본고는 새로이 발굴되고 있는 고려시대의 구결 자료를 이용하여 균여의 향가 「普賢十願歌」의 몇 구절을 재해석한 것이다. 고려시대의 구결과 균여의 향가는, 불경과 관련 맺고 있다는 점, 고려시대의 차자표기라는 점 등에서 충분한 유사성을 확보하고 있고, 실제 확인해본 결과 예상보다 많은 부분에서 이 두 차자표기가 일치하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리하여 결론난 각 항들을 요약하면 아래와 같다. 1) `毛叱所只`는 그간 `끝나도록·없어지도록` 정도로 해독되어 오던 곳이었다. 그러나 불경과 구결을 살핀 결과 `두루` 정도의 의미를 가진 걸로 파악되었다. 2) `去良·去耶`이 명령형의 `거라`를 표기한 것이 아닌, 감탄의 `거라(구나)`일 가능성도 배제할 수 없음을 살폈다. 3) `顚倒逸耶`는 연구자에 따라 `顚倒를 이루어` 혹은 `顚倒를 떠나` 등으로 해독되었으나, 구결의 `????`가 원인을 나타내고 있다는 점으로 미루어, `顚倒이라서`로 해석될 것으로 보았다. 5) `將來`에 대하여 양주동이 `장차 하려는 일`의 어간에 붙는 선어말어미로 파악한 것에 많은 이가 동의했다. 하지만, 본고는 `현재완료`를 나타내는 시상 선어말어미로 파악했다. 5) 音叱多는 구결 `?????`에 힘입어 `應當`에 호응하는 모든 어말어미로 파악했다.

This thesis aims at complementing and/or solidifying the literature on interpreting Hyangchal by drawing upon the recent achievements in interpreting Kugyol. The details of the study are summarized as follows: 1) `毛叱所只` has been interpreted as meaning `as disappearing`. However, it turned out to mean `extensively` as a result of reviewing Buddhist scriptures. 2) `去良·去耶` has been traditionally considered as imperative suffix but the possibility of viewing it as exclamatory was considered in this study. 3) `顚倒逸耶` has been interpreted as `constituting 顚倒` or `leaving 顚倒` depending on the author of a study. However, considering the fact that `????` was used as a suffix representing a cause in kugyol, it was interpreted as meaning `for 顚倒` in this study. 4) Ju Dong Yang had looked at `將來` as a suffix meaning `a thing to be done in the future`, which many scholars have agreed to. However, this study considered it as a suffix representing the present perfect tense. 5) 音叱多 was considered as a suffix corresponding to being supported by `應當`, being supported by `??七ㅣ` of kugyol.
