Since 1992, when Korea and China first established their diplomatic relationship, the overall communication between the two nations has increased rapidly. This is due to geographical adjacency, cultural similarities and intimate history between the two countries. Needless to say, the tourism industry is not an exception of this current trend. After the Chinese government assigned Korea as a free overseas travel country in 1998, the number of Chinese visitors to Korea has been breaking its highest record every year. As a result, the Korean inbound market is ranked as the second biggest one after the Japanese market.  In addition, following the reform and open-door policy of Deng Xiao-Ping in 1978, joining of the WTO, (also referred to as the second reformation), and hosting of the Beijing Olympic games in 2008, China has been positively conforming to the pressure of opening its market to the other countries. Moreover, China is expected to open its door regarding emigration and immigration laws in exchange for human resources to meet the international standard.  The purpose of this study is to understand the Chinese tourism market. The key point is to develop the Korean tourism industry as its largest inbound tourism market. Also, relevant laws and regulations, and policy of emigration and immigration will be examined carefully. This study will offer suggestions regarding the current issues and adequate solutions to suit the changes in Chinese tourism policy following the joining of the WTO and hosting the Beijing Olympic games. Overall, this study will be a valuable data to setting the tourism policy in regard to the Chinese market for the Korean government as well as for the related tourism industries.

Service quality is an important factor effecting park management, and customers' satisfaction. High service quality will providing high satisfaction. When customers satisfy, they will revisit the park and willing introduce to another customer. So, evaluating service quality is very important to park managers. The results of evaluation will help park managers increasing service quality and visitor return rate.
The research using Importance - Performance Analysis (IPA) to measure the quality of Asian Park. The results of research suggesting some solutions for managers to improve service quality, increasing customer satisfaction and attracting more visitors.

This paper represents the main aim of this research is to explore in recent years, mountain regions are a fascinating great consideration to Indian tourists in general and foreign tourists in particular. The probable mountain resources for promoting green tourism are vast in the form of natural and cultural heritage such as ecological reserves, flora and fauna, lakes and rivers and traditional rural resources. In order to utilize the tourism industry market, wild numbers of tourists and related random infrastructural facilities in the susceptible mountain regions pose serious ecological insinuations. The ecological pressures are threatening land, water, and wildlife resources through direct and indirect environmental effects together with the generation of solid and liquid wastes, so green tourism is emerging as an important task in order to develop a new relationship between communities, government agencies, and private sectors. However, Buddhist heritage in Tourism sustainable development affects tourism for the welfare of people in society. The Promote for engaging at the international, level who indicates the best option for employment; however, the Jharkhand Itkhori, a block headquarters within Chatra district. Itkhori lies north of Hazaribagh, about 16 km west of Chouparan to be more precise.
It is a wonderful place with an abundance of historical reminiscences and archaeological remnants demonstrating a breathtaking saga of religious tolerance and cultural unity. More than 1200 years ago, the great Pala and Gupta emperors looked out from the terrace of the magnificent Maa Bhadrakali temple complex built during the 9th century The workmanship of the images and statues indicate a highly developed heritage of skills in the finer arts. In addition, if wonders were to follow wonders, the Shiva-linga in the adjacent temple has no less than 1008 “lingams” carved into its surface. Images of 104 Bodhisattvas and 4 principal Buddha's are sculpted on each side of a “stupa”-like structure. One of the rock inscriptions of Mahendra Pala at Itkhori indicates that the Pratihara ruler came in control of the bordering areas of Chotanagpur during the second half of the 9th century A.D. Heritage Tourism can help in shaping our cultural resources. To develop a strategic plan for heritage tourism, we have to understand the tourism resources and needs and wants and how to match it with our available resources in the future to make the successful utilization of resources for the empowerment of the state.

Sri Lanka has been placed in a strategic position as one of the major tourist attractions in the world boasting of its rich religious cultural diversity since antiquity. The end of a protracted civil war and extremist religious movements has bounced back the tourist industry and the consequent rapid expansion of tourist infrastructure in the island. The resultant rich cultural heritage of the island has been woven around ethnic origins, religious practices, and historical architecture. The Muslims who settled in Sri Lanka in the 7th century A,D. established a characteristic way of life and a distinctive form of Islamic culture which is unique to Sri Lanka, This isolated characteristic of a hybrid culture is hardly visible at global level. The importance of the multi-cultural dimensions of the Sri Lankan society should be valued and enhanced in the sphere of global tourism as local and foreign investment flowing into the sector is not directed towards promoting religious and cultural tourism. The objective of this paper is to examine the potential of religious and cultural tourism in Sri Lanka to strengthen the economic capacity of the country, paying special attention to the island's resource heritage and its cultural diversity. The necessary information for the article is gathered from secondary sources such as journal articles, book chapters and published data. Such secondary data is supplementrd through primary sources of information extracted from field observations, interviews with key infotmants and the community leaders. A Mixed method is used to analyze the collected information.

This paper propose the cultural tourism as a strategy for peace building in Sri Lanka examining the cultural festival tourism .Main argument in this article is that the cultural tourism leads to inter cultural understanding, developing mutual relations and building trust among each other. Since the existing peace building approaches are more political, cultural tourism is a strategy could be developed in to practical achievement of the goals of peace building.
The methodological approach utilized is qualitative research paradigm, based on grounded theory. Kataragama cultural festival, with its multi ethnic, multi religious characteristics has produced an ideal background for exploration and sustains the above argument.

The research determined the tourist satisfaction of Glamping in Nayomi Sanctuary Resort in Balete, Batangas. It utilized the customer satisfaction program for Puhajarve Spa and Holiday Resort wherein the researchers enhanced their services. Using the qualitative design the data was gathered through interview and observation checklist by researchers and used narrative analysis to present the data. The study thought to determine the assessment of tourist of glamping in terms of Reliability, Assurance, Empathy, Tangibility and Responsiveness and identify the problems and challenges experience by the tourist of glamping in Nayomi Sanctuary Resort in Balete, Batangas. In addition, the study needed to propose a customer satisfaction program based on the respondents responses. After the date gathering and analyses it can be concluded that Nayomi Sanctuary Resort is lacking in terms of reliability, assurance and tangibility. However the resort excelled with reference to empathy and responsiveness. The output of the research strives to come up with the customer satisfaction program.

The hospitality and Tourism Industry is the largest and fastest growing industry in the world. An exciting aspect is that the industry comprises so many different aspects and professions. Common dynamics in this diverse industry include the delivery of services and products and the customer impressions of them. Thailand's overall hospitality and tourism economy employed an estimated 4,110,000 people in 2007 or one in every 8.9 jobs (11.3%), and this is forecast to reach 4,767,000 (11.8%) by 2017.
Thailand's travel and tourism sector should also attract 206 billion baht in capital investment in the year 2007 for 8.5% of the nation's total, and the WTTC predicts this figure will climb to 511 billion baht (9.3%) by 2017. Government expenditure on the industry is expected to tally 27 billion baht in 2007 for 2.7% of the national budget and increase to 51.2 billion baht (2.8%) in 2017. In addition, Thailand has led the Asia-Pacific region in signing open-skies agreements between Asian nations, and in reducing visa restrictions - these initiatives along with the opening up of new direct routes to the region, from the United States, Russia and South Africa, for example, are also attracting increasing amounts of foreign tourists.

Nowadays, culture is regarded as the symbol of the local community`s dynamism.  Cultural events or festivals became important as an instrument for the mobilization of tourism and the promotion. of the local economy. In this respect, there are Korean Cultural Tourism Festivals. which are selected in oder to merchandise local festivals as worldwide tourists attractions, and subsidized by the central government. But they were negatively said to waste public budget with abrupt planning.   In this context, this study was tried to evaluate Korean Cultural Tourism Festivals with focusing on the activation of local festival planning and management, and come up with new strategy aimed at the tourism market. It is intended (1) to explore the specific behavior of tourists attending the Korean Traditional Drink and Cake Festival 2003 in Kyongju; (2) to examine any significant factors of planning and management environment variables and its relationship: (3) to investigate any significant effects of these factors on tourists satisfaction and willingness to recommend. these are exemplified by 564 tourists experience. The findings of this study will provide festival managers with useful implications in planning the effective festival program.

Generally, many local festival organizations offer similar programs to different groups of participants, Offering similar programs will not differentiate certain festivals from others. This will have an effect on local government economically since it does not make participants interested.  There were three purposes is this study. First, this study inferred factors of festival image and participating motivation of Jindo YeongDeung Festival. Second, the study invested correlation between festival participation motivation and partici pants` statistics/behavior using a factor analysis. Third the study investigated the relationship between factors of image and specified participation motivation of local festivals. Thus, this study tried to present a discriminating program that corresponded to certain participants to make local festival more competitive.

Yeongsang river basin out of the four largest rivers in Korea owns various kinds of tourism resources, however, many studies had mainly been oriented to the environmental fields, including industrial and managerial uses of water resources and conservation of water quality. The purpose of this study was to analyze the cultural properties and their characteristics distributed by the Yeongsan river zone and then to draw the following suggestions and conclusions of the zone. First, included for the spatial range of this study were local governments under the jurisdiction of the Yeongsan river basin environmental office (YRBEO). Shared identity of homogeneous culture of the residents along the basin was also reflected on setting the physical range of the study. Then, Jeollanam-do and Gwangju were finally framed for the spatial range. Second, the target for the analysis was limited to the cultural properties registered by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Third, geographical characteristics of the cultural properties distributed by the basin were as follows: the rank of total number of the properties was placed in the following order- Jeollanam-do > Gwangju M.C.

Travel policy is more developed chance for economy and culture in one country`s region. Nevertheless, country carried out this travel policy`s object affirmative check, study method by consumer`s conduct to perform and achieve with effect, the actual is better than futurist policy plan improvement. According to this study, general region people recognized travel policy`s recognition degree and each pattern about expectation mind degree before the culture tourism attraction. improve and analysis the greater part of policies not to recognized region people in present. we present inclusive recognition degree about the culture travel policy.  Also, of visitor recognize travel policy, expectation mind appears highly in various aspects. However, travel policy of Kwang-ju and Chun-nam region is not satisfied with expectation mind because of there is plan and development of consumer focus instead of consumer-focus travel. This primary study. travel consumer`s action travel policy, and especially travel consumer`s expectation mind cause some effect. so we analysis it.  Besides to this study, we make a chance, culture travel policy of publicity device to enlarge and to develope.

Characteristic food festive events are holding everywhere in Korea year in and year out. The purpose of food-festivals are to give some activities to depressed and underdeveloped local economies and to develop characteristics of local governments and its inhabitants` benefits.  It has become common habits to have some special and ethnic food when travelers are visiting foreign countries to know a cultural food-heritage. Because every people differ from in cultural background especially in cuisine throughout long periods.  As every nations has her unique and charming food-heritage, It is desirable for them to know special tourism products, events as tourism attractiveness.  Food-related festivals by local governments are now in full flourish, therefore it is proper time to advertise Korean traditional and valuable food heritage to foreigners.  It is necessary for Korean people to develop our traditional food heritage. All these problems are surely solved step by step and also connected with related local government and other associations for the purpose of image up and succession of Korean traditional cuisine.

Since Korea and China established their diplomatic relationship in 1992, the communication between them has rapidly increased, particularly in tourism. In 2003, the Chinese government implemented comparatively open tourism policy toward Korea which allowed Chinese citizens to travel through Korea for their own purpose. This has brought a bright future for Korean tourism industry.  And social phenomenon of Hanliu which means Korean stream has recently been widespread in China through Korean TV dramas and popular music. By taking advantage of this, the government and relevant circles of companies in Korea have begun to make serious and true efforts to enter the Chinese tourism market.  Therefore, the need for understanding Chinese tourism market has been raised and developing marketing strategies for them has become a urgent task for Korean tourism Industry to solve. Accordingly, this study is focused to analyze the trend of the external environment for Chinese tourism market and review its current domestic and outbound tourism market. and then to prospect of future Chinese tourism market. And this study will be a valuable data to setting the tourism policy in regard to the Chinese market for the Korean government as well as for the related tourism industries.

In this paper travel writings are treated as a representation and appropriation of other culture by tourists. By analyzing six Korean's travel writing it reveals that the Korean tourists showed the tendency to admit Chinese culture as an other culture and went so far as to demonstrate their sympathy to the Chinese and belief in the past and present of the Chinese history. And in an understanding of China their viewpoint was filled with the nationalistic emotionalism. Therefore, they remembered the activities of the Korean nationalists in China.  But each tourist situation expresses a distinct range of the concerns with difference. What is evident is that the sexual differences is conducive to the heterogeneity of the Korean perception of China. Especially women paid attention to the seemingly trivial affairs such as everyday life of common people and the state of women in China.

The purpose of this festival is to evaluate the participants' motive for participation in order to ascertain a basis of information for identifying the target audience for developing the most effective event program.  Methodology involved survey taken from participants of Jindo Yeongdeung Festival about their motive for participation, resulting in categorization of five main reasons, escape from routine, socialization, experience, event novelty and expectation.  The strongest motivations were shown to be expectation for nature appreciation such as walking of the sea -Moses parting the sea- and event novelty for the attraction of the festival.  Therefore, emphasis on these motivations indicate the need for the development of an active hands-on experience programs and more various event plans for the festival.

Today in many industries one cannot expect to have customer satisfaction (service satisfaction)without organizational commitment (loyalty). Especially, hotel industry is much dependent on human service compared to other industries and therefore if the service of loyalty (organizational commitment) of the staff is not achieved, the hotel will lose its merit(product value) and the organizational target (maximization of profit) will not easily achieved.  This study has resulted as below through an empirical analysis of how satisfaction in communication can affect organizational commitment.

Ecotourism is believed as a fairly new concept in our country. The concept of ecotourism can be defined as follows; it is to tour wonder, beauty and rareness of ecosystem which natural and cultural heritage has. Western countries have already known its importance and developed this field, so that our country should accept various marketing concepts in order to develop, sell, pervade a new product like a ecotourism program. To get this goal, we need to plan and control all kinds of tourism resources toward satisfying natural structure, process of ecosystem, and needs of tourism.  It is important that people should remember not to conquer the nature through ecotourism, but to enjoy the environment of the nature and to keep using it for next generation.
