Purpose
The purpose of this study is to examine the variables affecting user satisfaction through previous studies and to examine the differences between apps. Differences are based on factors that determine the quality of real estate service apps and derived by the topic modeling results.
Design/methodology/approach
This study conducts topic modeling to find factors affecting user satisfaction of real estate service apps using user reviews. Sentiment analysis is additionally conduct on the derived topics to examine the user responses.
Findings
Users give high sentiment scores for services that can manage factors such as usefulness of information, false sales, and hype. In addition, managing the basic services of app is an important factor influencing user satisfaction.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the user satisfaction and continuous use intention of the improved ATCIS in the Korean Army.
Design/methodology/approach
Based on the various theories in relation to IT continuance, user satisfaction was identified as the main factor with regard to the continuous use intention of the improved ATCIS. In addition, computer self-efficacy, education-training, and system quality were hypothesized as antecedent variables to user satisfaction, and information security stress was set as a moderating variable for these relationships.
Findings
Survey results show that computer self-efficacy, education and training, and system quality had a positive effect on user satisfaction, and information security stress was found to moderate these relationships. The effects of computer self-efficacy and education-training on user satisfaction were higher in the group with low information security stress. However, the relationship between system quality and user satisfaction was higher in the group with high information security stress. User satisfaction is found to have a positive effect on the continuous use intention even with habit considered as a control variable.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to analyzes the RPA fitting processes by the casese of manufacturing SMEs(Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) in an exploraty approach. Based on the findings on the RPA fitting processes, we intend to provide a cornerstone for developing a general-purpose RPA introduction model in the future.
Design/methodology/approach
In this study, empirical cases of RPA fitting processes were analyzed based on interviews with project managers of specialized IT suppliers in charge of RPA development and managers of IT departments of manufacturing SMEs that actually introduced RPA. In order to explore various RPA fitting process in the manufacturing value chain, a total of 7 manufacturing SMEs were interviewed, ranging from companies using a legacy system to companies without a legacy system. Over the primary and secondary activity processes, the details of RPA processes were analyzed in the steps of 'Frequency Identification, Input Processing, Source Identification, Inquiry and Processing, Information Registration, Result Reporting'.
Findings
From the analysis, we derived some exploratory results that the processes over 0.25 FTE and related with many suppliers and clients are fitting for RPA introduction in manufacturing SMEs Our results will provide basic data for the development of the future general-purpose RPA introduction model for manufacturing SMEs, providing practical reference for RPA introduction.

Purpose
This paper presents a new method of classifying online platforms. It also explains how to apply the framework using case studies and generate new insight about platform strategies and policy development.
Design/methodology/approach
This paper focuses on the relationship between platforms, especially the hierarchy and power relations, and broadly classifies platforms as follows: content/services, meta information, app stores, operating systems, and cloud. Both the content/service platform and the meta information platform have matching as their main function. However, most content/services tend to collect and access information through meta-information platforms, so meta-information platforms are closer to infrastructure than content/service platforms. App store, operating system, and cloud can be said to be platforms of platforms. A small number of companies in the US and China dominate platforms of platforms, and become the recent development and regulatory targets of their respective governments.
Findings
We should be wary of the attempts to regulate domestic platforms by importing foreign regulations that ignore the hierarchical structure that our framework highlights. We believe that Korea's strategy to become a true platform powerhouse is clear. As one of the few countries with significant companies in the area of meta information platforms, it will be necessary to fully utilize the position and advance into the strategically important area of platforms of platforms. Furthermore, it is necessary to encourage world-class companies to appear in Korea in the app store, operating system, and cloud. To do so, the government needs to introduce promotion policies to strategically nurture such platforms rather than to regulate them.

Purpose
In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the introduction of unmanned stores is rapidly spreading throughout the entire distribution market. Unmanned stores are stores where consumers purchase products on their own through machines and not through contact with people. As there are no managers in unmanned stores, Servicescape is expected to have many effects on the purchasing behavior of consumers. Therefore, this study aims to observe the effect of Servicescape on consumer behavioral intentions.
Design/methodology/approach
This study wanted to look at the relationships among Servicescape in unmanned stores, utilitarian values, hedonic values, satisfaction, and continuous use intentions. The collected(n=211) from individuals who have experienced in using unmanned stores was analyzed with SmartPLS2.0 to test proposed hypotheses.
Findings
The research results are as follows. First, it was shown that the space, convenience, and comfortableness of Servicescape have positive effects on utilitarian value, and cleanliness did not have significant effects on utilitarian value. Second, it was shown that space and comfortableness had positive effects on hedonic value, and convenience and cleanliness did not have significant effects on hedonic value. Lastly, it was shown that utilitarian values and hedonic values have positive effects on satisfaction, and satisfaction was found to have positive effects on continuous use intentions.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to find meaningful insights using regression analysis to resolve the digital divide between generations. In the analysis process of this study, social network analysis was applied to approach it with a perspective differentiated from the existing statistical techniques.
Design/methodology/approach
This study used a social network analysis methodology that transforms and analyzes government-led survey data into relational data. First, the cross-sectional data were converted into relational data, and a continuous core-periphery model and multidimensional scaling method were applied. Afterwards, the relationship between various factors affecting the digital divide and the difference in influence were analyzed by generation.
Findings
According to the network analysis results, it can be seen that all generations commonly use 'information and news search' and 'living information service'. However, it can be seen that the centrally used services of each generation are clearly different from each other, and the degree of linkage between the services is also clearly different. In addition, it can be seen that the relationship between factors influencing the digital divide by generation is also different.

Purpose
As the use of social network services has become common, it has become possible to freely communicate and establish relationships with other people anytime, anywhere for communication and information sharing. Influencers who have a strong influence on consumers' perceptions and attitudes through their own opinions and stories have appeared on various social media channels such as YouTube. Recently, companies utilize influencers with a large number of followers to check interactions with customers to understand customer attitudes and opinions about products in real time. Start-ups with insufficient resources need to quickly examine customer responses to reduce the probability of failure after product planning. The Lean process of creating an MVP and quickly confirming and learning the market response should be repeated over and over again.
Findings
In this paper, we try to suggest that the YouTube platform can play a sufficient role as a customer experiment space through examples. The case company is a company that has successfully commercialized products by continuously interacting with customers through the YouTube platform for the first four months of its founding. This paper is expected to be helpful in the experimental process for prospective founders and early founders to examine customer responses to reduce the probability of market failure before commercialization.
Design/methodology/approach
This paper analyzed the YouTube channel data of case companies based on the netnography methodology and presented the contents of the lean process management carried out in the experimental stage and the post-production stage through interview research.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to examine news articles and analyze trends and key agendas related to artificial intelligence(AI). In particular, this study tried to compare the reporting behaviors of Korea and the United States, which is considered to be a leader in the field of AI.
Design/methodology/approach
This study analyzed news articles using a big data method. Specifically, main agendas of the two countries were derived and compared through the keyword frequency analysis, topic modeling, and language network analysis.
Findings
As a result of the keyword analysis, the introduction of AI and related services were reported importantly in Korea. In the US, the war of hegemony led by giant IT companies were widely covered in the media. The main topics in Korean media were 'Strategy in the 4th Industrial Revolution Era', 'Building a Digital Platform', 'Cultivating Future human resources', 'Building AI applications', 'Introduction of Chatbot Services', 'Launching AI Speaker', and 'Alphago Match'. The main topics of US media coverage were 'The Bright and Dark Sides of Future Technology', 'The War of Technology Hegemony', 'The Future of Mobility', 'AI and Daily Life', 'Social Media and Fake News', and 'The Emergence of Robots and the Future of Jobs'. The keywords with high centrality in Korea were 'release', 'service', 'base', 'robot', 'era', and 'Baduk or Go'. In the US, they were 'Google', 'Amazon', 'Facebook', 'China', 'Car', and 'Robot'.

Purpose
This study examines the roles of firm-level smart factory implementation in the relationship between organizational competence and organizational performance in the context of Korean small and medium Enterprises (SMEs). To achieve this goal, this study presents and empirically tests a research model with evaluation data conducted by industrial experts on how organizational competence can be exploited to positively influence organizational performance through smart factory implementation.
Design/methodology/approach
Organizational competence are based on the research construct developed by Odważny et al.(2018). Research constructs on smart factory are based on the measurement model developed by Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for Korea small and medium Enterprises (TIPA) (2020) and organizational performance are based on the performance construct developed by Kwon(2019). To complete the investigation, we collected 31 firm data conducted by industrial experts in Korea from Dec 2018 to Dec 2020. Most of firm was implemented officially by government budget granted for smart factory of Korea SMEs. To test our hypotheses, partial least squares (PLS) method was employed.
Findings
The findings indicate that organizational competence is antecedent to influence smart factory implementation, while smart factory implementation has significant relationship with organizational performance. This study provides a better understanding of the connection between organizational competence and organizational performance through smart factory implementation. So companies should focus on enhancing organizational competence and implementing smart factory to obtain sustainable competitiveness.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationships between interest, interaction level, presence, which are the characteristics of metaverse, learning immersion, and learning satisfaction, which are learning factors.
Design/methodology/approach
A questionnaire survey technique was used to achieve the purpose of the study. A questionnaire survey was conducted from November 22 to December 5, 2021, with students with experience in non-face-to-face classes using Gather Town and a total of 114 copies of the questionnaire excluding those with insincere answers were used for empirical analysis. SPSS Win ver.23.0 was used for basic statistical analysis, and AMOS 22.0 was used for the establishment and analysis of a structural equation model.
Findings
According to the study findings, interest and interaction levels had effects on learning immersion and learning presence, self-efficacy on learning presence, and learning immersion and learning presence on learning satisfaction. This study is meaningful in that it conducted an empirical study to find variables for improving learning immersion by conducting classes based on metaverse. Based on the findings of this study, it was found that interest and interaction, which are the biggest characteristics of metaverse, sustain learning participation and immersion and increase presence thereby enhancing learning satisfaction so that the possibilities of metaverse as a next generation education platform passing the limit of existing real time video platforms can be peeped.

Purpose
This paper attempts to identify items for improving the usage of PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) systems and suggests ways to prioritize improvement items on the basis of importance. It also tries to find out differences in the importance of improvement items due to the company size, the industry, the job, or the PLM solution.
Design/methodology/approach
Through a survey from participants to a PLM System Conference, data were collected from a sample of 181 users who had the previous experience in using a PLM system. In order to figure out the differences in the importance among user groups, the F-test with the Scheffe test as a post-hoc analysis was used in case of equal variances and the Welch test with the Dunnett T3 test was used in case of unequal variances.
Findings
This study sorted out 25 improvement ideas according to their importance assessed by the PLM system users. The top five ideas are improving data consistency, error minimization, fast system response time, enhancing user recognition, and business process improvement. The support group puts higher importance than the general user group in data consistency, fast system response time, enhancing user recognition, business process improvement, dedicated team for data consistency, continuous support from management, hardware performance upgrade, output linkage to other systems, and shortening problem solving duration. The largest company group attaches significantly higher weights than the smallest company group to data consistency, error minimization, fast system response time, business process improvement, dedicated team for data consistency, security with proper access management, output linkage to other systems, and better user interface.

Purpose
Nowadays, Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is rapidly growing in popularity and increasingly appearing in marketing. Not even in TV commercial advertisement, ASMR also fast growing in one-person media communication, many brands and social media influencers used ASMR for their marketing contents. The purpose of this study is to measure consumers' perceptions about the products in ASMR marketing content and compare the differences in communication effect of ASMR content creator between product review and how-to in the same Macro tier influencer - the YouTuber that has 10,000-100,000 subscribers.
Design/methodology/approach
The research methods selected ASMRtist that do product review content and how-to content, Text comments data was collected from 200 videos of tech-device review videos and beauty-fashion videos. A total of 52,833 text comments were analyzed by applying the LDA topic modeling algorithm and social network analysis.
Findings
Through the result, we can know that ASMR is good at taking attention of viewers with ASMR triggers. In the Tech device reviews field, ASMR viewers also focus on the product like product's performance and purchase. However, there are many topics related to reaction of ASMR sound, trigger, relaxation. In the Beauty-fashion field, viewers' topics mainly focus on the reaction of the ASMR trigger, response to ASMRtist and other topics are talking about makeup - fashion, product, purchase. From LDA result, many ASMR viewers comment that they feel more comfortable when watching the marketing content that uses ASMR. This result has shown that ASMR marketing contents have a good performance in terms of user watching experience, so applying ASMR can take more consumer intention. And the result of social network analysis showed that product review ASMRtist have a higher communication effectiveness than how-to ASMRtist in the same tier. As an influencer marketing strategy, this study provides information to establish an efficient advertising strategy by using influencers that create ASMR content.

Purpose
In order for companies to continue to grow, they should properly manage human resources, which are the core of corporate competitiveness. Employee turnover means the loss of talent in the workforce. When an employee voluntarily leaves his or her company, it will lose hiring and training cost and lead to the withdrawal of key personnel and new costs to train a new employee. From an employee's viewpoint, moving to another company is also risky because it can be time consuming and costly. Therefore, in order to reduce the social and economic costs caused by employee turnover, it is necessary to accurately predict employee turnover intention, identify the factors affecting employee turnover, and manage them appropriately in the company.
Design/methodology/approach
Prior studies have mainly used logistic regression and decision trees, which have explanatory power but poor predictive accuracy. In order to develop a more accurate prediction model, XGBoost is proposed as the classification technique. Then, to compensate for the lack of explainability, SHAP, one of the XAI techniques, is applied. As a result, the prediction accuracy of the proposed model is improved compared to the conventional methods such as LOGIT and Decision Trees. By applying SHAP to the proposed model, the factors affecting the overall employee turnover intention as well as a specific sample's turnover intention are identified.
Findings
Experimental results show that the prediction accuracy of XGBoost is superior to that of logistic regression and decision trees. Using SHAP, we find that jobseeking, annuity, eng_test, comm_temp, seti_dev, seti_money, equl_ablt, and sati_safe significantly affect overall employee turnover intention. In addition, it is confirmed that the factors affecting an individual's turnover intention are more diverse. Our research findings imply that companies should adopt a personalized approach for each employee in order to effectively prevent his or her turnover.

Purpose
Although companies occupied the network market take the advantageous position first and can be successful in securing users over a certain size, it is important to satisfy the customers' demand and prevent the outflow of users toward a new alternative SNS. What is more, there are frequent changes in the flow of users toward new SNSs. Despite these dynamic market circumstances, there is a lack of research to explain the switching behaviors of SNS users.
Design/methodology/approach
The objective of this study is to explain and verify a specified migration theory(Push-Pull-Mooring model) focused on SNS fatigue in the psychological point of view, as well as reviewing previous studies on functional and technical characteristics of SNSs themselves. Moreover, this study tried to highlight factors affecting users actual SNS switch rather than their switching intention.
Findings
According to the statistical analysis, the most influenced pull factor to switch SNS was the alternative attractiveness. On the other hand, undesired relationship burden, service innovation and important mooring factors to prevent users' SNS switch.
This study has a significant contribution to the theory, which analyzed users' actual SNS switch, and examined SNS users' psychological factors(SNS fatigue), reviewing the characteristics of existing services. To secure more users and to keep them, companies providing social network service need to develop differentiated strategies by analyzing psychological characteristics of various users.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to verify impacts of factors, representing Push-Pull-Mooring(PPM) on switch intention to OTT(Over-The-Top) service in demand for content and to find relationship between factors through empirical analysis.
Design/methodology/approach
This study designed a research model by deriving factors affecting the intention to switch on OTT service based on the Push-Pull-Mooring framework and researches on OTT service. To test the hypothesis, a total of 357 responses were collected from individuals with experience in using OTT service and analyzed using SPSS26 and SmartPLS3.0.
Findings
According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that the push, pull, and mooring factors proposed in this study had a significant effect on switching intention on OTT service. In addition, this study confirmed that both low switching cost and need for variety had a significant effect except for hypothesis H8.

Purpose
This study verified the moderating effect of consumer knowledge in relation to the factors affecting the acceptance intention of autonomous vehicles by adding trust to the United Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model for the commercialization of autonomous vehicles.
Design/methodology/approach
For this purpose, this study conducted a survey on general consumers who are interested in automobiles. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and collected, and 242 questionnaires were used for analysis. To test the hypotheses, multiple regression analysis and multiple group analysis were performed.
Findings
Performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, and trust were found to have a positive effect on the acceptance intention of autonomous vehicles. In addition, consumer knowledge between performance expectation and acceptance intention and between effort expectation and acceptance intention was confirmed as a variable that can moderate the relationship.

The concept of Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) has emerged to overcome the limitations of traditional centralized personal identity management systems in our society. Therefore, in this study, 36 seminal researches out of 112 collected studies were investigated with a systematic literature review method to deliver a core common definition as well as the research trends on SSI in the socioeconomic, legal and technological fields. SSI studies in the legal field have mainly considered the conflicts with relevant laws such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and privacy protection laws. The study of SSI in the technology field have looked at the trends of the technical components to implement SSI and discussed the necessities of establishing standards to increase interoperability for SSI diffusion worldwide. This study ultimately derived the core definition of SSI from a various academic fields as “a trust-based personal identity management system that enables autonomous self-identification by a identity owner without a centralized system or 3rd party intervention”. The results of this study contribute to the understanding of the essential SSI concept which were varied on different research fields and industries. The results also provide a foundation for discovering various SSI-based business models, applications as well as future research opportunities. Furthermore, this study suggested that SSI must be developed with interdisciplinary manner among the socioeconomic, legal, and technological fields to be practically applicable system to enable autonomous self-identification by a identity owner in our society.

Purpose
This study is to phenomenologically discover key antecedents and outcomes of behavioral process of SNS users who have multiple SNS sub-accounts. Unlike previous studies that focused on user behavior in the context of a specific SNS platform, this study attempts to describe how and why individual manages their multiple sub-accounts across a variety of SNS platforms.
Design/methodology/approach
By applying the grounded theory methodology (GTM) to elucidate the unique behavior in SNS platforms, this study has conducted in-depth interview with 14 respondents who handle multiple accounts across the SNS platforms. As a results of analyzing the interview manuscripts, this study has extracted 47 concepts, 10 sub-categories and 6 main categories by conducting open coding, axis coding, and selective coding.
Findings
By analyzing interview data, this study has derived main categories such as account management, impression management, self-categorization, authority to determine the relationship, digital shadow work, and portfolio SNS accounts from qualitative interview data. This study has also conducted a process analysis that represents how main categories could be inter-related. Based on findings, this study provides a new phenomenological perspective to understand the behavioral process of SNS users' sub-account usage experience.

Purpose
This study explored overall phenomena in context such as YouTube channel operation, strategy, and profit generation through interviews with two research participants who started their own businesses and are recognized as influencer on YouTube and analysis of viewer responses to uploaded contents. With the explosive growth of YouTube content provision and use, previous studies on YouTube are only being conducted individually on YouTube's content, influence, and content providers, so it is need to explore YouTube channel operations and the effect of revenue generation in context from an integrated perspective. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present an integrated model that provides a specific process by contextually linking the factors and results influencing YouTube channel operation and revenue generation phenomena to individuals and companies who are trying to operate YouTube channels for the first time.
Design/methodology/approach
This study systematized and structured the overall phenomena in context such as YouTube channel operation, communication strategy, effect on revenue generation, and YouTube channel operation results by selecting interview subjects and collecting data through interviews, and analyzing viewer reactions (likes, comments, etc.). Due to the lack of previous studies exploring integrated phenomena, research analysis used Strauss & Corbin (1998)'s grounded theory approach, which presented inductive research methods to discover new theories by structuring concepts and categories based on detailed observations and information provided by interviewees.
Findings
The academic implication of this study is that while previous studies are conducted as individual studies on YouTube's content, influence, and content providers in the current situation where YouTube content provision and use are exploding, it integrally explores and presents an integrated model throughout the process. In addition, taking into account the lack of previous studies, it can be found in the aspect of using the grounded theory approach, an inductive theory approach that establishes a new theory.
The practical implications can be found in that it presented practical directions to beginners who want to start operating YouTube channels by identifying operational preparations, communication strategies with viewers, and response management strategies.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to enhance the accuracy score of personal credit scoring using the convolutional neural networks and secure the transparency of the deep learning model using eXplainalbe Artifical Inteligence(XAI) technique.
Design/methodology/approach
This study built a classification model by using the convolutional neural networks(CNN) and applied a methodology that is transformation of numerical data to imaged data to apply CNN on personal credit data. Then layer-wise relevance propagation(LRP) was applied to model we constructed to find what variables are more influenced to the output value.
Findings
According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that accuracy score by model using CNN is highest among other models using logistic regression, neural networks, and support vector machines. In addition, With the LRP that is one of the technique of XAI, variables that have a great influence on calculating the output value for each observation could be found.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to examine the variables affecting user satisfaction through previous studies and to examine the differences between apps. Differences are based on factors that determine the quality of real estate service apps and derived by the topic modeling results.
Design/methodology/approach
This study conducts topic modeling to find factors affecting user satisfaction of real estate service apps using user reviews. Sentiment analysis is additionally conduct on the derived topics to examine the user responses.
Findings
Users give high sentiment scores for services that can manage factors such as usefulness of information, false sales, and hype. In addition, managing the basic services of app is an important factor influencing user satisfaction.
