The aim of this study was to analyze the ‘Home Care Planner Supporters’ service, which is a program developed to prevent recurring child abuse, using the concept mapping method. We conducted in-depth interviews with 23 supporters of the service. The collected data were analyzed using the multidimensional equator method. After applying the 6 steps of the conceptual map research method, the focus question was specified, and the research participants were selected, and the participants were asked about the meaning of the ‘Home Care Planner Supporters’ project. The results revealed in this study are summarized as follows. First, the period of service of ‘Home Care Planner Supporters’ project execution personnel was the highest for less than one year, and over two years, 19 cases per home care planner were in charge and the number of services provided was 178 times. Second, 84 statements on the improvement plan for ‘Home Care Planner Supporters’ were classified into 4 clusters such as document budget-related manual maintenance, intervention and case management, employee communication and education, and employee welfare, and the x-axis and y-axis. Two dimensions were ‘education and welfare dimension’ and ‘case management and human resource management’. Third, intervention and case management, employee communication and training, documentation and budget related manual maintenance, and employee welfare were found to be important in service improvement. Based on these results, this study confirmed the need for systematization of the 'Home Care Planner' project and stabilization of employment of project execution personnel in order to prevent recurring child abuse.
