Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose a sensor fusion algorithm that integrates vehicle motion sensor(VMS) into the hybrid navigation system.
Methods: How to evaluate the navigation performance was comparison test with the hybrid navigation system and the sensor fusion method.
Results: The results of this study are as follows. It was found that the effects of the sensor fusion method and α value estimation were significant. Applying these greatly improves the navigation performance.
Conclusion: For improving the reliability of navigation system, the sensor fusion method shows that the proposed method improves the navigation performance in a combat vehicle.

2품질지표기반 정치 후원금 지원을 위한 국회의원 추천시스템 연구

Purpose: During 2015-2019, the average amount of political donation to the national assembly members in Korea was 1,000 won per person. Despite its benefits such as receiving tax credits, the donation system has not been actively practiced. This paper aims to promote political donations by suggesting a recommendation system of national assembly members by analysing the bills they proposed.
Methods: In this paper, we propose a recommendation system based on two aspects: how similar the newly proposed or ammended bills are to the sponsors' interest (similarity index) and how much effort national assembly members put into those bills (intensity index). More than 25,000 bills were used to measure the recommendation quality index consisted with both the similarity and the intensity indices. Word2vec was used to calculate the similarity index of the bills proposed by the national assembly member to the sponsor's interest. The intensity index is calculated by diving the number of newly proposed or entirely revised bills with the number of senators who took part in those bills. Subsequently, we multiply the similarity index by the intensity index to obtain the recommendation quality index that can assist sponsors to identify potential assembly members for their donation.
Results: We apply the proposed recommendation system to personas for illustration. The recommendation system showed an average f1 score about 0.69. The analysis results provide insights in recommendation for donation.
Conclusion: n this study, the recommendation system was proposed to promote a political donation for national assembly members by creating the recommendation quality index based on the similarity and the intensity indices. We expect that the system presented in this paper will lower user barriers to political information, thereby boosting political sponsorship and increasing political participation.

Purpose: A noncentral composite design method is to be developed to explore farther region for the first factorial design. A general guideline for sequential experimentation is provided.
Methods: (1) A non-overlapping noncentral composite design (NNCD) is developed, in which the second factorial design shares one design point that indicates the best response value in the first factorial design. (2) Four composite designs are compared in terms of the four design evaluation criteria, which are D-, A, G, and I-optimality. (3) A follow-up design strategy is suggested based on the interaction effect, direction of improvement, number of factors.
Results: (1) NNCD and model building method are presented, which is useful for exploring farther region from first factorial design block. (2) The performances of the four composite designs are compared. (3) A follow-up design strategy is suggested.
Conclusion: (1) NNCD will be useful to explore farther region for the first factorial design. (2) A follow-up design strategy can be beneficial to the experimental practitioners for product and process design and improvement.

Purpose: This study proposes methods and procedures for evaluating imaging security systems quality of cabinet x-ray screening system to enhance performance certification technology. Also, conducted a comparative analysis of the literature of test-kit for imaging security quality evaluation.
Methods: Comparative analysis of the test-kits and related documents for image quality assessment of cabinet x-ray screening equipment. This allows assessment items were selected and the methods for each assessment item were proposed. In addition, the configuration method of the assessment team was established by applying the technology readiness assessment(TRA).
Results: Four of the assessment items were selected when estimate image quality by a comparative analysis of literature. For each assessment item, the evaluation method and minimum level of availability were determined. Finally, this paper proposes an imaging quality assessment of cabinet X-ray imaging security systems.
Conclusion: Development of imaging security systems evaluation procedures for cabinet X-ray screening systems can be help improve performance certification of aviation security equipment.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to study the relative weights of Quality Scorecard (QSC) which was developed for a new quality concept, called Open Quality, in the era of Industry 4.0. Open Quality aims to ensure quality responsibility by accurately measuring the quality level and sharing the quality data with stakeholders.
Methods: To analyze the importance of QSC, a survey study was conducted based on 10 types of industry. The relative weights of QSC measures are investigated by both the industry types and the organizational life cycle. Further, the relative importance of QSC was analyzed according to the organization's lifecycle. By dividing the aspects with respect to the result data, application method for QSC is further provided.
Results: The result indicates that there are significant differences among Korean companies in terms of the level of Industry revolution stages. Among ten industry types, manufacturing and finance sectors show the highest importance of QSC. QSC measures are also considered more importance in growth stage of the maturity cycle than generator and decline stages.
Conclusion: When QSC is adopted for Open Quality, its relative weights must be considered to cope with the unique characteristics of industrial types. Besides, QSC's contribution may vary according to the level of maturity of the target company.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analysis pattern of nonconforming farmers who is one of the factors of unconformity in residual pesticides.
Methods: Pattern analysis of nonconforming farmers were analyzed through convergence of safety data and farmer's DB data. Exploratory data analysis and association rule analysis were used for extracting factors related to unconformity.
Results: The results of this study are as follows; regarding the exploratory data analysis, it was found that factors of farmers influencing unconformity in residual pesticides by total 9 factors; sampling time, gender, age, cultivation region, farming career, agricultural start form, type of agriculture, cultivation area, classification of agricultural products. Regarding the association rule analysis, non-conformity association rules were found over the past three years. There was a difference in the pattern of nonconforming farmers depending on the cultivation period.
Conclusion: Exploratory data analysis and association rule analysis will be useful tools to establish more efficient and economical safety management plan for agricultural products.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to analyze the technology convergence and its characteristics, focusing on the defense technologies in South Korea.
Methods: Patents applied by the Agency for Defense Development (ADD) during 1979~2019 were utilized in this paper. Information Entropy analysis has been conducted on the patents to analyze the usability and potential for development. To analyze the trend of technology convergence in defense technologies, Social Network Analysis(SNA) and Association Rule Mining Analysis were applied to the co-occurrence networks of International Patent Classification (IPC) codes.
Results: The results show that sensor, communication, and aviation technologies played a key role in recent development of defense science and technology. The co-occurrence network analysis also showed that the convergence has gradually enhanced over time, and the convergence between different technology sectors largely emerged, showing that the convergence has been diversified.
Conclusion: By analyzing the patents of the defense technologies during the last 30 years, this study presents the comprehensive perspectives on trends and characteristics of technology convergence in defense industry. The results of this study are expected to be used as a guideline for decision making in the government's R&D policies in defence industry.
