This study aims to review the current problems and suggest the desirable directions of Korean administrative organizations in charge of the youth policy. In order to achieve the research objective, I t?ed to review the longitudinal developments of the current administrative systems and seek the implications for future directions, based on the analysis of youth policy in terms of both nurture and care. From the analysis of administrative organizations, some facts are found ; organizational instability due to the frequent structural change, organizational dispersion and task overlapping, lack of systematic function distribution, coordination, specialization, and accountability. As the ways for future improvements, such how-to-dos are suggested as organizational integration, reinforcement of committee for youth policy, and the legal modification.
