본 연구는 가정학대로 가출한 청소년들을 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 김창대(2002)의 ４단계 프로그램 개발 모형에 근거하여 프로그램을 개발하였다. `단계 1`은 집단상담 프로그램 목표수립 단계로 프로그램 기획과 요구조사를 실시하였다. `단계 2`는 프로그램 구성 단계로 `단계 1`에서 구성된 요소와 하위목표에 근거하여 이론적 검토를 실시 한 후, 프로그램에 포함될 활동을 수집하여 프로그램을 구성하였다. `단계 3`은 예비연구 실시 및 수정을 거쳐 최종 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하였다. `단계 4`는 프로그램 실시와 개선 과정으로 가정학대 피해 가출 청소년에게 완성된 프로그램을 실시하였다. 이 같은 절차에 근거하여 가정학대 피해 가출 청소년을 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 최종적으로 개발하였다.

The purpose of this research was to develop a group counseling program for the familial abused runaway youths. In order to develop the group counseling program for the runaway youths, this study utilized Kim Changdae(2002)`s 4 steps systematic program development models. In order to establish the program goals, the researcher surveyed and interviewed the familial abused runaway youths; then, we established the 7 goals based on the results of the investigation. The 4 steps of the group counseling program for the familial abused runaway youths were as follows: First step establishes the group counseling program goals. Second step consists of the program based on the elements. Third step develops into the final emotional regulation program for the familial abused runaway youths. Fourth step covers the emotional regulation program for the familial abused runaway youths and then modified it. The development of the emotional regulation program was conducted according to the Kim Changdae(2002)`s 4 steps systematic program development model.
