In this study, patients' reservation cancellation during a course of medical services in a general hospital were related to the number of days of delay between the appointment date and the execution date of the medical service, and the actual delay data of a hospital's specific period was used to this study. We were provided with data on the surgical appointment date and the surgical execution date were provided for a total of 871 scheduled surgical appointments in a gastrointestinal surgery department. Using these data, we demonstrate the correlation between the cancellation phenomenon that occurs during the process of surgical scheduling leading to surgical execution and the number of days of delay that directly affects these cancellations through logistic regression. Among total 871 scheduled surgical appointments, 70 patients canceled surgery and left for other hospitals, with 8.04 percent cancellation rate. As a result, it was shown that deviations increased by 1.892 times as the surgical scheduling delay increased by one day. In this study, we found that during the process of receiving medical services from one general hospital, patients cancel their reservations and leave to other hospitals, which is directly affected by the number of delayed days between medical services. These findings are meaningful in that they can be used as a foundation for improving the quality of medical services, as well as providing a reference to establishing a customer management strategy to minimize cancellation of reservations and prevent patient departure.

Hospital organization is intricately composed of special and diverse professionals. To effectively achieve the goal of the organization, it is essential that the leader has the leadership that could effectively draw the maximum capability of each member and the cooperation among the various professionals. Especially, the interaction between the professionals in engaging in medical practice is very important, thus the leadership of manager is also crucial as one needs to deliver the vision and objectives of CEO and take actions with members. Nursing organization requires its members to have consistent commitment, contribution and passionate participation to the task as it mutually survives with the hospital organization. Thus, the interest toward leadership, the management capacity of nursing manager has increased as the role of leader forms the trust and improves relations among members, and affects the human resources management of the nursing organization. Regional public hospitals started to assure the universal use of medical system and provision of health improvement programs to follow up with the changes of medical environment. And they need business performance such as profitability and efficiency like any private medical organizations. Thus, the regional public hospitals need to manage the human resources of nursing organization effectively, and the changes in leadership became the core element.
Thus, to examine the influence of the leadership's organizational commitment and job satisfaction of members based on the competing values leadership of Quinn and McGrath(1985) which categorized it into status quo, pursuit of change, leading, and considerate type in accordance with categorization of the leadership types into outward-inward oriented aspect, and flexibility-control of members, and confirmed that the competing values leadership of nursing manager have positive effect on the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of nurses.

In this study, the connection between service quality evaluation on customers' happiness and relationship persistence intention was empirically analyzed for customers using beauty medical services in the COVID-19 situation.
The conclusion was that first, the beauty medical service industry proved that aesthetic completeness and overall service process service evaluation can have a significant impact on service quality in industries that are highly dependent on human and physical services.
Second, a more logical and reasonable three-dimensional quality model was used at the practical level to prove that it is effective in efficient management performance in terms of customer happiness, a factor that affects the management performance of direct beauty medical services.
Third, customer happiness has an important effect on customer relationship continuity in terms of beauty medical service marketing strategies, so important implications can be presented as a strategy to continue long-term customer relationships by continuously presenting strategies tailored to customers' needs in psychological and subjective aspects.
It also demonstrated the impact of customer happiness on the mobility of continuing relationships. We sought to find the priorities of factors that affect the management performance of the beauty medical service and study the efficient management performance.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the factors of suicidal ideation and emotional characteristics by health risk behaviors among adolescents using the data from the 16th Korea Youth Risk Behavior Survey(2020).
Methods: A total of 57,925 students were analyzed using the STATA 12.0(StataCorp, College Station, Texas) program. We analyzed the relationship between health risk behaviors and suicidal ideation and emotional characteristics using logistic regression analysis.
Results: According to logistic regression analysis, suicidal ideation was associated with gender, school grade, economical status, residence type, smoking, drinking, drug, happiness, despair, stress, loneliness, and generalized anxiety disorder.
Conclusions: Among the emotional factors, the effects of loneliness and generalized anxiety disorder on adolescent suicidal thoughts were identified and analyzed. So, it is necessary to come up with various measures to lower negative emotions and improve hope.

As online un-contact services are getting prevalent due to the COVID-19, the medical community is now actively promoting the introduction of AI chatbot service to solve problems such as the surge in patients and the limited capacity of the medical system. For pregnant women or those who have difficulty visiting maternity hospitals due to COVID-19, a chatbot service is also needed to provide easy and convenient counseling. In this study, a research model was established by introducing perceived values (professionalism, reliability, and empathy) and patient's purpose of use(hospital administration and medical consultation) factors based on the technology acceptance model (TAM), and differences in path coefficients between groups were verified.
To sum up the outcomes of this research, first, when looking at each factor's path analysis without dividing two groups, H1(professionalism→perceived usefulness), H4(professionalism→perceived ease) show non-significant rate. Second, as results, hospital administration group H1(professionalism→perceived usefulness), H3(empathy→perceived usefulness), H4(professionalism→perceived ease) and medical consultation group H1(professionalism→perceived usefulness, H4(professionalism→perceived ease), H6(empathy→perceived ease) both show non-significant rate. Based on these results, this study is expected to present basic results related to the characteristics of patients who use chatbot and its service when introducing AI chatbot medical counseling service, and provide implications for the properties of service to enhance introduction of AI chatbot counseling to obstetrics and gynecology.

Purposes: This study purposed to predict the government finances required for the introduction of children's medical expenditure limit system in gyeonggi-do.
Methodology: Status analysis, scenario analysis and trend prediction analysis were conducted to estimate using Korea Health Panel Survey 2014-2017. In study, children were classified into 4 categories, preschool children, elementary school students, middle school students, high school students, all analyzes were conducted in 4 categories.
Findings: In the analysis of the current status of medical expenditure for children, preschooler were the highest percentage of total medical expenditure and high school students were highest medical expenditure per person. In the scenario analysis, the financial requirements for the introduction of the limit system were 1,489~2,566 billion won(at 0.5 million won upper limit), 818~1,640 billion won(at 1 million won upper limit), 728~1,554 billion won(at 1.5 million won upper limit). In the trend prediction analysis, medical expenditure of more than 1 million won are predicted to increase to 1 trillion 98.1 billion won in 2030.
Practical Implications: So, the introduction of the 1 million won limit system on children's medical expenditure as a way to strengthen medical coverage for children is a system with high possibility and reality. This further improves the quality of life of children and their families, it will be a system that enables children to grow into healthy adults.

This study attempted to grasp the communication experiences faced by male students in nursing college through clinical practice through grounded theoretical analysis. The data collection period is from December 2, 2020 to January 30, 2021, and the participants are 10 male students who have experienced clinical practice. As for the data analysis method, in-depth interviews were conducted according to the grounded theory analysis method of Corbin and Strauss (2008), and continuous comparative analysis was conducted through the steps of open coding, axis coding, and selective coding. As a result of this study, 16 categories, 30 subcategories, and 69 related concepts were derived, and the core category was found 'to be unavoidably finding your own communication method'. In conclusion, since male students in nursing college experience difficulties due to their immaturity in communication during clinical practice, training-type education is necessary. Therefore, this study shall be a basis for the future development of nursing education programs and quantitative research through the theoretical basis of analysis.

Objectives: This research aimed to classify topics into published suicide-related papers and to understand the weight of major topics and the trend of changes in topics over the past 20 years.
Methods: Articles were collected from KCI website and preprocessed. The revised data by preprocessing were analyzed using Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) algorithm and major topics representing the articles were extracted. Topic trends by year and period were analyzed using the extracted topics.
Results: Through the result of analyses, it was found that each topic has their own specific topics and they can be classified to their own topics rather than overlapping with other topics. We also found that the broadest topics are suicidal status, suicidal thoughts and suicidal prevention while elderly, youth, and risk groups are the target population for many researches.
Conclusions: This research used big data and, through text mining, was able to find comprehensive trends. Using this research as a base, future researches on suicide and suicide prevention can analyze trends in order to study more specific group.

In these days, the dental market is facing a very difficult management situation for small and medium-sized dental clinics due to overheated competition. Government tries to expand and promote the coverage of non-benefit care and preventive care. In this preventive care area, periodontal disease is ranked as a high frequent disease. Dental clinics will have to come up with a new management strategy to suit this situation. This study therefore conducts analysis of the operational feasibility and strategic plan of the dental prevention center.
We use an economic evaluation analysis for three dental clinics currently operating dental prevention centers. First, we itemize benefit and cost field by reviewing literatures and clinic's second data; Benefit consists of medical profit and others; Cost consists of 1) Labor cost (dentist, dental hygienist, others), 2) Material cost (material medica, medical devices, others), and 3) Maintenance cost. Next, we perform an economic evaluation analysis based on estimated benefit and cost values.
There are lots of economic evaluation indicators, but this study selects benefit and cost, net present value, and internal rate of return. The results of the three dental clinics' dental prevention centers' B/C, NPV, and IRR all exceed the standard values, indicating economic feasibility; (B/C≧1, NPV≧0, IRR≧R). In detail, A dental clinic's result shows that B/C=3.07, NPV=1,988,233,000, IRR=95.0%; B dental clinic's result shows that B/C=2.90, NPV=1,589,604,000, IRR=88.4%; C dental clinic's result shows that B/C=3.15, NPV=1,494,247,000, IRR=96.4%. Also, IRR value has an more effect to small clinic than bigger one.
The Dental Prevention Center could be suggested as a strategic plan to provide a competitive advantage to the dental clinics that struggling as well as the dental clinics newly entering the market in the future.

The purpose of this study is to provide future research directions by analyzing research trends on organizational commitment of Korean nurses. From 183 studies(from 1996 to 2020), 667 variables of 198 types were extracted and these were standardized to 632 variables of 61 types. Finally these were transformed into 61 nodes and 726 links, and network analysis was performed. As a result, the most frequently studied variable with organizational commitment is “job satisfaction”. And “job satisfaction”, "turnover intention”, and "social capital” are the highest in degree-centrality, betweenness-centrality, and closeness-centrality. And “job opportunity”, “expectations before employment” and “reward/welfare” aee found to be structural holes. Based on these results, the future directions of organizational commitment research for Korean nurses are discussed.

With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution era, from the point of view of medical institutions oriented toward precision medicine, it is important to examine what factors affect the intention of potential patient customers to use medical services using artificial intelligence by investing in expensive artificial intelligence treatment systems. It can be said that it is very important from the point of view of medical institutions that are in the process of
Accordingly, the main contents of this study will be first, not only to investigate the simple intention to use AI medical services, but also to understand the effects of potential patients' perceptions of risks and attitudes on use and payment intentions. Second, by examining the mediating effect of disease severity and price sensitivity between potential patient customers' risk perception and payment intention, we will also examine factors to consider in introducing AI-based medical care system. Third, among the factors influencing the willingness to pay and intention for the use of the AI treatment system, I would like to examine how price sensitivity is affected by the severity of the disease.
As a result of estimating the direct effect examined, it is confirmed that risk perception affects price sensitivity and intention to use via disease severity. Therefore, in the relationship between risk perception and disease severity, the mediating effect of price sensitivity and the relationship between risk perception and intention to use. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of price sensitivity on the relationship. As a result of the analysis, it was found that disease severity significantly mediates the relationship between risk perception and price sensitivity (b=.05*), and also significantly mediates the relationship between risk perception and intention to use(b=.225*).
