Purpose
In this study, we investigated the impact of perceived risk and switching costs on switching intention to cloud service based on PPM (Pull-Push-Mooring) model.
Design/methodology/approach
We focused on revealing the switching factors of the switching intention to the cloud services. The switching factors to the cloud services were defined as perceived risk consisting of performance risk, economic risk, and security risk, and switching costs consisting of financial and learning costs. On the PPM model, we defined the pull factors consisting of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and the push factor as satisfaction of the legacy system, and the mooring factor as policy supports.
Findings
The results of this study as follows; (1) Among the perceived risk factors, performance risk has a negative effect on the ease of use of pull factors, and finally it was found to affect the switching intention to the cloud services. Therefore, cloud service providers need to improve trust in cloud services, service timeliness, and linkage to the legacy systems. And it was found that economic risk and security risk among the perceived risk factors did not affect the switching intention to the cloud services. (2) Of the perceived risk factors, financial cost and learning cost did not affect the satisfaction of the legacy system, which is a push factor. It indicates that the respondents are positively considering switching to cloud service in the future, despite the fact that the respondents are satisfied with the use of the legacy system and are aware of the switching cost to cloud service. (3) Policy support was found to improve the switching intention to cloud services by alleviating the financial and learning costs required for cloud service switching.

Purpose
Nowadays, Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is rapidly growing in popularity and increasingly appearing in marketing. Not even in TV commercial advertisement, ASMR also fast growing in one-person media communication, many brands and social media influencers used ASMR for their marketing contents. The purpose of this study is to measure consumers' perceptions about the products in ASMR marketing content and compare the differences in communication effect of ASMR content creator between product review and how-to in the same Macro tier influencer - the YouTuber that has 10,000-100,000 subscribers.
Design/methodology/approach
The research methods selected ASMRtist that do product review content and how-to content, Text comments data was collected from 200 videos of tech-device review videos and beauty-fashion videos. A total of 52,833 text comments were analyzed by applying the LDA topic modeling algorithm and social network analysis.
Findings
Through the result, we can know that ASMR is good at taking attention of viewers with ASMR triggers. In the Tech device reviews field, ASMR viewers also focus on the product like product's performance and purchase. However, there are many topics related to reaction of ASMR sound, trigger, relaxation. In the Beauty-fashion field, viewers' topics mainly focus on the reaction of the ASMR trigger, response to ASMRtist and other topics are talking about makeup - fashion, product, purchase. From LDA result, many ASMR viewers comment that they feel more comfortable when watching the marketing content that uses ASMR. This result has shown that ASMR marketing contents have a good performance in terms of user watching experience, so applying ASMR can take more consumer intention. And the result of social network analysis showed that product review ASMRtist have a higher communication effectiveness than how-to ASMRtist in the same tier. As an influencer marketing strategy, this study provides information to establish an efficient advertising strategy by using influencers that create ASMR content.

Purpose
In order for companies to continue to grow, they should properly manage human resources, which are the core of corporate competitiveness. Employee turnover means the loss of talent in the workforce. When an employee voluntarily leaves his or her company, it will lose hiring and training cost and lead to the withdrawal of key personnel and new costs to train a new employee. From an employee's viewpoint, moving to another company is also risky because it can be time consuming and costly. Therefore, in order to reduce the social and economic costs caused by employee turnover, it is necessary to accurately predict employee turnover intention, identify the factors affecting employee turnover, and manage them appropriately in the company.
Design/methodology/approach
Prior studies have mainly used logistic regression and decision trees, which have explanatory power but poor predictive accuracy. In order to develop a more accurate prediction model, XGBoost is proposed as the classification technique. Then, to compensate for the lack of explainability, SHAP, one of the XAI techniques, is applied. As a result, the prediction accuracy of the proposed model is improved compared to the conventional methods such as LOGIT and Decision Trees. By applying SHAP to the proposed model, the factors affecting the overall employee turnover intention as well as a specific sample's turnover intention are identified.
Findings
Experimental results show that the prediction accuracy of XGBoost is superior to that of logistic regression and decision trees. Using SHAP, we find that jobseeking, annuity, eng_test, comm_temp, seti_dev, seti_money, equl_ablt, and sati_safe significantly affect overall employee turnover intention. In addition, it is confirmed that the factors affecting an individual's turnover intention are more diverse. Our research findings imply that companies should adopt a personalized approach for each employee in order to effectively prevent his or her turnover.

Purpose
Although companies occupied the network market take the advantageous position first and can be successful in securing users over a certain size, it is important to satisfy the customers' demand and prevent the outflow of users toward a new alternative SNS. What is more, there are frequent changes in the flow of users toward new SNSs. Despite these dynamic market circumstances, there is a lack of research to explain the switching behaviors of SNS users.
Design/methodology/approach
The objective of this study is to explain and verify a specified migration theory(Push-Pull-Mooring model) focused on SNS fatigue in the psychological point of view, as well as reviewing previous studies on functional and technical characteristics of SNSs themselves. Moreover, this study tried to highlight factors affecting users actual SNS switch rather than their switching intention.
Findings
According to the statistical analysis, the most influenced pull factor to switch SNS was the alternative attractiveness. On the other hand, undesired relationship burden, service innovation and important mooring factors to prevent users' SNS switch.
This study has a significant contribution to the theory, which analyzed users' actual SNS switch, and examined SNS users' psychological factors(SNS fatigue), reviewing the characteristics of existing services. To secure more users and to keep them, companies providing social network service need to develop differentiated strategies by analyzing psychological characteristics of various users.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to verify impacts of factors, representing Push-Pull-Mooring(PPM) on switch intention to OTT(Over-The-Top) service in demand for content and to find relationship between factors through empirical analysis.
Design/methodology/approach
This study designed a research model by deriving factors affecting the intention to switch on OTT service based on the Push-Pull-Mooring framework and researches on OTT service. To test the hypothesis, a total of 357 responses were collected from individuals with experience in using OTT service and analyzed using SPSS26 and SmartPLS3.0.
Findings
According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that the push, pull, and mooring factors proposed in this study had a significant effect on switching intention on OTT service. In addition, this study confirmed that both low switching cost and need for variety had a significant effect except for hypothesis H8.

Purpose
This study verified the moderating effect of consumer knowledge in relation to the factors affecting the acceptance intention of autonomous vehicles by adding trust to the United Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model for the commercialization of autonomous vehicles.
Design/methodology/approach
For this purpose, this study conducted a survey on general consumers who are interested in automobiles. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and collected, and 242 questionnaires were used for analysis. To test the hypotheses, multiple regression analysis and multiple group analysis were performed.
Findings
Performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, and trust were found to have a positive effect on the acceptance intention of autonomous vehicles. In addition, consumer knowledge between performance expectation and acceptance intention and between effort expectation and acceptance intention was confirmed as a variable that can moderate the relationship.

The concept of Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) has emerged to overcome the limitations of traditional centralized personal identity management systems in our society. Therefore, in this study, 36 seminal researches out of 112 collected studies were investigated with a systematic literature review method to deliver a core common definition as well as the research trends on SSI in the socioeconomic, legal and technological fields. SSI studies in the legal field have mainly considered the conflicts with relevant laws such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and privacy protection laws. The study of SSI in the technology field have looked at the trends of the technical components to implement SSI and discussed the necessities of establishing standards to increase interoperability for SSI diffusion worldwide. This study ultimately derived the core definition of SSI from a various academic fields as “a trust-based personal identity management system that enables autonomous self-identification by a identity owner without a centralized system or 3rd party intervention”. The results of this study contribute to the understanding of the essential SSI concept which were varied on different research fields and industries. The results also provide a foundation for discovering various SSI-based business models, applications as well as future research opportunities. Furthermore, this study suggested that SSI must be developed with interdisciplinary manner among the socioeconomic, legal, and technological fields to be practically applicable system to enable autonomous self-identification by a identity owner in our society.

Purpose
This study is to phenomenologically discover key antecedents and outcomes of behavioral process of SNS users who have multiple SNS sub-accounts. Unlike previous studies that focused on user behavior in the context of a specific SNS platform, this study attempts to describe how and why individual manages their multiple sub-accounts across a variety of SNS platforms.
Design/methodology/approach
By applying the grounded theory methodology (GTM) to elucidate the unique behavior in SNS platforms, this study has conducted in-depth interview with 14 respondents who handle multiple accounts across the SNS platforms. As a results of analyzing the interview manuscripts, this study has extracted 47 concepts, 10 sub-categories and 6 main categories by conducting open coding, axis coding, and selective coding.
Findings
By analyzing interview data, this study has derived main categories such as account management, impression management, self-categorization, authority to determine the relationship, digital shadow work, and portfolio SNS accounts from qualitative interview data. This study has also conducted a process analysis that represents how main categories could be inter-related. Based on findings, this study provides a new phenomenological perspective to understand the behavioral process of SNS users' sub-account usage experience.

Purpose
This study explored overall phenomena in context such as YouTube channel operation, strategy, and profit generation through interviews with two research participants who started their own businesses and are recognized as influencer on YouTube and analysis of viewer responses to uploaded contents. With the explosive growth of YouTube content provision and use, previous studies on YouTube are only being conducted individually on YouTube's content, influence, and content providers, so it is need to explore YouTube channel operations and the effect of revenue generation in context from an integrated perspective. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present an integrated model that provides a specific process by contextually linking the factors and results influencing YouTube channel operation and revenue generation phenomena to individuals and companies who are trying to operate YouTube channels for the first time.
Design/methodology/approach
This study systematized and structured the overall phenomena in context such as YouTube channel operation, communication strategy, effect on revenue generation, and YouTube channel operation results by selecting interview subjects and collecting data through interviews, and analyzing viewer reactions (likes, comments, etc.). Due to the lack of previous studies exploring integrated phenomena, research analysis used Strauss & Corbin (1998)'s grounded theory approach, which presented inductive research methods to discover new theories by structuring concepts and categories based on detailed observations and information provided by interviewees.
Findings
The academic implication of this study is that while previous studies are conducted as individual studies on YouTube's content, influence, and content providers in the current situation where YouTube content provision and use are exploding, it integrally explores and presents an integrated model throughout the process. In addition, taking into account the lack of previous studies, it can be found in the aspect of using the grounded theory approach, an inductive theory approach that establishes a new theory.
The practical implications can be found in that it presented practical directions to beginners who want to start operating YouTube channels by identifying operational preparations, communication strategies with viewers, and response management strategies.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to enhance the accuracy score of personal credit scoring using the convolutional neural networks and secure the transparency of the deep learning model using eXplainalbe Artifical Inteligence(XAI) technique.
Design/methodology/approach
This study built a classification model by using the convolutional neural networks(CNN) and applied a methodology that is transformation of numerical data to imaged data to apply CNN on personal credit data. Then layer-wise relevance propagation(LRP) was applied to model we constructed to find what variables are more influenced to the output value.
Findings
According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that accuracy score by model using CNN is highest among other models using logistic regression, neural networks, and support vector machines. In addition, With the LRP that is one of the technique of XAI, variables that have a great influence on calculating the output value for each observation could be found.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to examine the variables affecting user satisfaction through previous studies and to examine the differences between apps. Differences are based on factors that determine the quality of real estate service apps and derived by the topic modeling results.
Design/methodology/approach
This study conducts topic modeling to find factors affecting user satisfaction of real estate service apps using user reviews. Sentiment analysis is additionally conduct on the derived topics to examine the user responses.
Findings
Users give high sentiment scores for services that can manage factors such as usefulness of information, false sales, and hype. In addition, managing the basic services of app is an important factor influencing user satisfaction.

Purpose
Live streaming commerce refers to the fact that people receive live audio and live video directly over the net. While some e-retailers use Live Streaming as a marketing strategy, the impact of live streaming commerce on customers' reuse intentions is unknown. The purpose of this study is to discuss the impact of live streaming commerce by external environmental factors based on S-O-R theory.
Design/methodology/approach
In this study, we developed a research model based on the S-O-R theory. Using the questionnaire survey method, consumers who used live streaming commerce on Taobao.com were taken as research subjects. Our research model aims to find out how content attributes, real-time interactions, media characteristics, and situational characteristics as stimulus factors influence consumers' perceptions and thus reuse intentions.
Findings
The results of the analysis show that external environmental factors have a significant impact on consumer perceptions and that perceived risks and flows can influence consumers' reuse intentions. In addition, we also examined the impact of reuse intentions on consumers' active participation. These results show that live streaming commerce can influence consumer perceptions and behavior in several ways.

Purpose
This paper analyzed the impacts of domestic stock market by a global pandemic such as COVID-19. We investigated how the overall pattern of the stock market changed due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. In particular, we analyzed in depth the pattern of stock price, as well, tried to find what factors affect on stock market index(KOSPI) in the healthcare industry due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Design/methodology/approach
We built a data warehouse from the databases in various industrial and economic fields to analyze the changes in the KOSPI due to COVID-19, particularly, the changes in the healthcare industry centered on bio-medicine. We collected daily stock price data of the KOSPI centered on the KOSPI-200 about two years before and one year after the outbreak of COVID-19. In addition, we also collected various news related to COVID-19 from the stock market by applying text mining techniques. We designed four experimental data sets to develop decision tree-based prediction models.
Findings
All prediction models from the four data sets showed the significant predictive power with explainable decision tree models. In addition, we derived significant 10 to 14 decision rules for each prediction model. The experimental results showed that the decision rules were enough to explain the domestic healthcare stock market patterns for before and after COVID-19.

Purpose
This study measures the degree of improvement in statistical quality experienced by data users when the data of a more convenient measurement method is extended to the analysis target to improve the quality of fine dust statistics service, and the method of expressing analysis data is revised. Ultimately, the main purpose is to explore how it can affect the quality of life of citizens.
Design/methodology/approach
As it was an issue the emerged as the most important issue at the time, various parties (government, private company, academia, civic groups, etc.) conducted multifaced research on fine dust, but they all focused on measuring technology and demonstrating its effectiveness there was only.
This researcher redesigned the study from the viewpoint of statistical data users by changing the research subject from the technology itself to user, different from the existing research cases. The questionnaire method and structural equation were used in the study, and fine dust statistics generated through the existing method and the expanded/revised method were provided and compared for a total of 200 people.
Findings
Based on the results of the study, I would like to suggest what each entity should ultimately focus on to resolve the fine dust issue in the future.

Purpose
Recently, many organizations are actively adopting enterprise architecture (EA) as a methodology to manage IT assets and build IT-based business system. This study intended to empirically examine how the role of EA operating unit and utilization capability of organizational members impact on system performance at the post-adoption stage. A balanced score card (BSC) is being used as a framework for a company's key performance indicator (KPI).
Design/methodology/approach
This study tried to investigate the causal relationship between the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard as an influencing factor of the introduction of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) on the financial value. In particular, the mediating effect between the customer's point of view and the business process point of view was investigated between the learning growth point of view and the financial point of view, and the interaction effect (regulating effect) of strategic linkage in the system introduction process was investigated.
Findings
The results of the study were first, that the organizational learning and growth perspective had a positive effect on the customer perspective, business process, and financial perspective. In addition, the customer perspective and the process perspective also had a positive influence on the financial perspective. Second, between the learning growth and financial perspectives, the customer perspective and the process perspective showed a partial mediating effect. Third, as for strategic linkage, the interaction effect between the customer perspective, the learning growth perspective, and the process perspective and the financial perspective was not significant. The results of this study are expected to provide a framework for performance evaluation to organizations that have introduced ERP systems.

Purpose
This study aims to measure the effects of media literacy education through the social science method and find out the impact of media literacy education on digital citizenship in Korea and its implications for the development of democracy.
Design/methodology/approach
This study used an independent t-test to analyze relativeness between media literacy education and media literacy factors. We also adopted an independent t-test to investigate media literacy influence on digital citizenship. Furthermore, we found out age differences using 'the one-way analysis of variance (the one-way ANOVA)'.
Findings
We have found four media literacy factors, MC, CT, C&P, R&R, have been significantly affected by media literacy education. We have also pulled out three digital citizenship factors, IPA, TS, and CP, involved in media literacy education. Moreover, we have analyzed our survey by different age groups. The lower the age, the higher the TS. CP was highest among those from 30 to 59, followed by those under the 30s.

Purpose
This study aims to investigate which factors have impact on the acceptance intention of new electronic ID. For the empirical analysis, this study utilized PLS-SEM after collecting 385 survey data, and analyzed relations between each factors.
Design/methodology/approach
This study made a design of the research model by integrating the factors deducted from the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology with the factors deducted from the Risk Factors.
Findings
The results are as follow; First, of the UTAUT factors, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy and Social Influence and has positive impact on Acceptance Intention, but Facilitating Conditions doesn't have meaningful impact on Acceptance Intention. Second, of the Risk factors, Innovation Resistance has negative impact on Acceptance Intention, but Perceived Risk dose not have meaningful impact on Acceptance Intention. Finally, regulatory effect of the Promotion Focus, Prevention Focus and Gender has regulatory impact to Acceptance intention. It is expected that the implications of this study enables government effectively to offer new electronic ID.

Purpose
The purpose of this study was to find the effect of the determinants on the Big data utilization in industry. The determinants of Big data utilization were deduced by reviewing theoretical background and discussions on Big data related researches. Research model and proposed hypothesis were constructed from TOE framework and UTAUT model.
Design/methodology/approach
The research was conducted to collect a sample data from the experts involved in the Big data projects in industry. In addition, interviews and online survey were performed to get sample data. Exploratory factor analysis was conducted to verify the grouping of these questionnaire items and confirmatory factor analysis was done to verify the validity and reliability of the measurement model. Finally, research hypothesis was verified and theoretical and practical implications were proposed for further studies.
Findings
The results show that the technical factor have a significant effect on the expectancy factor and the behavioral factor. The organizational factor have a significant effect on the behavioral factor. In addition, the expectancy factor was significant on the behavioral factor and the intention-to-use of Big data system.

Purpose
This study explores the development direction of the artificial intelligence curriculum as a universal education that enhances the ability of college students to flexibly use artificial intelligence these days, where artificial intelligence education is spreading, and the educational components based on this are subdivided according to the characteristics of each major.
Design/methodology/approach
In order to develop the educational purpose of the subject and the detailed educational curriculum suitable for the subject of education, we first analyzed domestic and foreign prior research related to artificial intelligence liberal arts education. As the main components derived by experts, the basic concept of artificial intelligence converges to literacy to read and write for everyday problem solving, as well as problem-solving ability to manipulate real data and software.
Findings
The results showed that In the artificial intelligence literacy module, trends and prospects of artificial intelligence and necessary competencies were checked, and cases applied to major fields were examined. In the AI utilization and application part, basic data analysis items and content composition were composed through creative thinking, logical thinking, and intelligence. In order to design the curriculum, a software development language suitable for each major area was first selected, and AI education content areas, elements, and packages were defined and designed for each major area to meet the objectives of the subject.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of patent technology in textile materials using text mining methodology based on Dynamic Embedded Topic Model and Structural Topic Model. It is expected that this study will have positive impact on revitalizing and developing textile materials industry as finding out technology trends.
Design/methodology/approach
The data used in this study is 866 domestic patent text data in textile material from 1974 to 2020. In order to analyze technology trends from various aspect, Dynamic Embedded Topic Model and Structural Topic Model mechanism were used. The word embedding technique used in DETM is the GloVe technique. For Stable learning of topic modeling, amortized variational inference was performed based on the Recurrent Neural Network.
Findings
As a result of this analysis, it was found that 'manufacture' topics had the largest share among the six topics. Keyword trend analysis found the fact that natural and nanotechnology have recently been attracting attention. The metadata analysis results showed that manufacture technologies could have a high probability of patent registration in entire time series, but the analysis results in recent years showed that the trend of elasticity and safety technology is increasing.
