본 연구는 이야기 나누기 수업모형에 의한 임상장학을 통하여 유치원 교사의 이야기 나누기 수업방법을 개선하고자 하는 목적으로 실시되었다 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 네 가지 가설을 설정하고 이를 검증하기 위하여 4, 5세 학급을 담당하는 32명의 유치원 교사들을 대상으로 실험집단 16명, 비교집단 16명으로 배정하여 연구를 실시하였다. 연구를 위하여 실험집단 중 8명에게는 연구자가 이야기 나누기 임상장학을 실시하였고, 나머지 8명에게는 연구자에게 임상장학을 받은 연계임상장 학자가 임상장학을 2주간 실시하였다 연구결과에서는 첫째, 임상장학을 실시한 실험집단 교사들은 비교집단 교사들에 비하여 이야기 나누기 수업개선에 대한 긍정적인 효과가 나타났다 둘째, 임상장학을 실시한 실험집단 교사들은 비교집단 교사들에 비하여 자신의 수업활동 평가에 더 높은 점수를 나타냈다. 셋째, 임상장학에서 연구자의 직접적인 임상장학과 원장·원감을 통한 연계적 임상장학의 결과에는 유의미한 차이가 없었다 넷째 임상장학 담당자 (연구자, 원장·원감)와 장학 대상자(교사)간의 수업활동 평가 결과에서도 유의미한 차이가 없었다.
This study was applied on the teaching improvement of a kindergarten teacher through clinical supervision of a talking lesson model. This study was conducted on the 32 teachers who took charge of early children 4 -5 years old at kindergarten. 16 children among the 32 children selected as the subject of this study were alloted to the experiment group subject to clinical supervision, and the remaining 16 children were alloted to the control group. The experimental group was divided into two groups, 8 persons per group, and one group underwent direct clinical supervision to which the researcher applied a talking lesson model, and the other group underwent connected clinical supervision to which a chiefㆍa head teacher applied a talking lesson model. The experimental group was applied to a talking lesson model for 2 weeks, but the control group wasn`t. The results are as follows. First, the effects of the experiment group teachers on who clinical supervision was conducted by applying a talking lesson model were more positive than those of the control group teachers. Second, the teaching activities evaluation of the experiment group teachers on who clinical supervision was conducted by applying a talking lesson model were got higher scores than those of the control group teachers Third, there were no significant differences, in clinical supervision to which a talking lesson model was applied, between the results through direct clinical supervision of the researcher and those of connected clinical supervision through a chiefㆍa head teacher. Fourth, There were no significant differences in teaching evaluation results between a clinical supervisor (the researcher, a chiefㆍa head teacher) and a person subject to supervision(a teacher).
