As the age of the fourth industrial revolution comes, automation technologies such as AI(artificial intelligence) and Robot service are affecting on the recognition changes of the tourism industry. Within the next 6-10 years, artificial intelligence technology is increasingly applied to various fields of the tourism industry. The more specific purpose of this study is to analyze the recognition of visitors who stayed at the Henn_na hotel in Japan which is the world first hotel staffed by artificial intelligence(AI) and Robot. Data collection was carried out through Sep.6 to Nov.30, in 2017. A total of 300 questionnaire were distributed and finally 231 were analyzed. As the results of recognition analysis on introduction of artificial intelligence and robotic technology, the recognition level on productivity and management efficiency will be improved by introduction of AI was the average of 3.96(5 scale), indicating the highest recognition level. Next, in the t-test results by gender, those two questions including 'provide accurate and differentiated services' and 'costs will be incurred due to the introduction of artificial intelligence', there were distinctive differences. In particular, the development of artificial intelligence technology is expected to be influential throughout tourism industry in the near future. In this respects, preemptive responses should be prepared in each tourism fields. Several academic and practical implications are suggested.

This study is to investigate the effect of power on group cohesivenss and organizational commitment of hotel employees and the purpose of investigating the providing directions for hotel employees to have a consistent to promote satisfaction with organizational involvement. For this study a questionnaire survey, targeting hotel employees with more than 1 year experience in domestic special first class hotel with top 10 hotels of in 2016 customer satisfaction index, was made during 8 weeks period, total 350 sheets were distributed and 312 samples were used for the empirical analysis. The according to the empirical analysis result, Power was defined by five factors derived from exploratory factor analysis: reward power, coercive power, legitimate power, expert power and referent power. two sub-factors of power, reward power had a positive(+) effect and coercive power had a negative(-) effect on group cohesivenss. Second, reward power, referent power had a positive(+) effect on organizational commitment.

The air transport industry, which marks the fourth industrial revolution, is expected to have a significant impact on passenger transport services, in-air service, operations on aviation, and aircraft operations throughout the air passenger transport. As special changes are expected in the field of air passenger transport services, which is the main theme of the dual air transport business, this study looks for air passenger reservations, flight transport operations, and other areas of aviation passenger transport service in preparation for the fourth industrial revolution. As a result, as a response to the ICT sector in air passenger service, it should focus on the development of passenger service systems (PSS) that support the service of air passenger reservations, ticketing, and transport as a converged integrated system under each independent system. Second, the basic model for Airline's revenue management should be replaced with the existing static pricing and seat-assigned model to determine the volume of demand and the level of discrete distribution immediately before departure of the aircraft at each point. Third, airport passenger services should develop smart airport systems using artificial intelligence and big data based on biometric functions of passengers.

In order to fully realize the benefits of promoting tourism policy in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the benefits of investment in information and communication technologies, a different tourism economy structure must be built first. Tourism policy should be promoted on the basis of new tourism enterprise structure and tourism industry policy which is different from the existing industrial society in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. The purpose of this study is to investigate the direction of tourism policy in the 4th Industrial Revolution era. The direction of tourism policy is as follows: improvement of productivity, internationalization of super-intelligence, reorganization of government functions, public investment, and the transition to the next. Through this, we aimed to secure the competitiveness of the tourism industry in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, to meet the tourism needs of domestic and foreign tourists, and to provide opportunities to create added value of tourism enterprises.

Due to political problems in Korea and China in 2017 due to the political problem, the Korean tourism industry is experiencing a cold weather due to the collapse of the national image and the Han Hallyeong. Accordingly, it seems to be a time to make a positive and balanced approach to the unbalanced tourism flow between China and Korea The results of this study are as follows: First, the image of Korean tourists perceived by Chinese tourists is 'good', 'clean', 'expensive', 'good living and natural environment'. Second, in the type of reminders, the human and social image was most derived. Third, in the type-by-type evaluation, entertainment image and natural environmental image were positive. Finally, the evaluation of Korean tourism image according to sex and number of visits was generally positive, negative, and neutral. finally, it is considered that negative images should be prevented by emphasizing other positive image in order to alleviate the image of the country that has fallen due to political reasons between the two countries.

With the awareness that Literature Tourism were designed too hastily and only for PR purposes after the change in the tourism environment, this paper is to develop tourist destination storytelling strategy using popular literature contents. Especially discourse plays an important role in the social construction. Discourse generally consists of printed materials, auditory discourse, and visual discourse. For social construction of a tourist destination, discourse may be supplied by the media, or the tourist. In the tourist destination storytelling's view, strategies are composed of extending of tourist destination mania, circulating nostalgia for tourist destination, developing experience circumstances of popular culture tourist destination, making tourism story networks, making tourism storytelling process, and cultivating tourism experts of popular culture. To emphasize the 'Telling' as well as the 'Story', interesting episodes have been reviewed to discover a motive. In order to make the storytelling plan available in practice as an alternative plan for Literature Tourism, a visual point should be properly set to make the hike landscape look sufficiently dynamic. In addition, real hike landscape routes and narration scenarios should be prepared as well. Professional hike landscape interpreters who are well informed of the natural features of Literature Tourist Destination and the history of writer should be brought into the project, and Internet and digital technology-based strategies should be developed.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of industrial tourism's experiential elements on brand equity(brand image & perceived quality) and satisfaction based on Pine & Gilmore's experience economy theory(1998). The Survey was performed in the G-Valley mock-up tour program, Nov.~Dec. 2017 and industrial tourists(162 samples) were analyzed. IBM SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 were used to get the statistical results. The main study results and suggestions as follows; First, four experiential elements(entertainment experience, education experience, escape experience, and esthetic experience) were found out as the dominant factors in G-Valley industrial tourism brand equity. Second, G-Valley industrial tourism quality was direct factor in deciding tourists' satisfaction. So this study implies G-Valley industrial tourism organizer needs to develop more unified and IT-oriented experience programs such as IT plus games, micro fiber plus traditional market shopping and experience programs to stabilize the industrial tourism in near future. Third, KICOX(Koren Industrial Complex Corporation) and Guro-gu office need to support G-Valley industrial tourism programs, facilities and human services to settle down. Finally this study suggests it should be necessary to designate visitor center and professional agency(for example, travel agency) to expand G-Valley industrial tourism.

The primary purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among tourism experiences, tourist satisfaction and campus life satisfaction. In order to collect the data needed for this study, on-site questionnaire was developed. A convenience sample of subjects was obtained from college students who attend Junior college and university. Data were collected through on-site surveys for 12 days between March 19th and March 30, 2018. Three hypotheses were examined to represent relationships between tourism experiences, tourist satisfaction and campus life satisfaction. The proposed hypotheses suggested that there are significant and positive relationships among three variables. A statistically significant and positive relationship between tourism experiences and tourist satisfaction suggested that the greater tourism experiences increases the tourist satisfaction. At the same time, the greater tourism experiences increases the campus life satisfaction. The findings of this study offer several managerial implications for university directors in managerial positions.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of market orientation on innovation and the effect of innovation on business performance. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey on the employees of travel agencies specialized in MICE tourism in Seoul. A total of 160 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the factor analysis, the market orientation of MICE travel agencies was divided into intelligence generation, intelligence dissemination, and responsiveness to market intelligence. Innovation was classified into single dimension, and management performance was classified into financial performance and non-financial performance. Hypothesis test results show that intelligence dissemination, and responsiveness to market intelligence have a significant effect on innovation, and innovation has been found to have a significant effect on financial performance and non-financial performance. However, intelligence generation has been studied to have no significant effect on innovation. Through this study, it was revealed that intelligence dissemination, and responsiveness to market intelligence of MICE specialized travel agencies enhances innovation, and that innovation is a factor for enhancing financial management performance and non - financial management performance.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the flight attendants' work-family balance(FWB, WFB) on leader-member exchange(LMX), team-member exchange(TMX) and life satisfaction. Flight attendants usually spend so much time away from their family, there are inevitable consequences of emotional labor. Consequently, it is very difficult to balance between work role and family role. Data is obtained from survey of 328 flight attendants of a major airline company from March to April, 2017. The results are as follows; FWB and WFB have a positive effect on LMX. However FWB only has a positive effect on TMX. Both LMX and TMX are positively related with life satisfaction. Additionally FWB and WFB enhance life satisfaction. As a result, work-family balance plays the crucial role of conserving and gaining resources influencing on LMX, TMX and life satisfaction. These results suggest that service organizations such as the airline companies should pay attention to flight attendants' work-family balance(FWB, WFB) as well as social exchange relationship including LMX and TMX. Also, flight attendants need to make use of gym facilities at the hotel or make a trip to gain the resources which could be used in family role effectively.
