Purpose: : As the public interest in entrepreneurship has been highlighted and entrepreneurship policies have been generated, this study is to construct Entrepreneurship Ecosystem (EE) models which have a significant relationship to national entrepreneurship with quantitative analysis. It aims to provide implications to EE policymakers that which national components are effective in cultivating innovative entrepreneurship and validate its EE quality based on quantitative performance goals.
Methods: This study utilizes secondary data, categorized under the PESTLE factor from credible international organizations (WB, UNDP, GEM, GEDI, and OECD) to determine significant factors in the quality of the entrepreneurial ecosystem. This paper uses the Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) analysis to select the significant variables contributing to entrepreneurship performance. Using the AUC-ROC performance evaluation method for machine learning MLR results, this paper evaluates the performance of EE models so that it can allow approving EE quality by predicting potential performance.
Results: Among nine hypothesis models, MLR analysis examines that the number of the Unicorn company, Unicorn companies' economic value, and entrepreneurship measured as GEI can be reasonable dependent variables to indicate the performance derived from EE quality. Rather than government policies and regulations, the social, finance, technology, and economic variables are significant factors of EE quality determining its performance. By having high Area Under Curve values under AUC-ROC analysis, accepted MLR models are regarded as having high prediction accuracy.
Conclusion: Superior EE contributes to the outstanding Unicorn companies, and improvement in macro-environmental components can enhance EE quality.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was intended to examine the importance and role of social capital in the local community, and empirically identify the relationships among the social capital, community spirit, resident satisfaction, and community participation of the residents of urban-rural complex areas.
Methods: This study conducted a survey was conducted with residents of the urban-rural complex areas to collect data, and the data were statistically and empirically analyzed to verify the hypothesis.
Results: As a result of the study, first, networks and trust as local social capital were found to have positive effects on local attachment. Second, networks and trust were found to have positive effects on social ties. Third, local attachment and social ties were found to have positive effects on resident satisfaction. Finally, community participation was found to have moderating effects on the relationship between social ties and resident satisfaction.
Conclusion: Through this study, the importance and role of local social capital in urban-rural complex areas, where regional problems are highly likely to occur, were reviewed, and basic data necessary to solve the social problems at hand in urban-rural complex areas and promote continuous development were provided can be said to be the significance of this study.

Purpose: Compared to the rapid growth rate of the domestic automotive LED industry so far, the predictive analysis method for demand forecasting or market outlook was insufficient. Accordingly, product characteristics are analyzed through the life trend of LEDs for automotive exterior lamps and the relative strengths of p and q using the Bass model. Also, future demands are predicted.
Methods: We used sales data of a leading company in domestic market of automotive LEDs. Considering the autocorrelation error term of this data, parameters m, p, and q were estimated through the modified estimation method of OLS and the NLS(Nonlinear Least Squares) method, and the optimal method was selected by comparing prediction error performance such as RMSE. Future annual demands and cumulative demands were predicted through the growth curve obtained from Bass-NLS model. In addition, various nonlinear growth curve models were applied to the data to compare the Bass-NLS model with potential market demand, and an optimal model was derived.
Results: From the analysis, the parameter estimation results by Bass-NLS obtained m=1338.13, p=0.0026, q=0.3003. If the current trend continues, domestic automotive LED market is predicted to reach its maximum peak in 2021 and the maximum demand is $102.23M. Potential market demand was $1338.13M. In the nonlinear growth curve model analysis, the Gompertz model was selected as the optimal model, and the potential market size was $2864.018M.
Conclusion: It is expected that the Bass-NLS method will be applied to LED sales data for automotive to find out the characteristics of the relative strength of q/p of products and to be used to predict current demand and future cumulative demand.

Purpose: This study proposes the application of Six Sigma management innovation method for more systematically enhanced execution of Quality by Design (QbD) activities. QbD requires a deeper understanding of the product and process at the design and development stage of the drug, and it is very important to ensure that no fault is fundamentally generated through thorough process control.
Methods: Analyzing the background and specific procedures of quality improvement based on the drug design basis, and analyzing the key contents of each step, we have differentated and common points from the 6 Sigma methodology. We propose a new model of Six Sigma management innovation method suitable for pharmaceutical industry.
Results: Regulatory agencies are demanding results from statistical analysis as a scientific basis in developing medicines to treat human life through quality improvement activities based on drug design. By utilizing the education system to improve the statistical analysis capacity in the Six Sigma activities and operating the 6 Sigma Belt system in conjunction, it helped systematically strengthen the execution power of quality improvement activities based on pharmaceutical design based on the members of the pharmaceutical industry.
Conclusion: By using QbD Six Sigma, which combines quality enhancement based on pharmaceutical design basis and Six Sigma methodology suitable for pharmaceutical industry, it is possible to obtain satisfactory results both by pharmaceutical companies and regulators by using appropriate statistical analysis methods for preparing scientific evidence data required by regulatory.

Purpose: This study aims to develop a communality model to measure the service quality that the customers encounter on face-to-face and non-face-to-face automobile insurance before and after insurance purchase.
Methods: For these purposes, we conduct a five-step program to develop a comprehensive communality model to measure service quality except insurance purchase channels.
Results: As a result, we find five communality factors: value-added service for automobile maintenance, value- added service for drivers, quickness, dispatch service, and convenience of the service process. And the relative importance of service quality factors was in the order of value-added service for drivers, the convenience of the service process, quickness, and dispatch service, respectively.
Conclusion: This study developed the opportunities to enhance service quality to attract customers. And it contributes to the academic literature by reporting the industry-specific service quality model, which maintains a theoretical gap in the online and offline automobile insurance industry.

Purpose: This study examines the relationship between the environment, society, and governance (ESG) perception of service providers and service quality by considering job satisfaction as a mediator in the Korean parcel delivery context.
Methods: This study uses a multi-level analysis by incorporating organizational and individual levels of analysis. It employs a survey method for measuring the ESG perception of parcel delivery persons and service quality ratings from the Korean government. A hierarch regression analysis with 241 responses was used to test hypotheses.
Results: The results of this study provide evidence that the ESG perception, particularly its social dimension, of parcel delivery persons is positively associated with service quality. This study also finds the positive effect of the ESG perception on job satisfaction. However, the mediating effect of job satisfaction between the ESG perception and service quality was not confirmed.
Conclusion: This study presents significant implications for scholars and practitioners. Parcel delivery companies should implement relevant ESG activities and communicate them with their service persons to improve delivery service quality. The ESG perception of employees plays a critical role in the moment of truth in parcel service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to improve the chromaticity coordinate quality of white LED packages for automobiles that require high quality and reliability.
Methods: The project follows the structured methodology of the Six Sigma DMAIC Roadmap, which consists of Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control phases.
Results: A CTQ is determined based on COPQ analysis, and a process map and a XY matrix are utilized for selecting process input variables. Three vital Few Xs are identified through data analysis; amount to mix at one time, deviation by head pumps, and deviation by production magazines, and process improvements are performed for each of the three vital Few Xs.
Conclusion: The improved process conditions for the three vital Few Xs are applied to the production line, and the results show that the percent defective of chromaticity coordinate has improved from 1.59% to 0.63% and a financial effect of about 50 million won per year is obtained.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of self-leadership on the self-efficacy and customer orientation and to verify whether there is a mediating effect of self-efficay in the relationship between self-leadership and customer orientation.
Methods: To verify these research problems, the subjects of this study distributed questionnaires to a total of 300 Korean cabin crew members working for domestic and foreign airlines and used 247 copies of the SPSS 20.0 program for analysis.
Results: First, it can be seen that the self-leadership of airline cabin crew has a significant positive (+) effect on self-efficacy, indicating that self-leadership has a positive effect on the self-efficacy of the members of the organization. Second, it was found that self-efficacy had a positive (+) effect on the customer orientation of airline cabin crew, and it was analyzed that self-efficacy played a partial mediating role in the relationship between self-leadership and customer orientation. Third, it was found that self-leadership had a positive (+) effect on customer orientation, and it was proved that behavior-oriented strategy, constructive accident pattern, and natural compensation strategy, which are three sub-factors of self-leadership of cabin crew, have an influence on customer orientation.
Conclusion: based on these findings, the theoretical and practical implications of this study and directions for future research were presented.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to increase prediction accuracy for an anomaly interval identified using an artificial intelligence-based time series anomaly detection technique by establishing a pre-processing process.
Methods: Significant variables were extracted by applying feature selection techniques, and anomalies were derived using the TadGAN time series anomaly detection algorithm. After applying machine learning and deep learning methodologies using normal section data (excluding anomaly sections), the explanatory power of the anomaly sections was demonstrated through performance comparison.
Results: The results of the machine learning methodology, the performance was the best when SHAP and TadGAN were applied, and the results in the deep learning, the performance was excellent when Chi-square Test and TadGAN were applied. Comparing each performance with the papers applied with a Conventional methodology using the same data, it can be seen that the performance of the MLR was significantly improved to 15%, Random Forest to 24%, XGBoost to 30%, Lasso Regression to 73%, LSTM to 17% and GRU to 19%.
Conclusion: Based on the proposed process, when detecting unsupervised learning anomalies of data that are not actually labeled in various fields such as cyber security, financial sector, behavior pattern field, SNS. It is expected to prove the accuracy and explanation of the anomaly detection section and improve the performance of the model.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose a new useful suggestion to monitor the stability of process by developing a stability ratio or index related to investigating how well the process is controlled or operated to the specified target.
Methods: The proposed method to monitor the stability of process is building up a new measure index which is making up for the weakness of the existing index in terms of short or long term period of production. This new index is a combined one considering both stability and capability of process to the specification limits. We suppose that both process mean and process variation(or deviation) are changing on time period.
Results: The results of this study are as follows: regarding the stability of process as well as capability of process, it was shown that two indices, called SI(stability index) and PI(performance index), can be expressed in two-dimensional X-Y graph simultaneously. This graph is categorized as 4 separated partitions, which are characterized by its numerical value intervals of SI and PI which are evaluated by test statistics.
Conclusion: The new revised index is more robust than the existing one in investigating the stability of process in terms of short and long period of production, even in case both process mean and variation are changing.
