본 연구는 학교스포츠클럽 지도자의 가치정향에 따른 학습자를 위한 성취역량 지향이 무엇인가에 대해 그리고 2015 개정 체육과 교육과정과 맥락을 같이 하고 있는지에 대해 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 따라서 문헌분석, 전문가협의를 통해 학교스포츠클럽 지도자들이 교수-학습과정에서 달성하고자 하는 핵심역량에 대한 가치 및 하위요소를 도출하였다. 이 후 2015년 8월 1일부터 8월 15일까지 중학교 스포츠클럽 지도자를 대상으로 계층분석(AHP) 설문조사를 실시하여 우선순위를 분석하였다. 분석결과 가치정향 영역별 우선순위로 교과내용숙달(.348), 사회재건(.292), 자아실현(.148), 학습과정(.142), 생태학적 통합(.070)의 순으로 분석되었다. 이에 대한 일관성 지수(CI) 값은 .04로 나타나 응답내용에 대한 일관성을 확보하였다. 또한 학습자가 성취해야 할 전체 하위요소의 상위 3가지 항목을 살펴보면 기능습득/숙련(.1674), 시민의식(.1130), 사회성(.0853) 순으로 분석되었으며 하위의 항목으로는 맥락이해(.0185), 고차원적사고(.0175), 배려/존중(.0107)의 순으로 나타났다. 2015 개정 체육과교육과정에 새로이 포함된 안전의식(.0239)이 하위에 위치한 점과 인성을 추구하는 사회재건 및 자아실현이 상위에 위치한 것을 반영한 새로운 교육프로그램이 스포츠클럽활동에 접목되어야 할 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of the study was to find out what educational value orientation underlies sport club coaches’ instruction and how their value orientations are interrelated with the 2015-Revised Physical Education Curriculum. Therefore, the competencies and the subcomponents were screened out of literature review and expert discussion at the first phase. Thereafter, Analytical Hierarchical Process was executed to determine the hierarchy of the competencies and the subcomponents from Aug 1st to 15th with the sport club coaches in the middle school. They employ Disciplinary Mastery(.348), Social Reconstruction(.292), Self-Actualization(.148), Learning Process(.142), Ecological Integration(.070) with CI(Consistency Index)=.04. The top three subcomponents were Skill Learning/Proficiency(.1674), Sense of Citizenship(.1130) and Sociality(.0853) while Contextual Understanding(.0185), Hierarchical Thinking(.0175) and Consideration/Respect(.0107) were placed at the bottom. What is noteworthy is that Safety Awareness(.0239) is placed at the relatively lower section in the table. Therefore, it is the time to develope and implement safety program(s) for sport club activities.
