을 시도한다. 이능묘는 풍수지리적인 분석을 시도하기에 적절한 조건을 갖추고 있으므로 연구의 필요성이 있다고 보았다. 이에 이능묘에 대한 풍수지리적 분석을 『인자수지』의 용·혈·사·수의 네 개 항목으로 분석하여 명당의 부합정도에 대해 판단한다.

In modern times, where the application of feng shui geography is becoming more diverse, it is also necessary to demand for Eumtaek feng shui, which is gradually being alienated. It is intended to establish a theory and analyze it on the case paper. In this paper, theoretical establishment is made according to the (Yong, Huel, Sa, Su), which are classified in (InjaSuji) and (Pungsu of Joseon). In this paper, the analysis of Lee Neung-myo in Gwangpyeong-gun is attempted based on Eumtaek Pungsu and based on the Hyeongse. It was considered necessary to study this tomb because it has appropriate conditions for attempting feng shui analysis. Accordingly, the geomantic analysis of the tomb of Yi Neung is analyzed into four items: 龍·血·砂·水 of Injasuji, and the Size, precious, vulgar Stream of Myeongdang is judged.
