본 논문의 목적은 인간과 환경 간의 적합성(goodness of fit)이 한 개인의 삶에 미치는 영향에 주목하여 난민아동의 환경 적합성에 관해 고찰하고 이에 대한 선교적 과제를 제시하는데 있다. 난민아동은 가족분열, 경제적 빈곤, 교육 및 사회문화 제도에서 배제된 경험을 통해 신체적, 정신적, 영적 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 브론펜브레너(Bronfenbrenner)의 생태학과 체계이론이 접목된 생태체계 모형을 중심으로 난민아동의 환경 적합성을 높이기 위한 선교적 과제를 논의하였다. 이를 살펴보면, 미시 체계에서 난민아동의 정신건강을 논의하였고, 중간체계에서 가족 및 학교 선생님과 난민아동의 문제, 외체계에서 난민아동의 교육 시스템, 난민법, 거시체계에서 난민아동에 대한 사회적 인식 등을 다루었다. 본 논문은 난민아동을 위한 사회, 문화, 교육에 관련된 선교적 과제를 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the environmental suitability of refugees children in terms of missionary perspective by paying attention to the effect of the suitability of human beings in the environment. Refugee children suffer from physical, mental and spiritual difficulties from family division, economic poverty, loss of education opportunity and exuded social and cultural systems. Therefore, this study discussed the missionary task to improve the environmental suitability of refugees children using the Bronfenbrenner's ecological system model. In this study, the mental health issue in the micro-system, the problems of family, school teachers and refugee children in the meso-system, and the education system, refugee law, and local church in the exo-system and social awareness in the macro system were discussed. Finally, this study suggests social, cultural and institutional improvement for refugee children from a missionary perspective.
