Purpose
This study analyzes whether Internet search of cryptocurrency has a causal relationship to return and volatility of cryptocurrency.
Design/methodology/approach
Google Trend was used as a measure of the level of Internet search, and the parametric tests of Granger causality in the 1st moment and the 2nd moment were adopted as the analysis method. We used Bitcoin‘s dollar-based price, which is the No. 1 market value among cryptocurrency.
Findings
The results showed that the Internet search measured by Google Trends has a causal relationship to cryptocurrency in both average and volatility, while there is a difference in causality and its degree according to the search area and category that Google Trend user should set. Because the Granger causality is based on the improvement of prediction, the analysis results of this study indicate that Internet search can be used as a leading indicator in predicting return and volatility of cryptocurrency.

Purpose
Nowadays, Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) is rapidly growing in popularity and increasingly appearing in marketing. Not even in TV commercial advertisement, ASMR also fast growing in one-person media communication, many brands and social media influencers used ASMR for their marketing contents. The purpose of this study is to measure consumers' perceptions about the products in ASMR marketing content and compare the differences in communication effect of ASMR content creator between product review and how-to in the same Macro tier influencer - the YouTuber that has 10,000-100,000 subscribers.
Design/methodology/approach
The research methods selected ASMRtist that do product review content and how-to content, Text comments data was collected from 200 videos of tech-device review videos and beauty-fashion videos. A total of 52,833 text comments were analyzed by applying the LDA topic modeling algorithm and social network analysis.
Findings
Through the result, we can know that ASMR is good at taking attention of viewers with ASMR triggers. In the Tech device reviews field, ASMR viewers also focus on the product like product's performance and purchase. However, there are many topics related to reaction of ASMR sound, trigger, relaxation. In the Beauty-fashion field, viewers' topics mainly focus on the reaction of the ASMR trigger, response to ASMRtist and other topics are talking about makeup - fashion, product, purchase. From LDA result, many ASMR viewers comment that they feel more comfortable when watching the marketing content that uses ASMR. This result has shown that ASMR marketing contents have a good performance in terms of user watching experience, so applying ASMR can take more consumer intention. And the result of social network analysis showed that product review ASMRtist have a higher communication effectiveness than how-to ASMRtist in the same tier. As an influencer marketing strategy, this study provides information to establish an efficient advertising strategy by using influencers that create ASMR content.

Purpose
In order for companies to continue to grow, they should properly manage human resources, which are the core of corporate competitiveness. Employee turnover means the loss of talent in the workforce. When an employee voluntarily leaves his or her company, it will lose hiring and training cost and lead to the withdrawal of key personnel and new costs to train a new employee. From an employee's viewpoint, moving to another company is also risky because it can be time consuming and costly. Therefore, in order to reduce the social and economic costs caused by employee turnover, it is necessary to accurately predict employee turnover intention, identify the factors affecting employee turnover, and manage them appropriately in the company.
Design/methodology/approach
Prior studies have mainly used logistic regression and decision trees, which have explanatory power but poor predictive accuracy. In order to develop a more accurate prediction model, XGBoost is proposed as the classification technique. Then, to compensate for the lack of explainability, SHAP, one of the XAI techniques, is applied. As a result, the prediction accuracy of the proposed model is improved compared to the conventional methods such as LOGIT and Decision Trees. By applying SHAP to the proposed model, the factors affecting the overall employee turnover intention as well as a specific sample's turnover intention are identified.
Findings
Experimental results show that the prediction accuracy of XGBoost is superior to that of logistic regression and decision trees. Using SHAP, we find that jobseeking, annuity, eng_test, comm_temp, seti_dev, seti_money, equl_ablt, and sati_safe significantly affect overall employee turnover intention. In addition, it is confirmed that the factors affecting an individual's turnover intention are more diverse. Our research findings imply that companies should adopt a personalized approach for each employee in order to effectively prevent his or her turnover.

Purpose
Although companies occupied the network market take the advantageous position first and can be successful in securing users over a certain size, it is important to satisfy the customers' demand and prevent the outflow of users toward a new alternative SNS. What is more, there are frequent changes in the flow of users toward new SNSs. Despite these dynamic market circumstances, there is a lack of research to explain the switching behaviors of SNS users.
Design/methodology/approach
The objective of this study is to explain and verify a specified migration theory(Push-Pull-Mooring model) focused on SNS fatigue in the psychological point of view, as well as reviewing previous studies on functional and technical characteristics of SNSs themselves. Moreover, this study tried to highlight factors affecting users actual SNS switch rather than their switching intention.
Findings
According to the statistical analysis, the most influenced pull factor to switch SNS was the alternative attractiveness. On the other hand, undesired relationship burden, service innovation and important mooring factors to prevent users' SNS switch.
This study has a significant contribution to the theory, which analyzed users' actual SNS switch, and examined SNS users' psychological factors(SNS fatigue), reviewing the characteristics of existing services. To secure more users and to keep them, companies providing social network service need to develop differentiated strategies by analyzing psychological characteristics of various users.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to verify impacts of factors, representing Push-Pull-Mooring(PPM) on switch intention to OTT(Over-The-Top) service in demand for content and to find relationship between factors through empirical analysis.
Design/methodology/approach
This study designed a research model by deriving factors affecting the intention to switch on OTT service based on the Push-Pull-Mooring framework and researches on OTT service. To test the hypothesis, a total of 357 responses were collected from individuals with experience in using OTT service and analyzed using SPSS26 and SmartPLS3.0.
Findings
According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that the push, pull, and mooring factors proposed in this study had a significant effect on switching intention on OTT service. In addition, this study confirmed that both low switching cost and need for variety had a significant effect except for hypothesis H8.

Purpose
This study verified the moderating effect of consumer knowledge in relation to the factors affecting the acceptance intention of autonomous vehicles by adding trust to the United Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model for the commercialization of autonomous vehicles.
Design/methodology/approach
For this purpose, this study conducted a survey on general consumers who are interested in automobiles. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and collected, and 242 questionnaires were used for analysis. To test the hypotheses, multiple regression analysis and multiple group analysis were performed.
Findings
Performance expectations, effort expectations, social influence, and trust were found to have a positive effect on the acceptance intention of autonomous vehicles. In addition, consumer knowledge between performance expectation and acceptance intention and between effort expectation and acceptance intention was confirmed as a variable that can moderate the relationship.

The concept of Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) has emerged to overcome the limitations of traditional centralized personal identity management systems in our society. Therefore, in this study, 36 seminal researches out of 112 collected studies were investigated with a systematic literature review method to deliver a core common definition as well as the research trends on SSI in the socioeconomic, legal and technological fields. SSI studies in the legal field have mainly considered the conflicts with relevant laws such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and privacy protection laws. The study of SSI in the technology field have looked at the trends of the technical components to implement SSI and discussed the necessities of establishing standards to increase interoperability for SSI diffusion worldwide. This study ultimately derived the core definition of SSI from a various academic fields as “a trust-based personal identity management system that enables autonomous self-identification by a identity owner without a centralized system or 3rd party intervention”. The results of this study contribute to the understanding of the essential SSI concept which were varied on different research fields and industries. The results also provide a foundation for discovering various SSI-based business models, applications as well as future research opportunities. Furthermore, this study suggested that SSI must be developed with interdisciplinary manner among the socioeconomic, legal, and technological fields to be practically applicable system to enable autonomous self-identification by a identity owner in our society.

Purpose
This study is to phenomenologically discover key antecedents and outcomes of behavioral process of SNS users who have multiple SNS sub-accounts. Unlike previous studies that focused on user behavior in the context of a specific SNS platform, this study attempts to describe how and why individual manages their multiple sub-accounts across a variety of SNS platforms.
Design/methodology/approach
By applying the grounded theory methodology (GTM) to elucidate the unique behavior in SNS platforms, this study has conducted in-depth interview with 14 respondents who handle multiple accounts across the SNS platforms. As a results of analyzing the interview manuscripts, this study has extracted 47 concepts, 10 sub-categories and 6 main categories by conducting open coding, axis coding, and selective coding.
Findings
By analyzing interview data, this study has derived main categories such as account management, impression management, self-categorization, authority to determine the relationship, digital shadow work, and portfolio SNS accounts from qualitative interview data. This study has also conducted a process analysis that represents how main categories could be inter-related. Based on findings, this study provides a new phenomenological perspective to understand the behavioral process of SNS users' sub-account usage experience.

Purpose
This study explored overall phenomena in context such as YouTube channel operation, strategy, and profit generation through interviews with two research participants who started their own businesses and are recognized as influencer on YouTube and analysis of viewer responses to uploaded contents. With the explosive growth of YouTube content provision and use, previous studies on YouTube are only being conducted individually on YouTube's content, influence, and content providers, so it is need to explore YouTube channel operations and the effect of revenue generation in context from an integrated perspective. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present an integrated model that provides a specific process by contextually linking the factors and results influencing YouTube channel operation and revenue generation phenomena to individuals and companies who are trying to operate YouTube channels for the first time.
Design/methodology/approach
This study systematized and structured the overall phenomena in context such as YouTube channel operation, communication strategy, effect on revenue generation, and YouTube channel operation results by selecting interview subjects and collecting data through interviews, and analyzing viewer reactions (likes, comments, etc.). Due to the lack of previous studies exploring integrated phenomena, research analysis used Strauss & Corbin (1998)'s grounded theory approach, which presented inductive research methods to discover new theories by structuring concepts and categories based on detailed observations and information provided by interviewees.
Findings
The academic implication of this study is that while previous studies are conducted as individual studies on YouTube's content, influence, and content providers in the current situation where YouTube content provision and use are exploding, it integrally explores and presents an integrated model throughout the process. In addition, taking into account the lack of previous studies, it can be found in the aspect of using the grounded theory approach, an inductive theory approach that establishes a new theory.
The practical implications can be found in that it presented practical directions to beginners who want to start operating YouTube channels by identifying operational preparations, communication strategies with viewers, and response management strategies.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to enhance the accuracy score of personal credit scoring using the convolutional neural networks and secure the transparency of the deep learning model using eXplainalbe Artifical Inteligence(XAI) technique.
Design/methodology/approach
This study built a classification model by using the convolutional neural networks(CNN) and applied a methodology that is transformation of numerical data to imaged data to apply CNN on personal credit data. Then layer-wise relevance propagation(LRP) was applied to model we constructed to find what variables are more influenced to the output value.
Findings
According to the empirical analysis result, this study confirmed that accuracy score by model using CNN is highest among other models using logistic regression, neural networks, and support vector machines. In addition, With the LRP that is one of the technique of XAI, variables that have a great influence on calculating the output value for each observation could be found.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to examine the variables affecting user satisfaction through previous studies and to examine the differences between apps. Differences are based on factors that determine the quality of real estate service apps and derived by the topic modeling results.
Design/methodology/approach
This study conducts topic modeling to find factors affecting user satisfaction of real estate service apps using user reviews. Sentiment analysis is additionally conduct on the derived topics to examine the user responses.
Findings
Users give high sentiment scores for services that can manage factors such as usefulness of information, false sales, and hype. In addition, managing the basic services of app is an important factor influencing user satisfaction.

Purpose
Along with increasing use of mobile devices, the sharing economy platform services, which generate profits by sharing products owned or labor, have been activated. A representative example of the sharing economy platform service is Airbnb, which connects providers having idle residential space with users. The results revealed that the cases of superhosts and professional companies had a positive and negative effect on user satisfaction, respectively. Based on signaling theory, this study drew the following implications: residential space providers should make an effort to meet the superhost conditions suggested by Airbnb, and offering residential spaces by individual suppliers rather than professional accommodation companies can more heighten user satisfaction.
Design/methodology/approach
Because sharing behavior is promoted through trust between interested parties, this study aimed to verify the effects of provider characteristics on user satisfaction in a sharing economy platform service. Specifically, it analyzed user satisfaction, according to host attributes (i.e., “superhost or not,” gender, and “professional company or not”) among the characteristics of Airbnb suppliers.
Findings
The results revealed that the cases of superhosts and professional companies had a positive and negative effect on user satisfaction, respectively. Based on these analyses results, this study drew the following implications: residential space providers should make an effort to meet the superhost conditions suggested by Airbnb, and offering residential spaces by individual suppliers rather than professional accommodation companies can more heighten user satisfaction.

Purpose
As information management grows in importance around the world, organizations are investing in information security technology. However, the higher the level of information security technology in an organization, the higher the techno-stress of employees. The purpose of this study is to suggest stress factors related to information security technology that affect the reduction of employees' intention to comply with information security and to suggest ways to alleviate stress.
Design/methodology/approach
The research presented a model for mitigating technical stress related to information security based on technical stress theory and person-organization fit theory. 346 questionnaire data were analyzed from the members of the organization who applied the information security technology, and the research hypothesis was verified through the structural equation modeling.
Findings
The hypothesis test confirms that security-related techno-stress reduces the information security compliance intention of employees, organizational technical support mitigates technical stress, and person-organization fitness mitigates the negative relationship between techno-stress and compliance intention. The results of the study contribute to the organization's strategy for minimizing the reduction of the information security compliance intention of employees, and are meaningful in that the theoretical basis for mitigating techno-stress is provided in the field of information security.

Purpose
Since the number of personal information breach incidents increased, many people have perceived the importance of personal information protection, in the recent. Especially, the number of personal information breach targeting middle-aged and elderly people rapidly increases. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the factors which influence to fail of online information security behaviors among the elderly.
Design/methodology/approach
This study made a research model by adopting the factors deducted from the protection motivation theory. To analyze the research model, we conducted an online survey targeted on the elderly and middle ages users who have nations of Korean and Chinese respectively.
Findings
According to the empirical analysis result, we identified that only perceived severity and perceived vulnerability affected information security awareness. On contrast, it was also discovered that perceived barriers, self-efficacy, and response efficacy did not affect information security awareness. Additionally, the awareness of information security also did not affect information security behaviors. Middle-aged and elderly people with personal information protection education did more information security behaviors than people those who no education experiences. Korean middle-aged and elderly people with education significantly did more information protection behaviors than the people without the education.

Purpose
Retrofit, defined to be addition of new technologies or features to the old system to increase efficiency or to abate GHG emissions, is considered as an important alternative for the old coal-fired power plant. The purpose of this study is to propose mathematical method to model multiple alternative retrofit in Generation Capacity Expansion Planning(GCEP) problem, and to get insight to the retrofit patterns from realistic case studies.
Design/methodology/approach
This study made a multi-alternative retrofit GECP model by adopting some new variables and equations to the existing GECP model. Added variables and equations are to ensure the retrofit feature that the life time of retrofitted plant is the remaining life time of the old power plant. We formulated such that multiple retrofit alternatives are simultaneously compared and the best retrofit alternative can be selected. And we found that old approach to model retrofit has a problem that old plant with long remaining life time is retrofitted earlier than the one with short remaining life time, fixed the problem by some constraints with some binary variables. Therefore, the proposed model is formulated into a mixed binary programming problem, and coded and run using the GAMS/cplex.
Findings
According to the empirical analysis result, we found that approach to model the multiple alternative retrofit proposed in this study is comparing simultaneously multiple retrofit alternatives and select the best retrofit satisfying the retrofit features related to the life time. And we found that retrofit order problem is cleared. In addition, the model is expected to be very useful in evaluating and developing the national policies concerning coal-fired power plant retrofit.

Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to observe the relative priorities of importances among the modified versions of Block chain system, being based on AHP decision support model which should be also proposed in this paper.
Design/methodology/approach
Four versions modified from the beginning of Block chain were divided into Public& Permissionless, Private&Permissionless, Public&Permissioned and Private&Permissioned types. Five criteria for evaluating the four versions whether the version were suitable for Medical information system were introduced from five factors of Technologies Accept Model, which were Security, Availability, Variety, Reliability and Economical efficiency. We designed Decision support model based on AHP which would select the best alternative version suitable for introducing the Block chain technology into the medical information systems. We established the objective of the AHP model into finding the best choice among the four modified versions. First low layer of the model contains the five factors which consisted of Security, Availability, Variety, Reliability and Economical efficiency. Second low layer of the model contains the four modified versions which consisted Public&Permissionless, Private&Permissionless, Public&Permissioned and Private& Permissioned types. The structural questionnaire based on the AHP decision support model was designed and used to survey experts of medical areas. The collected data by the question investigation was analyzed by AHP analysis technique.
Findings
The importance priority of Security was highest among five factors of Technologies Accept Mode in the first layer. The importance priority of Private&Permissioned type was highest among four modified versions of Block chain technologies in second low layer. The second importance priority was Private&Permissionless type. The strong point of Private&Permissioned type is to be able to protect personal information and have faster processing speeds. The advantage of Private& Permissionless type is to be also able to protect personal information as well as from forging and altering transaction data. We recognized that it should be necessary to develop new Block chain technologies that would enable to have faster processing speeds as well as from forging and altering transaction data.

Purpose
In recent years, “Internet + ” is a new social form. Has already brought the vitality of social and economic entities. The rapid development of Internet globalization, promote the development of an emerging network interaction, “Live broadcast”. Viewers from all over the world can watch various types of live programs by connecting to the Internet. Viewers and live broadcasters can generate instant and efficient interactions.
Design
Many companies have taken advantage of the advantages of the live broadcast platform. Use live broadcasts for brand marketing activities. Branding compared to offline, online advertising is cheaper, Spread more quickly, get feedback from consumers more realistic. Merchants are also aware that this type of interaction creates a closer connection between consumers and businesses.
This article will deduce a unique research model through lots of prior studies. Establish independent variables from two aspects of live software features and consumer features, and from the seven hypotheses derived, summarize how to make consumers more loyal to the same brand. The audience of Korean and Chinese live broadcast software is also growing. In order compare the differences between the consumer groups in Korea and China, this article uses the same research model, analysis of consumers in Korea and China.
Findings
Finally based on the results of the study. Proposal for rationalization of companies that use Korean-Chinese live broadcast platforms for brand marketing.

Purpose
This study aims to analyze how entrepreneurs' morality affects entrepreneurship and social responsibility. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences of entrepreneurship and social responsibility on corporate financial performance and social performance by measuring entrepreneurial morality index.
Design/methodology/approach
The research model is based on the existing literature related to morality, entrepreneurship, social responsibility, and corporate performance. In order to verify the research model, empirical analysis was conducted. The collected data were analyzed by Smart-pls 2.0 based on the structural equation model based measurement model verification and the structural model verification two - step approach. Using the bootstrapping method of PLS, 500 samples were constructed and hypothesis verification was performed.
Findings
The results of this study are as follows. In the case of general manufacturing companies, business people are more focused on improving corporate performance than morality, and have a somewhat consistent effect with entrepreneurial spirit that does not have a space of morality. When entrepreneurship is strengthened, financial performance and social performance. Business entrepreneurs in social enterprises are more aware of social responsibility than entrepreneurship, so they achieve both financial performance and social performance at the same time. As a result of this study, it was found that there is a difference in perception depending on the morality of the business people, entrepreneurship, social bookkeeping, and management performance according to the type of company.

Purpose:
We present a scientometric review of the literature on platform government to serve three primary purposes: First, to cluster researches on platform government based on the research issues; second, to identify the major papers, authors, and keywords in the domain; and third, to explore the promising research areas of platform government.
Design/methodology/approach:
We collected the platform government research from Web of Science, and analyzed 1,536 articles that was published during time span of 1998-2019. Next, co-citation networks are constructed and analyzed by using CiteSpace to visualize the domain clusters and dynamic research trends in the platform government domain.
Findings:
We identified 13 sub areas of the platform government research: global investigation, consumer product quality, digital agora, civic crowd funding, and open data use etc. We also visualize the top 20 references with the strongest citation bursts, co-authors network, co-occurring keyword network, and timeline of co-citation clusters.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to analyze the current state of grounded theory methodology in Korea information systems studies and to suggest its application strategies.
Design/methodology/approach
After reviewing previous studies, this study reviewed 16 papers which adopted grounded theory methodology and analyzed these papers by two ways, research contents and methods adopted from grounded theory methodology: Main characteristics in grounded theory methodology are selected as main criteria in analysis such as data collection method, constant comparison, software use, coding ways, suggested model, proposition suggestion etc., while subject, theory/practice orientation, and role of prior knowledge are included in research contents.
Findings
Based on the review and analysis, this paper suggested four guidelines for adopting grounded theory methodology to information systems research in Korea: First, division of research methodology into stages. Second, explicit documentation of research process. Third, pursuit of diversity in research topics. Fourth, strengthening scale up and theoretical integration.

Purpose
The study focuses on the physical activity behavior change effect of smart wristband, which is the most popular type of fitness tracker nowadays. The purpose of the research is to investigate how people's workout behavior may change after wearing a smart band and examine what kind of role persuasive design plays in behavior change.
Design/Methodology/Approach
This research employed an experimental study to examine whether the user's workout behaviors changed after using wristband from the “Behavior Wizard” perspective. A representative smart wristband from a major vendor was selected as the objects of experimental study. In the experiment, by comparing users' workout behavior before and after using the wristband, behavior changes of all the experiment participants were classified into one of the 15 behavior change types. Users perceived persuasive design characteristics were measured and group differences were tested among different behavior change groups.
Findings
This research found that nearly half of the participants changed their workout behavior while half retained their workout status or no exercise status. Half of the participants who did not do exercise in their spare time started walking in the experiment. Results also showed that participants who started working out perceived higher levels of persuasive design devised into the smart band than participants who preserved no exercise status, except for facilitation and reward strategies. Participants who retained workout and those who increased workout frequency perceived no difference in smart band persuasive design.
