본 연구는 1인 미디어의 발달 및 확산에 따라 발생한 여러 현상 가운데 음란물의 제작 및 확산 실태에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 법의 사각지대에 놓여져 있는 1인 미디어에서 양산된 음란물은 무분별하게 청소년층을 대상으로 확산 되고 있다. 아프리카TV를 필두로 발전한 1인 미디어는 현재 가상공간 내 다양한 사회현상을 발현하고 있다. 1인 미디어의 주 이용층이 젊은 세대, 특히 청소년임을 감안하면 1인 미디어에서 확산되고 있는 음란물에 대한 연구와 관련 정책의 수립은 그 중요성이 크다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 1인 미디어 내 음란물 실태에 대한 기초자료의 제공과 아울러 가상공간 내 음란물 관련 연구의 촉매제 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다.

This study conducted a study on the production and proliferation of pornography among various phenomena caused by the development and spread of Personal Media. The pornography produced by Personal Media, which is in the blind spot of the law, is spreading indiscriminately to teenagers. Personal Media, which has developed with Afreeca TV at the forefront, is currently expressing various social phenomena in virtual space. Considering that the main users of Personal Media are the younger generation, especially teenagers, it is important to research on pornography and establish related policies that are spreading in Personal Media. The results of this study could serve as a catalyst for research into pornography in virtual space, as well as providing basic data on the actual condition of pornography in Personal Media.
