The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of the face-to-face physical activity intervention and the non face-to-face physical activity intervention on attention and stress of adults with developmental disabilities using alternating intervention design, and to provide basic information for experimental research participants. Three adults with developmental disabilities in their twenties at the D Motor Development Center located in Seoul were gathered through convenience sampling method. Attention and stress were measured during the face-to-face physical activity programs and non face-to-face physical activity programs. The deduced research results are as follows. First, non face-to-face physical activity intervention was effective for stress reduction. Second, face-to-face physical activity programs were effective for self-regulation. Third, both face-to-face physical activity programs enhanced selective attention. However, it can be said that there are no differences in effects between the two physical activity intervention types. Fourth, both face-to-face physical activity programs and non face-to-face physical activity programs enhanced consistent attention. However, it can be said that there are no differences in effects between the two physical activity intervention types.

This study aimed to analyze the fitness influencer community's narrative strategy to understand the fitness market changes in the digital transformation era. Specifically, we analyzed the core narrative strategies of fitness influencers using digital platforms and regarded them as 'content creators.' The study subjects searched for popular and well-known fitness influencers using keywords (#) and keywords such as fitness, body shaping, and diet. The network coproduction model (Kozinetz et al., 2010), which helps analyze the word-of-mouth marketing strategy in the online community, was applied as the framework of this study. The core components of this research model are 1) community character narrative, 2) community communication topic, 3) community language and terminology, and 4) community marketing promotion elements. This study found that as marketers, fitness influencers need to communicate sincerely with their followers to achieve market leadership and marketing effects. The results of this study suggested that experts and marketers in the fitness market are necessary to learn digital technology suitable for the digital transformation era and pay attention to targeting the fitness market using a digital platform.

This study aims to confirm the relationship between the individual characteristics of domestic youth and the recommended standards for physical activity. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, data from domestic youth (204 middle school students and 122 high school students) were selected as the final subjects of the study using the convenience sampling method. A survey was conducted to investigate domestic youth's individual characteristics and physical activity. For the collected data, descriptive statistics, chi-square test, and logistic regression analysis were performed using IBM 25.0, and all statistical significance levels were set to a=.05. The results obtained from the results of this study are as follows. First, among the individual characteristics of youth, male students were 2.40 times more likely to perform than female students in the recommended physical activity standards. Second, in the case of PAPS rating, the higher the rating, the higher the likelihood of following the recommendations for physical activity. Third, it was confirmed that the students who spent more time at the academy than those who did not attend the academy are more likely to meet the recommended standards for physical activity. The results of this study can be used as basic information for policies and research to increase physical activity of domestic youth.

To this end, after distributing a questionnaire to 320 adults participating in rhythm movements at public health centers and cultural centers in Gangwon-do, 312 copies were used for the final analysis. Frequency analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were performed using SPSS 27.0 program. Specifically, psychological well-being was divided into positive and negative aspects and analyzed by dividing into demographic variables, participation level, basic psychological needs variables, and autonomous motivation variables. The results are as follows. First, it was found that it had a positive effect on positive well-being in the order of autonomy, age, internal motivation, relationship, and frequency of participation. Second, it was found that the main factor affecting negative well-being was that relationship had a negative effect, and age had a positive effect in the next order. In conclusion, it will be possible to contribute as more specific data to designing a way to further improve a positive sense of well-being and reduce a negative sense of well-being of participants in rhythm exercise. In addition, the rhythm exercise instructors should be interested in the formation of autonomy, relationship, and intrinsic motivation, and at the same time, should be accompanied by individual efforts of participants.

With regard to the changes on health related physical fitness, exercise group revealed significant changes on muscle strength, muscular endurance, cardiopulmonary endurance, flexibility and body fat percentage. Also, BDNF increased within the group. Cardiopulmonary endurance, body fat percentage and BDNF were revealed significant difference statistically between exercise group and control group after the experiment. In conclusion, HHIM program can be a positive and effective program that contribute for improvement on the health related physical fitness and BDNF in elementary school girls.
