초록보기

The goal of this study is to develop a Korean rural health management model. The developed Health Leisure Program (HLP) model aims to establish a system in which rural residents can operate the program on their own, and to enable sustainable health management. This study is a case study targeting middle-aged women in Nam-myeon, Inje-gun. The study was conducted for a total of 8 months from April to November 2021. As a result of the study, the therapeutic recreation-based health leisure program (HLP) model consisted of four stages: diagnosis and needs assessment stage, prescription and rehabilitation stage, education stage, and health prevention and promotion stage. The HLP is a health management model for middle-aged woman in rural area, and it is meaningful to apply and spread it to other regions.

초록보기

The persona model can be used as a guideline for presenting the most representative virtual person for rehabilitation sports service operation, understanding the needs of operator and user and establishing rehabilitation sports communication system services. Personas do not refer to specific people, but are made up of virtual people who discover patterns and important characteristics and shown by consumers through surveys and gather researchers' insight into those characteristics. This study aims to develop a service delivery system model to effectively provide information on rehabilitation sports services to promote the health of disabled people. As a result, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Korea Forest Service provide rehabilitation sports-related services to the disabled. However, due to the lack of a delivery system, the information reaching the disabled seems to be insufficient and inefficient. Disabled persons (physically disabled and brain lesions) were on-line interviewed in depth. 'Rehabilitation Period' and 'Stage of Change for Exercise Behavior' were extracted as the main variables for rehabilitation sports service delivery system. According to these two variables, virtual characters were set up: 1) 'Na ga-man' who is not interested in rehabilitation sports service, and 2) 'Kang In-han' who actively practices rehabilitation sports service. Therefore, it is suggested that the persona model can be an effective strategy to reduce sequelae of disability and to disseminate rehabilitation sports services to maintain health through sports for all.

초록보기

Rehabilitation sports is physical activities performed before the start of sports for all after the end of rehabilitation treatment. Rehabilitation sports for stroke can be operated in various forms, such as the interest in motivation and application of competitive factors in existing exercise programs. In addition, it is expected that the improvement of the quality of life can be expected through the maximization of the exercise effect and the flexible integration with sports for all departments, and it will be connected to sports for all after discharge and will be helpful for the rapid return to society. This study aims to develop combined exercise-based rehabilitation sports that combine circuit training and new sports program and verify the clinical effect as a preliminary step to improve physical ability and advance to sports for all stroke living in the community. Twenty-two people with stroke were divided into an exercise group and a control group, and the program was conducted for 60 minutes/1 sessions three times a week for a total of eight weeks. As a result, lower extremity muscle strength (non-affected side, affected side), upper extremity muscle strength, endurance, balance, and agility were significantly improved. The newly attempted development of a combined exercise-based rehabilitation sports program has a positive effect on the improvement of physical function and is expected to have a positive impact on the development of specialized rehabilitation sports intervention programs in the future.

In this study, there is a need for research to identify the attributes of Pilates advertisements using the Internet and SNS and to find ways to attract loyal customers based on the perception and attitude of the brand. 초록보기

This study explores the effects of the application of expression activity class by presenting a creative flip-learning technique model for non-verbal teaching media. It is confirmed that non-verbal teaching medium is established by reorganizing expression activity class based on the teaching methodology, flip learning technique, according to the literature study, and that it is the expression activity class that can be applied to the field. As the result of the study, expression activities with flip learning technique may enhance the learner's artistic sensibility, providing the opportunities for a variety of learning experiences. Second, it is possible to implement three-dimensional convergence education that includes learning contents, goals, and educational activities, according to the vision of the 22nd revised curriculum. Third, it may be positioned as a new educational model as well as a future educational alternative that interconnects elementary school expression classes, curriculum, and creative experience activities. Fourth, it is a self-directed class model centered on the learner activity, which allows the appropriate amount of class to be adjusted and freely operated. Lastly, through the reflection between teachers and learners, it will be possible to quickly procure various educational media required in the field and to respond to the field, thereby nurturing future experts, establishing a system that encompasses industry, academia, and research institutes, and strengthening education as a whole. Educational linkages through flip learning technique improve the reliability of the public education and discover the talents and abilities of the learners at an early stage, thereby suggesting a new paradigm for physical activity education.
