L'intelligence artificielle(IA) parfaite que nous imaginons n'existe pas encore. Cependant, le discours sur l'IA est constamment produit. En d'autres termes, nous vivons dejà dans le vaste discours s’agissant d’IA qui n'existe pas encore en forme concrète. Nous discutons aujourd’hui des questions d'ethique à l'ère de l'intelligence artificielle et des lois qui s'y appliquent. Les pensees vagues de l'IA que conçoit tout le monde est en train de se justifier dans un discours gigantesque. L'intelligence artificielle apportera les commodites de la vie que nous n'avons jamais connues auparavant. Cependant, de nos jours, nous rencontrons l’IA qui s’evoluer dans le discours et Peut-être à travers ce discours, nous vivrons à l'ère de l'intelligence artificielle. Nous allons examiner certains des discours lies à l'IA dans cet article. Et nous voulons analyser ces discours à travers les pensees de Roland Barthes presentees dans son oeuvre mythologies.
Barthes a theoriquement incarne “la vie des symboles dans la societe” en montrant la structure symbolique “mythe”. Le developpement theorique de Barthes doit être etudie à nouveau dans l'aspect pratique de la linguistique de Saussure. Mythologies montre que la pensee humaine sur le phenomène qui se passe dans le monde existe maintenant dans la societe sous forme de discours. Par consequent, cet article examinera, à travers les theories de Barthes, la façon dont le “discours de l'intelligence artificielle” existe à côte de nous.

"Explication de L'Etranger" de Sartre est consideree comme une reference dans la lecture du roman d'Albert Camus. Dans son article, Sartre illustre L'Etranger à la lumière de l'essai philosophique de son auteur : Le Mythe de Sisyphe. En indiquant l'ordre sigificatif de la parution de ces deux ouvrages, Sartre tente d'affirmer la raison d'être du roman au-delà de l'explication conceptuelle de l'essai camusien.
On s'aperçoit vite que Le Mythe de Sisyphe est le support priviligie de l'analyse de Sartre. Mais en même temps il nous invite à y discerner certaines assertations proprement sartriennes concernant le genre romanesque tels que la technique romanesque, la gratuïte du roman, la generosite inutile de l'art, la temporalisation du romancier, la distinction entre recit et roman. Tous ces problematiques romanesques ne se tardent pas à s'integrer dans sa theorie litteraire de Qu'est-ce que la litterature?
Dans son explication, Sartre essaie de nous montrer comment Camus reussit à exprimer le silence de Meursault avec le langage. Ainsi le meilleur de l'article de Sartre porte sur l'analyse du style camusien. Sartre souligne l'utilisation du temps verbal, la phrase discontinue et l'absence des conjonctions. Aussi il montre que tous ces procedes sont convoques à renforcer l'absurdite du personnage Meursault : son isolement et sa solitude absolue.
En conclusion, il insiste que "ce scintillement de petits eclats sans lendemain" ne s'ouvre pas à un univers du roman, univers de transcendance et de devenir. Ainsi il propose de ranger le roman de Camus "très proche" d'un conte philosophique de Voltaire.

Les chercheurs d'os indiquent ceux qui sillonnent le pays afin de ramener le squelette d'un membre de famille mort pendant la guerre de liberation. C'est pour honorer les morts et leur attribuer de la saintete. Ces morts sont hisses au rang des martyrs de la patrie et deviennent les objets du culte comme le saint. Le martyr et le saint forment le paradigme du sacre dans la culture du Maghreb. Le sacre fonctionne essentiellement au gre d'un principe de base : le manicheisme, un principe qui prend la forme d'un combat entre l'ange et le diable. En effet, les martyrs sont admis dans l'histoire sacree en ayant lutte contre les occupants impies.
Mais cette sacralisation n'est pas pour les morts mais pour les vivants. Les martyrs assument une double fonction pour les vivants. D'un côte, le martyr est un intercesseur auprès de Dieu afin d'assurer aux siens le pardon divin à l'heure du Jugement dernier. De l'autre, il offre des “os à conviction” dont les vivants tirent profit. Le roman donne un commentaire rationaliste dont la fonction est de demystifier le sacre. Cette demarche vise à enlever au sacre tout trait de mystère et le ramener à sa nature materielle. C'est ainsi que la depouille souveraine du martyr est reduite à des os qui cliquetent dans une outre et les chercheurs d'os se transforment en des vautours insatiables. Ce système des metaphores, qui devalorise le sacre et en decode le mecanisme, arrive à detruire le manicheisme qui constitue la pierre angulaire de tout l'edifice du sacre.
En consequence, pour le jeune narrateur, la vision sacree de l'histoire s'effondre et emerge un sens nouveau de la realite. C'est ce que le narrateur de quartorze ans apprend par la pensee dialectique. Ce roman est donc un roman d'apprentissage. Tahar Djaout produit un discours de l'universel à partir d'une situation geographique et historique partuculière.

앙드레 브르통은 그의 초현실주의 선언(1924)에서 문학의 새로운 방향, 즉 초현실주의에 대한 관점을 이론으로 공식화 한다. 초현실주의라는 용어는 브르통에 의해 본격적으로 사용되지만, 실은 프랑스 시인 기욤 아폴리네르에 의해 처음 사용되었다. 브르통은 다다에서 발전한 초현실주의 문학 운동을 본격적으로 그리고 조직적으로 실천하게 된다. 초현실주의 근간을 이루는 사상은 바로 인간 상상력의 해방이며, 합리주의가 도달한 관념적인 막다른 길에 대한 도전과 새로운 사고의 구축이었다. 브르통이 초현실주의 선언에서 “초현실주의는 (...) 모든 방법으로 사고의 참된 작용을 표현하려고 하는 순수한 심적 오토마티즘이다. 이성에 의한 일체의 통제 없이, 또한 미학적, 윤리적인 일체의 선입관 없이 행해지는 사고의 진실을 기록한 것이다”라고 주장한다. 예술가의 자유로운 상상 속에서 태어난 해방된 언어와 이미지 사이를 기존에 구애받지 않고 임의적으로 다양하게 연관시킴으로써 현실의 논리적 질서를 비켜난 새로운 세계를 드러내려고 한다.
이러한 과정과 창작 작업을 통해 결과적으로, 초현실주의 텍스트의 주요 특징 중 하나는 임의적이고 놀라운 이미지를 풍부하고 체계적으로 사용하는 것이다. 이미지는 깊은 자아의 욕망과 환상이 포착되어 표현되는 특권적인 장소가 되고, 그것은 경이로움에 대한 인간의 갈망을 충족시키는 다른 세계로의 개방을 허용하게 된다. 동시에 시적 또는 문학적 이미지와 자동기술법 이론은 "객관적 기회"의 영역과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 이미지들의 자유로운 연상은 자발적이고 즉각적인 특징으로 초현실주의 이론을 보여주는 중요한 축을 구성한다. 왜냐하면 초혀실주의 작가들에게 있어 시적 이미지는 해방되고 임의적인 글쓰기 기회가 실현되는 특권적인 장소로서, 이를 통해 자동기술법이 무의식과 심리의 깊은 내면을 드러내 보이기 때문이다

Our arguments based on the aesthetic ideas of Rousseau on the occasion of the setting to music of his pygmalion within the framework of the invention of this new kind that is the melodrama. According to Rousseau, the marvelous and the machines are means of producing the illusion in classical aesthetics, both being made for the pleasure of the senses. But Rousseau offers to abandon the wonderful and machines to paint the human world. To achieve this, the subjects to be represented recommended by Rousseau are the intimate feelings. What Rousseau seeks to awake in the viewer of the opera is the sensitivity by which one can identify oneself with the characters in the scene. The opera, too, is a place where the 'chain of feelings' must be represented. The opera is all the more appropriate to this representation that it is these sentimental movements that gave birth to the song, that is to say the germ language and melody. The opera presents to the spectator a world of illusion where he identifies himself psychologically with the heroes or heroines. But Rousseau, thinking that modern poetry and music have their own prosody because of their respective degeneration, proposes to follow the monologue speaks and instrumental music instead of singing monologues. We can therefore conclude that the structure used in the writing of Pygmalion is set up to express a psychological situation suggested thanks to the declaimed and gestural monologue (acting).

This treatise investigates the using of the camera lucida as the representative optical instrument for drawing in the first half of the 19 th century in Europe. Invented in 1806 by the English scientist W H Wollaston (1766-1828), the camera lucida had been manufactured since 1807 and widely used by many European landscape painters. In order to examine the effects and problems of using the camera lucida this treatise analyses the drawings made with the camera lucida by amateur and professional painters during 1810s and 1840s in England; firstly, the two portrait drawings by the painters, John and Cornelius Varley and secondly, the landscape drawings by the scientist John F. W. Herschel and the navy officer Basil Hall and thirdly, the topographic drawings of the famous watercolorist John Sell Cotman (1782-1842) who successfully used the device for drawing architectural momuments and natural surroudings. The beneficial elements of the camera lucida were the rapid speed and the drawings of outlines as well as perspective lines which were more necessary to amateur artists than professional. On the problems of the device some professional painters pointed out the inaccuracy of outlines and perspective lines and were not content with the line quality. None the less the camera lucida had been widely used by the landscapists during the 19 th century, because they could easily bring it outside and draw objects directly in the nature, and it was more convenient than the rival media, the camera obscura.

Die Wahlverwandtschaften ist eins der in der deutschen Literaturgeschichte am meisten interpretierten Werke. Aber von so vielen Auslegungen gibt es fast keine, die den Roman aus der ökologischen Sicht betrachtet. Im Folgenden möchte ich versuchen, ihn aus der ökofeministischen Perspektive zu analysieren. Ökofeminismus basiert auf den Grundgedanken, dass es zwischen der Unterdruckung der Frau im Patriarchat und der Ausbeutung der Natur mit der Folge der Umweltzerstörung Zusammenhänge gebe. Ökofeminismus erfordert ein neues Bewusstsein und eine Neustrukturierung der Gesellschaft nach feministischen und ökologischen Prinzipien.
In Wahlverwandtschaften treten viele authentische und souveräne Frauen auf, die in allen Aspekten den männlichen Protagonisten uberlegen sind. Die beiden Hauptfiguren Chalotte und Ottilie zählen zur Mitte der Familie und entscheiden souverän uber ihr Schicksal. Wenn man die Lage der Frauen in der damaligen Gesellschaft um 1800 berucksichtigt, lässt sich behaupten, dass die Frauen in dem Roman emanzipatorische Ansätze antizipieren. Zweitens handelt es sich in dem Roman um die Diskussion uber die Institution Ehe. Dadurch wird die gewöhnliche und alte Form der Standes- und Zwangsehe in Frage gestellt und eine neue Form der Ehe aus der Liebe getastet. Schließlich werden in Wahlverwandtschaften neue Werte wie Einfuhlen, Mitleid, Liebe und Pflege als Alternative zur patriarchalischen Gesellschaftsordnung vorgestellt. Diese Werte werden von Ottilie vertreten, deren Betragen durch ruhige Aufmerksamkeit und Langsamkeit gekennzeichnet ist. In einer Welt, wo Gleichgultigkeit und Abneigung zu Hause sind, fällt ihre Einfuhlungsgabe besonders auf, weil sie die Grundlage fur die wahre Kommunikation zwischen den Menschen und das harmonische Zusammenleben mit der Natur bildet.
Ottilie ist mit einem “mäßigen, ruhigen Sinn” begabt. Ihre Geduld-Natur weist auf ein verlorenes Paradies zuruck. Aber sie weist aber auch voraus “auf die utopische nicht-veloziferische Zukunft”. Interessanterweise werden die von Ottilie vertretenen Werte wie Bescheidenheit, Fursorge, Mäßigung, Einfuhlungsgabe, Befreiung von der Habgier und freiwillige Askese gerade von dem heutigen Ökofeminismus als Alternative zur modernen Denk- und Lebensweise vorgeschlagen.

It is evident that contact with another language shapes and develops a language. What is more up for discussion is how a home language responds to such influences. Such questions have been at the center of the Sprachpflege issue. In the history of the German language, responses to dealing with loanwords have dramatically shifted with the times. 
The disparity arises from the two different evaluations of the situation. Foreign word influences may be appreciated as an influx that makes the home language and culture more plentiful; but also could be rejected as valueless and overwhelming, hence the attempts to do away with the loanwords in the mother tongue. The German language was shaped with the influence of Latin in the age of the Old High German, and French in the High German of the Middle Ages. By the modern times, the influence of foreign languages becomes more prominent. In other words, Latin from the classical times, French from the A la Mode times, and English from modern times had a large impact on how German developed. This influence created new loanwords and gave rise to endless controversy over the pros and cons of accommodating these expressions. There were specific incidents which propelled these discourses to take center stage - such as the outbreak of the Thirty-Year War (1618), the French Revolution (1789), the creation of the German empire (1871), and the rise of the Natzi (1933). The relation between the use of loanwords and politics is especially clear when looking at the development of German language diachronically.

This is an analysis of Android David's personality in two science fiction films, Prometheus and Alien: Covenant by British director Redley Scott. In these films, the Android, named David, supposedly gains a human-like personality, and it's own identity as an individual, even though it is robotic. From creation, David possessed a greater acute sensibility than the humans who drive him to become a critically thinking and questioning Android. As the films progress, David gradually evolves into a philosophical Android that is very artistic and deeply reflective of himself as a his being. In this process, David produces the various intertextual references corresponding to his identity which are mythical, philosophical, cinematic, literary and musical motifs: Michelangelo's statue David, Wallhal, Richard Wagner's Castle of God in Rheingold, the Film Lawrence of Arabia, Prometheus from Greek mythology, John Milton's Lucifer character in Paradise Lost, Percy Bysshe Shelley's Ozymandias, the poet George Gordon Byron. The fusion of these symbolizations creates his individual identity. In this complex mix, Android David reflects deeply on his existence and denies the values, especially the vertical power relationship between humans and Android, which has already been an established law. In the further course of the films he completely revolutionizes his identity as a servant. He develops a god-complex and destroys both the creator of man, called engineer, and the people, themselves to build his own world. Finally, he annihilates the human Creator in order to build his own world, and makes human the host of his own creation, the alien. David achieves a personality that is not human android, with his desire and will. The ending of the film leaves open the question of the course of his future journey in space. These two films create a new type of Android image that is different from the Android type that appears in most science fiction movies as well as the existing alien series movies. In contrast to David, humans in the film lean back on the omnipotent science and technology and are distanced from the essential humanity. Considering that the realization of the essential identity of man and machine has been reversed, it reflects on how much the way of pursuing the process of self-identity is culled.

The purpose of this study is toexamine the theology of the others in the Old Testament, sothat Korean Church may address the error of only extending its sovereignty in its countless social services provided. Israel once was also looking toexplore the way of survival among the neighboring powers with a nationalistic and exclusive way of survival, but it eventually had toreflect on the way towards serving the others for more an active historical role.
This study analyzes Gen 12:3 in order toexplore the theology of the others(= neighbors) in the Old Testament. Even though Gen 12:3 is only a short passage, it is a text that has been formed as a result of long times of reflection.
First, this study examines the literary features of Gen 12:1-3. As Gen 12:1-3 is a connecting passage that transitions from the Proto-history toRedemptive history. Gen 12:1 consists of God's Visit - Request - Promise and reveals the theology of the Exilic period, regarding 'Coming God tovisit us'. There are seven promises provided in Gen 12:2-3, and they were the objectives of Israel toaccomplish and expressed the identity of Israel that it hoped. These promises were provided in various settings in life in the transitional Exilic period and the Post-Exilic period. They were combined tothe present text by redaction processes (probably twotimes).
Especially, understanding the presence of the others(= neighbors) in a very positive way from the international perspective, three promises(nos. 5-7) o Genesis 12:3 are seeking the central role of Israel in the world, while they establish the identity of Israel as a servant for others(= neighbors).
The promises of nos. 5-6(Gen 12:3a) are called 'value standard' formulae and the promise of no. 7(Gen 12:3b) is called 'blessing intercession' formula.
This study first examines the history of the formation of the 'value standard' formula. The 'value standard' formula has been formed through the history of reflection for a long period of time. The complete form of the 'value standard' formula might have been formed between the advent of Nehemiah and the advent of Ezra(BCE 450-400), in which the universalistic thought was most widespread.
Second, this study explores the theological meanings of the 'value standard' formula according tothe questions as follows:
1) Whoreceives a blessing and a curse?
2) What are the conditions that determine the blessing and the curse?
3) How does God determine a blessing or a curse?
4) The value standard and the will and commitment of God
5) The way of Israel
Third, this study explores the 'blessing intercession' formula. The 'blessing intercession' formula consists of three elements as follows:
First, a blessing verb - to be blessed
Second, the motive of blessing - 'through you', representation of the blessing intercession of Abraham
Third, the object of blessing - all family groups on earth
Fourth, this study examines the role of Israel toward the others(= neighbors) from a comprehensive point of view combining blessing intercession and value standard. Israel's way of interceding with God for blessing on behalf of all others(= neighbors) in the world is todiscover, educate and hand down God's values through international solidarity, sothat the others(= neighbors) may participate in the same way. Rather than and beyond the way of serving others merely toexpand one s sovereignty, this perspective is a new form toserve others.
