The main purpose of this study was to provide a development plan for the Korean billiard industry. The methods utilized in this study include web-crawling through Python, review of literature, non-participatory observation of events, interviews with experts and the marketing specialists in the area of Korean billiard industry, and a case study on European professional billiard league. This study found the following results. First of all, Korea Billiard Federation(KBF) was recommended to initiate the effective membership program in which would be the main revenue stream for KBF. Second, KBF is to organize a new type of league with five divisions including upper divisions (1ㆍ2 division) for elite athletes and the sub divisions(3ㆍ4 divisions) for amateur athletes with the systematic process of promotion and relegation. Last, building a state-of-the-art billiard venue in which is solely dedicated to the game of billiard would be beneficial to KBF.

The purpose of this study is to analyze research trends through previous studies on maker education and physical education subject maker education and to examine policy suggestions for maker education through expert opinions. As a result of analyzing 295 papers collected to examine maker education research trends, the following results were obtained. First, domestic maker of education research, yearly change is the thesis of the start in 2015, has grown rapidly in the year 2017. Second, academic journal papers accounted for a large proportion until 2021, depending on the type of publication. Third, research on elementary and middle school students increases every year, and a number of papers on incumbent teachers and prospective teachers have also been published. Fourth, it was mainly used for practical purposes such as program development, and many studies using digital tools have been conducted. Next, in order to derive policy suggestions for revitalizing physical education subject maker education, open surveys were conducted through field teachers, maker education experts, and physical education experts, and the obtained data were categorized to obtain the following results. It was confirmed that in order to revitalize physical education subject maker education, efforts to establish the philosophy of physical education maker education, spread awareness of value, and establish an environment are necessary. In this study, based on the overseas maker of education for a follow-up study trends research, diversification of the study, various programs, including development of the contents of the suggestion.

The purpose of this study is to develop an index to evaluate the performance of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's local government-run sports team. To achieve this purpose, the best practices of 17 local governments Sports team operation were analyzed, and based on this, the researcher granted the performance evaluation index and score of local governments Sports team and distributed questionnaires to 17 local governments after drafting, and analyzed opinions. And Finally, the performance evaluation index and score plan of the local governments Sports team were proposed.
As a result, The establishment of the local governments Sports team and the grade index of the competition participation are included in the performance evaluation but the score was lowered, the score on local governments Sports team support and community support and linkage variables was upgraded.
In the detailed index, both direct and indirect foundations were the same number of cases at the establishment of local governments Sports team. Science support and planning variables lowered the score, and MOU conclusion and consortium composition increased the score. In addition, the violence and corruption cases of the local governments Sports team were deducted from the total points.

Over the past decade, there has been growing attention to ESG which refers to a broad set of environmental, social, and governance factors or criteria in corporate management and decision-making process. Firms are asked to take responsibility for their impact on society and environment. In addition, many investors are incorporating ESG factors into the investment process. This is why every business should open a conversation on ESG, without hesitation. This study provides overview and effective strategies of ESG factors in the sport industry where the majority of companies are small and medium. ESG management should not be regarded as a short-term event that produces results in a short period of time, but should be systematically implemented by establishing sophisticated measures and detailed performance goals to be promoted step by step with a long-term vision. In particular, based on CEO's leadership, it is urgent for the companies to revise its own key issues, set goals, and gather practices presented in ESG guidelines and evaluation indicators. Considering resource constraints or lack of awareness, it may be difficult to efficiently respond to ESG guidance. However, it should be kept in mind that only those who proactively tackle ESG issues can build a stronger market trust, create competitive values, and promote sustainable growth.

The purpose of this study is to find the actual state of indoor sports facilities and the government's responses in the COVID-19 pandemic, and to discuss limitations. The need of this study is to provide the fundamental material for establishing is necessary to establish the risk management and response plan of indoor sports facilities. The scope of the study is limited to the indoor sports facilities running in accordance with 「Installation and Utilization of Sports Facilities Act」. This study suggests the following conclusions: firstly, the government needs to present a risk response plan for overcoming current issues of indoor sports facilities and issues after COVID-19 by recognizing sports environments and social needs; secondly, the government needs to present detailed standards for the stable operation of indoor sports facilities, and to suggest the policy of employment stability and the policy of support.
It is expected that this study contributes to the government's suggestion of a new plan reflecting the needs of the times, rather than expedient measures, such as the government's regulations and shutdown in the COVID-19 pandemic. It is meaningful as the basic research for a follow-up study.

This study aims to understand sports human rights from the perspective of school sports coaches and to provide basic data to improve the human rights protection of school sports coaches. To achieve this goal, 10 school sports coaches registered in the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee in 2021, with more than five years of coaching experience and have participated in sports human rights education, were selected as research participants. Data collection was conducted through individual interviews using an online conference system. Inductive category analysis was performed on the collected data, and the research results derived through the above process are as follows. First, environmental reasons of human rights violations of school sports coaches were 'Excessive involvement of parents in the athletics department', 'Self-centered human rights protection of student-athletes', and 'Unstabled working conditions of school team'. Second, awareness of human rights violations of coaches was found as such; 'Sports human rights centered on athlete protection', 'Uncertain responsibility of human rights problems', 'Unchanged assessment system for coaches', and 'Absence of coach's human rights violation report and counseling system'. Third, demands for human rights protection by school sports coaches were 'Providing manuals for human rights-friendly guidance', 'Improving the quality of human rights education programs for coaches and athletes', 'Institutional supplementation of coach evaluation methods', and 'Securing time for gradual change'.

This study attempted to derive an empirical formula that can measure the distance of the carbon monoxide risk radius and oxygen risk radius to ensure safety in the event of a fire in the ESS device of public indoor sports facilities. The derived empirical formula must consider the flow of the air, and in the case of public indoor sports facilities, it presents the airflow speed of 1m/s. Accordingly, it was substituted to the empirical formula and the findings derived the conclusion with 2.92500562m of carbon monoxide risk radius and 0.589756321m of oxygen risk radius. It was verified that in the case air-conditioner · heater is used in the public indoor sports facilities, the carbon monoxide risk radius will expand by around 1m and the oxygen risk radius will expand by around 0.1~0.2m. Moreover, the state suggests ESS installation in public sports facilities, but it is difficult to find manuals or legislation about fire accidents that could occur from installing ESS. Therefore, it is necessary to devise means of revision and policies that consider the ESS facility installation environment.

This study aims at figuring out the female disabled's participation in sports and the policies, and making suggestions for policies to extend female disabled's participation sports. In order to achieve the research goals, life and professional sports for female disabled were classified, and then, the current status and policies about them were reviewed. With the comprehensive analysis on disabled life sports survey, data by the department of disabled sports in the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, and the sports persons registration system, results reports, and project plans of KPC, and the expert meetings the policy suggestions were made.
In order to extend female disabled's participation in sports, five suggestions are made as follows: First, in order to invigorate life sports for female disabled, it is required to develop and spread life sports programs and to create and run projects by subject. Second, it is necessary to continue to increase coaches of life sports for female disabled and train and dispatch these coaches for female sports persons. Third, the facilities need those for sports specialized in disabled and the spaces for them, and shall be considered for access to the existed public sports facilities. Fourth, the government shall support intensively life and professional sports for female disabled sports persons. Fifth, KPC, provincial and city sports committees, and alliances by genre shall cooperate to discover and raise female disabled sports persons.
For the suggestions of this study, it is necessary to research the projects and goals wanted by female disabled. Second, it is required to conduct basic and demand investigation for female disabled only and offer basic sources for extending their participation in sports.

The purpose of this study is to propose alternative direction for marine sports research by examining and critically discussing about marine sports researches until so far. To this end, it was examined that how marine sports was born and grown in Korea through the background of the times, and it was found that marine sports emerged and grew thanks to the background of the times of 'growth of tourism industry' as a result. As a next, the direction of study was organized into seven categories in order to understand academic topography of marine sports, and discussed about the output based on this. Lastly, three new direction of study for activating marine sports: 1) reading the culture of club members, 2) establishing educational value and 3) critical analysis were proposed and discussed based on the result of review of academic topography of marine sports.

This study was to propose improvements after analyzing Korean Sport & Olympic Committee managerial promotion projects of basic sports (Track & field, Swimming and Gymnastics) between 2018 and 2020. We collected relevant documents such as plan reports and outcome reports of three events, Sport White Paper (2017-2019), etc. Moreover, we interviewed two people in each association. Based on resources and analysis, we suggested three developments in terms of system (organization), running (scientific method), result (divergence). First, we proposed to make an organization (ex: research institutes) for three basic sports and improve the process of business operation in the system. Moreover, it needs to establish the system of assessment for continuous developments of three basic sports. Second, we propose that they need a hierarchical system for level based classes and competitions and build a computer network for the easy access among city, province and sports group in terms of scientific method of program. Third, promotion projects of basic sports in Korean Sport & Olympic Committee have to be connected to school sports club because there were no three basic sports in competitions of school sports club. Finally, we recommend interviews with coaches, experts in depth for more various understands in promotion projects of basic sports in Korean Sport & Olympic Committee.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status and problems of elite sports for the disabled in Korea to improve the performance of elite sports for the disabled, and to make policy recommendations by analyzing cases of elite sports for the disabled overseas. The research procedure collects domestic elite sports support-related data for the disabled in order to derive policy suggestions for improving the performance of elite sports for the disabled, and conducts a focus group interview (FGI) with 6 experts related to disabled sports. was analyzed. Next, data related to the support policies of elite sports powerhouses with disabilities were collected and analyzed. Through this process, draft policy recommendations for improving the performance of elite sports for the disabled overseas were prepared. In the draft, policy recommendations for improving elite sports performance for the disabled were finally drawn through two meetings with four administrative experts for disabled sports. First, the revision and enactment of the National Sports Promotion Act on the production and management of sports science data for the disabled. Second, the establishment of a sports science research institute dedicated to sports for the disabled. Third, discovering and expanding sports science support events. Fourth, cooperation with advanced countries and institutions for sports for the disabled. Fifth, it was found that a system was prepared to actively collect the needs of athletes and leaders.

The purpose of this study is to present concrete and comprehensive development plans for job creation in the field of women's golf in the sports industry.
This study analyzed job classifications in the sport industry and golf related occupations, current status of the golf industry, and the status of women's profession in the golf field, and the following conclusions were obtained from the detailed proposals for the creation of jobs for women in the golf field. First, the introduction and implementation of the golf field of the National Competency Standards (NCS). Second, the development and promotion of various golf career groups. Third, research on careers and career models to train Korean golfers. Fourth, the cultural development of gender equality in the physical education as well as golf careers. Fifth, support for advancement of female sports and golf leaders. Sixth, joint efforts between golf institutions and other related organizations to strengthen educational programs. Lastly, the establishment of various circle structures and system construction of golf talent after retirement.

The purpose of this study is to analyse present policy conflict condition of local sport club business project, figure out it's problem and alleviate policy conflict. And then, ultimate objective is seek for scheme safe arrival that local sport club business project in local community or area. Research results are as follows.
First, conflict of local sport club and city & county need to started from role change of city & county sport councils. city & county sport councils need to admit independence of local sport club incorporation and need to change to manage or support role of local sport club. Also, local sport club must be membership-centered club not sport instructor or board member-centered club.
Second, local sport club need to go toward not conflict avoidance but coexistence and integration through consultation and adjustment about city & county sports association, sport for all society. Especially, local sport club need to effort timeshare of public sports facilities and structure member pattern of age and level specific link.
Third, local·base sport club management need to propel along with institutional and legal improvement about irrational practice of elite sport and school sport. Addedly, athlete training of local·base sport club need to cooperate with local school athletic varsity not to depression local school elite sport.

This study is to develop insights of policies for post-event usage of Pyeong-Chang 2018 winter olympic venues. The study analyzed cases of ice olympic venues use including vancouver 2010 winter olympics, salt lake 2002 winter olympics, and nagano 1998 winter olympics. Types of post event uses were categorized into use for business and public. Moreover, institutions managing post-event olympic venues were identified. Given the case analysis, the study suggested two standpoints on policies concerning post-event usage of Pyeong-Chang 2018 winter olympic venues. First, post-event use of Pyeong-Chang winter olympic venues should be projected to reflect concept of sport-anchored development(SAD), which will be effective method to develop economy and socio-cultural environments of destinations as well as society. Second, institutions where olympic venues are located should take a charge of managing facilities and programs. Given the findings, the study discussed issues for post-event usage of Pyeong-Chang 2018 Winter Olympic Venues and suggested directions for future research.

The purpose of this study is to identify the background, value and scope of Olympic game records legacy creation. Through overseas case analysis, we plan to explore ways to create a record legacy for the PyeongChang Winter Olympic games.
For this purpose, we analyzed the case of Stark Center's 1968 Mexico Olympic Games US Olympic Team Archives & Oral History Project and the Australian Paralympic Committee's Australian Paralympic Games.
Overall, the plans to create a record legacy for the PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games, divided into administrative aspects that can be realized by the related organizations and subject and stratum aspects, are as follows.
From the administrative aspects, it is necessary to establish a 'Record Legacy Committee' (provisional title) shortly after the conclusion of the competition and establish a record legacy management department in the relevant organization. In addition, an archive system should be established to create a record legacy. There is a need to build a gateway so that the systems of the respective organizations, such as online platform and network construction and digital archive system construction, can be linked.
Second, subject and stratum aspects, active involvement of local organizations and residents should be encouraged. It should encourage active participation of various organizations such as sports, records, related organizations, residents' organizations, PyeongChang Organizing Committee for the 2018 Olympic & Paralympic Games, and Korea Sports & Olymic Committee.
Finally, it is necessary to expand the subject of record creation and create a story through it. In addition to the players and coaching staff, We need to collect records of the social underprivileged and the disabled, so that we can create rich cultural heritage and cultural contents.
The results of this study can be found in the fact that PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games have presented a realistic approach at the end of one year. In the future, I hope that related research will be expanded and various projects for profit and cultural contents creation will be done.

This purpose of the study was to investigate the attitude type and improvement direction of the instructor about the school sports club activities. To determine the subjectivity of individual, Q methodology focused on qualitative subjectivity analysis was applied. At the beginning of research, total 8 of 4 sports instructors and 4 physical education teachers selected in P city were interviewed with questionnaire including open-ended items. Total 40 items collected were reduced to 27 statements through modification and refinement. For the statements acquired, 20 sports instructors employed in sports club activities in P city were selected and asked to classify cards written statements, and then after coding process, Q-sort was carried out with principle component analysis using QUANL program. For extracting factors only factors over eigen value of 1.5 were extracted.
This findings showed as follows. First, all four factors yielded, which reported total explained variance of 56.05%. This means that the result of this study accounts for 56.06% of the instructor's attitude style for school sports club. In addition, given the explained variance by each style, 22.06% of the explained variance was for the first style, 15.04% for the second style, 10.29% for the third style, and 5.66% for the fourth style. Second, characteristics by each style were examined, and each style was labelled based on characteristics. The first style was 'seeking sports game participation support', the second style was 'seeking safe environmental factor', the third style was 'seeking alternative curriculum' and the fourth style was 'seeking interaction'. Third, directional solution of improvement for the school sports club activities discussed as belows. The first style told that recognizing the overall growth of sports through the sports, which was originally intended for the contest. The second style reported that students should be able to choose from a variety of sports that can be made available at school. The third style told that it is necessary to secure space and allocate a fixed space, and various kinds of direct and indirect learning activities for holistic development should be done. The fourth style reported that through the linkage within the curriculum, the integrated goal of physical education should be achieved.

In this study, we will check youth athletes protection policies in football and baseball and explore practical policy measures to protect youth athletes by utilizing IoT technology. In order to protect youth athletes in a variety of sports, the specs of athletic gear that are allowed for competitions, determined especially for youth athletes, is a standard established by related sports organizations. Additionally, in consideration of the heath and bodies of youth athletes, the organizations have established and applied the rules of the game to the level of the athletes physical limits. However, if one watches an actual match, these rules and limits for youth athletes are seldomly followed. Although there are bans against heading footballs or throwing curves in baseball, they are rarely enforced. Because these youth athletes are extremely competitive, they tend to play or do a move that is against the rules of the game. The problem with this is the referees and official scorers are too far away or not at the right spot to examine these players properly. If referees were able to catch these violations during games, athletes would be more reluctant to make them. If a policy on smart devices utilizing IoT technology proposed in this research could be introduced, these problems could be greatly solved. By this, it is obvious that the potential for establishing a successful youth athlete protection policy is very promising. In order to successfully establish a policy for the protection of these youth athletes, it is necessary to promote the policy through cooperative governance and social consensus among stakeholders, such as sports organizations, civil societies, and education authorities. In a broad perspective, the policy objectives for the protection of youth athletes are very clear. A plan to support systematic education and training utilizing IoT technology and a shift in innovative ideas that apply new technologies to competitions are needed so that policies for the protection of youth athletes can be smoothly implemented.

This study used data from the 3rd(2009), 4th(2011) and 5th(2013) of the Korean Retirement and Income Study(KReIS) of the National Pension Research Institute. The analysis of the panel data of 3892 people aged 65 and over nationwide showed the participation status of leisure sports in the elderly and the difference of physical health and mental health level according to the type of leisure sports participation.
As a result of the analysis, it was found that 5-10% of elderly people participated in the exercise as the first in the leisure activity, and the percentage of non-participating group was 67-77%. The physical and mental health level of leisure sports first participant group was highest and the physical and mental health level of leisure sports non participant group was lowest. As a result of the longitudinal analysis, the physical and mental health level of the elderly continuously participating in leisure sports was higher than those of the other groups, and increased continuously for 5 years, increasing the gap with the other groups. It can be seen that participation in leisure sports continuously can function to enhance the physical and mental health level of the elderly.
Based on these results, it was discussed that how to increase the participation of the elderly in leisure sports and to continue participation.

The main purpose of this study was to provide a development plan for the Korean billiard industry. The methods utilized in this study include web-crawling through Python, review of literature, non-participatory observation of events, interviews with experts and the marketing specialists in the area of Korean billiard industry, and a case study on European professional billiard league. This study found the following results. First of all, Korea Billiard Federation(KBF) was recommended to initiate the effective membership program in which would be the main revenue stream for KBF. Second, KBF is to organize a new type of league with five divisions including upper divisions (1ㆍ2 division) for elite athletes and the sub divisions(3ㆍ4 divisions) for amateur athletes with the systematic process of promotion and relegation. Last, building a state-of-the-art billiard venue in which is solely dedicated to the game of billiard would be beneficial to KBF.

The purpose of this study to analyze the regulations and qualification tests that follow the implementation of the player agent system in the KBO league to provide policy suggestions that suit the domestic (Korean) professional baseball environment and to provide base material to promote coexistence with baseball leagues and the professional baseball industry through the protection of player rights through literary research conducted to achieve this objective, including that of analysis of the regulations U.S majorleague & Japan probaseball, data, newspaper articles, websites, cases, and theses. First, it is necessary to make concept distinctions according to the work scope or expertise of player agents. The work scope of player agents should be subdivided to increase their professional capacity and to provide better quality service to players. Second, player agent wages should be sorted according to the annual salaries of the players. Wages should be applied differently according to the annual salaries of players so that all players can properly utilize the player agent system. Third, improved professional ability and transparent committees must be formed to increase the objective functions of various committees. Details regarding the member composition and qualifications of committees should be made public and based on manpower pools for committees to fulfill their role of being objective and highly professional. Fourth, periodic education or training is needed to increase the professionalism of player agents. Education regarding theories on laws and regulations and practical details such as salary negotiations and advertisement negotiations should be conducted to increase professionalism and to prevent players from suffering any damage.

The purpose of this study is to find out how to effectively achieve the performance of the business through the exploration of Kukkiwon's Taekwondo ODA which started participating in public development aid. In this study, literature review and in-depth interviews were conducted. Practitioners of various organizations conducting international development projects in Taekwondo and professors of academia, participants working at Kukkiwon ODA project. The results are as follows. First, the Kukkiwon Taekwondo ODA project is being invited and dispatched. This is done as a support project through human exchange, such as Global Taekwondo Master's Training Program, Taekwondo Friendship Training Program, Kukkiwon Dispatch Taekwondo Masterin recipient countries and the development and spread of Taekwondo. Second, there is a problem in the Kukkiwon Taekwondo ODA project. Third, it is about the result of the development plan of Kukkiwon Taekwondo ODA project. 1) In order to achieve the objectives of the Kukkiwon ODA project and to encourage participation and sustainable support from various countries. 2) Diversification of education programs should be carried out in order to strengthen the capacity of individual participants. 3) It is necessary to build a cooperation system with other institutions so that participants can make use of the knowledge and skills gained through education to enhance the effectiveness and usability of education Establishment of specialized departments and expertise should be ensured in order to improve the efficiency of the overall business through systematic business planning, operation and follow-up. Cooperative governance with similar institutions, corporations, and private organizations should be established in order to improve the effectiveness of the project and to build advanced systems.
