An application of adaptive flight controller is required for the non-linear and high uncertain system that configuration of tiltrotor aircraft is dramatically changed from rotary wing mode to fixed wing mode. In this paper, the applicable adaptive controller for the tiltrotor aircraft was designed using Neural Networks and DMI (Dynamic Model Inversion). The performance of the SCAS (Stability and Control Augmentation System) was simulated against manned military specification, using the fullscale model of ``Smart UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)`` developed by Korea Aerospace Research Institute. And Neural Networks based adaptive controller was verified through its whole operating envelope using the established HQ (Handling Quality) criteria.

Continuous airworthiness system is comprised of regulations and procedures to assure the safety and reliability through the total stage of development, certification and operation of aircraft. The purpose of this system is not only to provide the guidelines that should be kept by manufacturers and operators, but also to evaluate the maintenance capability in every activity of safety related procedures. During the development process of the mid and large size aircraft, operational experience should be reflected systematically for a safer and more reliable product by using the meaningful data base from operation. The relationship of safety roles between manufacturer and operator is mutually complementary, and the roles of each function have an influence to the next step. Overall structure of the procedure contains the concept of continuous analysis and feedback to achieve highest degree of safety and reliability during the entire life of aircraft. Finally, this paper describes how the feedback is made and used for aircraft design from operational experience under the continuous analysis and surveillance system.

Pilots` fatigue is one of the most serious threat to flying safety. Fatigue is influenced by many factors like sleep deprivation, daily activities, aging, stress, etc. This study was designed to investigate military pilots` daily activities. 20 pilots` daily activity was monitored by activity monitor, Fitbit®, and the survey about sleep time and flight time was conducted. They placed Fitbit® on their waist for 5 days. During flight, they removed Fitbit® that had been used for checking their steps and walking distances. It was found that the average sleep time is 6.7 hours for fighter pilots. It was a little shorter than average sleep time for adults, 8 hours. Average steps per day was 6,838 which is more than sedentary worker`s but less than active worker`s. Their daily activities were not as high as we had expected. But their sleep time was very short. Flight surgeons should recommend them to take a rest and get sleep during rest period.

In this study, it is to contribute to Korean aviation safe system as well as the improvement of the domestic(Korean) aviation mechanic qualification examination system by comparing and contrasting with the advanced aviation mechanic qualification examination system of ICAO, FAA and EASA. In addition, by reforming and improving Korean aviation mechanic qualification examination system, it can be achieved to keep the international competitiveness and can be authenticated even in international standardized countries in aviation mechanic qualification examination system.

Rotorcraft operating in the domestic aviation safety techniques are applied CRM training is conducted but, aircraft accidents caused by human factors has not shown a declining trend. Thus, knowledge of aviation safety and human factors for the spread of awareness of improved rotorcraft flight operations department managers to understand the complexity of nature and culture, and to perform high-risk mission helicopter pilot study of local activation and enhance safety awareness research was conducted in order to. In this study, the development direction of CRM training studies in order to identify the leading NOTECHS (Non-Technical Skills; non-technical pilot skills) of the four categories as the independent variable and the dependent variable corresponding to the resulting effect on the key variables awareness of the differences were studied. In addition, the direction and strength of the relationship were analyzed to determine the relationship of each independent variable to assess the impact on the dependent variable regression analysis was performed. Pilot training and evaluation of non-technical skills related to the teaching reflected in the CRM training and assessment must be carried out with 5 star rating scale was preferred. Therefore, to meet our country rotorcraft operating environment ``NOTECHS`` aviation safety by developing training programs reflected in the educational process, implementation, and periodic training and assessment is done in future research on this analysis and feedback is done to reflect the specific performance expect.

In this study, we surveyed the operating status of the Runway for the Light Sport Aircraft(LSA) in Korea, and analyzed the Airfield Facilities Manual for the Air Leisure and the Standard Specification for Recreational Airpark Design. Based on the information, we presented the displacement of the threshold concept, to ensure the Runway Length and the Runway Safety Area, and operation of LSA in Korea.

Most aircraft accidents are attributed to crew error, but traditional training programs focus on individual training and evaluation. So, FAA developed innovative training and qualification programs that incorporate the most recent advances in training methods and techniques. AQP(Advanced Qualification Program) is focus on crew and individual performance in both training and evaluation. The primary goal of AQP is to achieve the highest possible standard of individual and crew performance. Nowaday, a lot of Airlines of US and Europe are managing aircrew qualification with AQP or ATQP. This paper proposed government`s organization, documents, personnel and education to apply AQP to Korea, as well as domestic airlines available application of AQP.

As the price competition between airlines became increasingly intensified, due to increased participation of low-cost carriers in the air transport industry and the continued deregulation of international air transport, each airline has introduced various management techniques for securing international competitiveness and operational efficiency in order to cope with the uncertainty in air transport industry. The world leading LCCs, such as Ryan air, easyJet and Southwest, have changed their traditional business models by increasing operation to primary airports, diversifying operating routes, making strategic alliances with FSCs or other LCCs, increasing the operations on the mid or long distance routes, expanding ancillary revenues, etc. As Korea`s air transport industry is confronting with intense competition, our LCCs are requested to adjust to this new challenging situation. As the world leading LCCs did, Korean LCCs are recommended to adopt new business models such as restructuring of the air transport industry through M&A, operating more flexibly in terms of frequency or route, launching of services to primary airports, making strategic alliances with foreign FSCs, developing of 4th or 6th traffic demands, etc.

A high brand reputation of a airline means the airline is preferred by passengers because of its unique services being even better than others. This is why airline`s specialized services are important in that those services would create a new brand value and build up the airline`s brand image, being enable to have competitive advantage over other airlines, to provide satisfied services, to have a mutual trust between passengers and the airline and to create customer`s loyalty. A-Airline have been trying to give passengers a joy of flight by providing its customized and specialized cabin services out of airlnes` stereo-typed services.Therefore this paper will find out how their satisfaction of the cabin services have a positive impact on customer loyalty through brand image, brand reputation, brand identity and brand attraction. Those services would not only contribute to upgrade A-airline`s corporate image but show the way to which the cabin service is heading also.
