In this study, bullying is approached by group-oriented view. The students other than bully and victim are defined the conformity group, and it is classified the conformity groups behaviors based on the psychological factors and the behavioral traits. 10 factors are abstracted from the literature reviews about the bullying and self-reports. Making 76 questionnaires as the experimental implements are based on the 10 factors to certify the conformity groups patterns. The factor analysis is used to verify the experimental implements and to measure the validity. The conformity groups are divided and the differences among groups are examined by the self-reports and the peer nomination inventory. In this result, the implements are made of 9 factors and 59 questionnaires to type the conformity group. 9 factors that are explained the traits of each groups are analyzed to categorize the patterns of conformity group. As a results, the traits of conformity group are consist of victim attribution, aggression, bully-support, situation conformity and the traits of the onlooker group are consist of self-reports, indifferences and bilateral faults and the traits of the conformity groups victim are consist of the victim-support and the normative inclination.
