본 연구는 무용전공 대학생의 개인적 특성에 따른 성격 5요인·진로 태도 성숙도의 차이와, 성격 5요인이 진로 태도 성숙도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 서울시 소재 5개 대학 무용과 남·여 학생 305명을 대상으로 현장조사를 실시하였으며, 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계분석, 신뢰도 분석, 독립표본 t검정, 일원배치분산분석, 상관관계, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인적 특성에 따른 성격 5요인의 차이 검증 결과 성격 5요인은 차이가 있었고, 전공에 따른 차이는 없었다. 둘째, 개인적 특성에 따른 진로 태도 성숙도의 차이 검증 결과 학년, 전공, 무용경력에 따른 진로 태도 성숙도는 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 성격 5요인이 진로 태도 성숙도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 진로 태도 성숙도 전체에 대해 신경증은 부의 영향을, 외향성과 성실성은 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 성격 5요인이 진로 태도 성숙도의 하위요인에 미치는 영향으로는 신경증은 결정성과 확신성에 대해 부의 영향을, 외향성은 확신성과 독립성에 대해 정의 영향을, 개방성은 준비성에 대해 정의 영향을, 성실성은 목적성, 확신성, 준비성에 대해 정의영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이로써 무용전공 대학생의 성격 5요인은 진로 태도 성숙도에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study`s purpose is students who are in dance major`s five-factor models and maturity of career attitude difference by personal characteristic and how five-factor models affect their maturity of career attitude. This study was for 305 students in Seoul`s 5 universities by self administration. Analysis was based on each difference`s descriptive statistic analysis and reliability analysis, and for student`s personal differences, we took independent t-test and One-Way ANOVA. Lastly, for how five-factor models affect maturity of career attitude, we took multiple regression analysis. This is the result. First, there were differences in personality 5 factors and no differences according to major. Second, there were maturity of career attitude differences by grade, major, and dance career. Third, when analyzed dance major`s students` affect that because of the maturity of career attitude, neurosis was because of wealth, and extroversion or sincerity were because of warm human affection. To maturity of career attitude`s sub factor, about determinacy and conviction, neurosis affects to wealth, about extroversion, warm human affection affects to conviction and independence, about openness, warm human affection affects to readiness, and lastly about sincerity, warm human affection affects to finality, conviction and readiness. But congeniality doesn`t affect to all maturity of career attitude`s sub factor.
