Due to the household's asset structure concentrated on real estate, changes in real estate prices have a great influence on the national economy. Accurate forecasting of house prices not only reduces uncertainty in house prices, but can also help in making relevant policy decisions. The purpose of this study is to estimate housing prices using a time-series model and artificial neural network model for the actual transaction price index for apartment sales in Seoul and six metropolitan cities from January 2006 to November 2019, and forecast with high predictive power. It is in building a model.
In this study, by adding bidirectional LSTM and GRU models in addition to the existing weighing time series model and Vanilla LSTM model, we compared the predictive power of the proposed model and presented an artificial neural network model with high predictive power. As a result of empirical analysis, it was confirmed that the artificial neural network model with high predictive power differs depending on the region. After constructing a highly predictive artificial neural network model for each region, it is possible to grasp the effects of macroeconomic variables suitable for the region on the housing price index through free manipulation such as adding and deleting variables to achieve desired policy effects.

As the importance of the tourism industry grows, we are striving to develop differentiated contents by developing a culture that takes advantage of the national characteristics, and it is judged that the development of cultural tourism is the development method suitable for increasing interest in cultural tourism and for cultural development and economic activation. . Local governments recognize the importance of local festivals, and local festivals are growing rapidly in response to various supports. Local festivals promote the sale of local specialties, contribute to vitalizing the local economy through the development of new contents of the local culture.
The purpose of this study is to investigate how the attitude according to the image affects local loyalty. Therefore, the image that was previously considered simply as a tourist destination image was divided into images of cultural tourism resources and images of festivals and events.
The attitude of cultural tourism resources and the image of festivals/events occupy a very important part in the formation of local loyalty, so none of them can be overlooked. It can be said that it is a research result.

The importance of urban branding is increasingly emphasized as distinct differences between cities are removed worldwide. In order to market cities, it is important to identify each city's assets and image them to make them look attractive. And finding and promoting each and every attractive place in the city is also an important factor in city marketing.
Through this paper, we analyze the assets of Anyang City and discover the factors that can be used to market the city. The reason why Anyang City was chosen as the place for urban marketing is that it does not have a clear image of the city compared to other regions of Korea, especially cities in the surrounding Gyeonggi Province. In case of Anyang City, we think it is an area with high potential for future development through urban marketing because it has good access to Seoul and traffic is well connected.
We looked into the current status of urban marketing in Anyang City and studied what parts should be developed in the future. Earlier papers on Anyang City and papers on urban marketing were analyzed and suggestions were derived through domestic and foreign cases. We analyzed the marketing factors such as the place assets and festivals and slogans that Anyang City currently has. And We investigated the area where urban marketing is taking place and analyzed the awareness and urban marketing development strategy for Anyang City through the Enquete survey.
