In June of 2007, the Koean Minstry of Justice has organised `The Special Committe for Criminal Law Reform`, which has been working for the total reform of Korean Criminal Law since that time. The Committe is supposed to finish it`s work and summit the Draft of Revised Criminal Law by the end of 2010. In this sitution, the pupose of this article is to suggest some guidelines for the reforming of the crimes against sexual morality in the Koean Criminal Law and the several special laws such as The Anti-Protitution Act(Act on the Punishment of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic) the The Juvenile Potection Act, The Juvenile Protection Act from the Sexual Abuse.
