1턴테이블 시트 쿠션 프레임의 강도해석

Demand on multi-function vehicles equipped with variable function seats is increasing. For a turntable seat a weight reduction study was carried out through finite element analyses. The analysis conditions were based on the seat belt anchorage regulation test FMVSS 207/210. First, for the initial design, modeling method was verified by comparing with the test results. Next, sub-modeling technique using only cushion frame without tuntable was investigated by applying the displacements from full model analysis to the turntable mounting locations. The design change parameter study was followed using sub-models to find out several effective thickness reduction methods with keeping the seat belt anchorage strength. Finally designed full model showed the equal strength and the weight reduction of 249g, compared with the initial design.

In this paper, the dynamic characteristics of a linear-motion guide (linear guide) and a ball-screw, which are used for automatic transfer of the synchronizer in an automated manual transmission(AMT), are analyzed to be utilized in the design of related parts and transmission actuators. In particular, the size and transfer precision of the linear guide and ball-screw are important design factors that determine the shifting performance of the AMT, and it is necessary to analyze the feed accuracy according to the number of balls. To analyze the dynamics of the linear guide and ball- screw, the actual product was disassembled and reverse-engineered to develop a 3D CAD model, and the ball behavior was simulated using a dynamic analysis software: ADAMS. Through the dynamic simulation, the design criteria for selecting the number of balls that can minimize the material cost while securing the feed accuracy have been investigated based on the analysis of the performance of the linear guide and the ball-screw according to the number of balls.

Music evokes various emotions, and emotions bring arousal. The level of arousal triggered can affect the level of physical activity, including balance. Older people have a deterioration in balance as well as physical aging. This study examined the effect of background music as an environmental factor on the static balance ability of the elderly. Postural sway of static standing was measured in the elderly over 65 years old (N=24). Background music was provided while subject held the static standing on a force plate for 20 seconds. Background music conditions used consisted of silent, sedative, and stimulative music. The silent condition was that subject remained in a static standing without any background music. For the sedative music condition, Johann Pachelbel's Cannon D in major was used, and for the stimulative music condition, Gamma Ray's Heavy Metal Universe was used. Subjects performed 3 times for each background music condition, and performed a total of 9 static standings. Statistical analysis of center of pressure data showed that the stimulative music was significantly lower than the other two conditions in all variables (range, velocity, velocity moment) except for the velocity in the mediolateral direction. These results suggest that the stimulative music reduced and stabilized postural sway in the static standing. This study indicates that the static balance of the elderly is improved with stimulative background music, suggesting that the stimulative music could be used as an environmental factor to improve postural balance in the facilities where the elderly physically perform.

A strain, cellulolytic microorganism was isolated and identified from Doenjan, a Korean fermented food. To identify the strain, we analyzed the 16s rRNA gene sequence from the strain. As a result, the strain was identified as a Bacillus sp. and then was named with Bacillus sp. SN1. Bacillus sp. SN1 produced cellulase maximally after cultivation 48 h. The maximum pH and temperature of the cellulase from Bacillus sp. SN1 was pH 5.0 and 50℃, respectively. In the substrate specificity, the cellulase from Bacillus sp. SN1 exhibited the highest activity for CM-cellulose among cellulosic substrates such as CM-cellulose, Alkali swollen cellulose, Avicel, and Alpha cellulose.

The increase in the elderly population due to the recent rapid aging has resulted in an increase in the number of chronic disease patients and an increase in drug use. In this study, we investigated the current status, side effects, and disposal of drugs for adults in Korea, and investigated the awareness and status of safe use of drugs, and found factors related to health behaviors related to taking medicines. By presenting the correct direction for the safe use and disposal of the drug, it is intended to be presented as a basis that can be used in the establishment of health policy along with strategies and measures for drug policy and education. Adults over the age of 20 residing in Korea were surveyed using survey method. As for the general characteristics of this study, males were 54.5% and females were 45.5%. Most of the survey subjects were non-workers, and 55.5% were students. The main factors affecting the choice and use of drugs used in the past year were the Internet at 30%, followed by parents/siblings at 23.6%. There was a correlation between subjective health status, drug use, and stress variables (p<.01),and it was also found to be correlated with stress and subjective health status variables.

In this study, an hydrogel and silicone hydrogel contact lens polymer was prepared using photopolymerization method, and stabilization study was conducted by the physical and optical properties of the prepared lens. For the preparation, the photopolymerization method was used, and the initiators used were 1HPK (1-hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone) and 2H2m (2-hydroxy-2-methylpropiphenone). HEMA (2-hydroxy methacrylate) was used to manufacture the hydrogel lens. And also, SID (silicone monomer), and DMA (n,n-dimethylacrylaide) were used to manufacture the silicone hydrogel. The mixture was copolymerized using a crosslinking agent EGDMA (ethylen glycol dimethacrylate), MA (methacrylic acid), and MMA (methyl methacrylate). As a result of the contact stability test, the difference in pH concentration in group 8 was less than 1.5 ml, and m the potassium permanganate reduction test, the difference between the control group and the experimental group was less than 2 ml in all groups. In the absorbance test for measuring the degree of polymerization, there was no difference in the HEMA group, and m the silicon group, the peak value gradually increased as the amount of initiator increased. In the stability evaluation of the manufactured hydrogel and silicone hydrogel lenses, it was found that the polymerization degree and thermal stability of the lens group manufactured using the silicone hydrogel material were excellent.

Work related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs) have become increasingly common among many professionals including school teachers. This study reviewed previous researches regarding the musculoskeletal disorders of school teachers to estimate the prevalence rate of musculoskeletal pain·symptom and to find out the risk factors related to the MSDs. Overall prevalence rate of school teachers was 69.3% on average, and the body regions that showed high prevalence rate were low back(54.8%), neck·shoulder(54.4%), knee(53.8%), shoulder(5l.4%), wrist·hand(49.9%), neck(44.3%) in decreasing order. Various psycho-social factors (stress, depression, mental health, well being, etc) and job related factors(awkward working posture, long standing, long sitting, manual materials handing tasks, long VDT task, etc) were related to the MSDs of school teachers. Thus, it is suggested to control and provide preventive measures for the risk factors to prevent the MSDs of teachers working in school.

As health problems caused by air pollutants and problems caused by air pollutants such as COVID-19 are caused, interest in air quality is growing. Modern people spend more than 80% of their day indoors, so most of them are exposed to air pollutants indoors. Also, contaminated air of indoor air may be generated indoors or introduced outdoors. If contaminated air is not properly ventilated or discharged indoors, contamination accumulates as it circulates inside, which can cause more problems than outdoor air pollution. In particular, indoor air quality is more important when spending a long time in a space such as a house, office, or school classroom. Unlike adults, children and adolescents have a higher respiratory rate per unit weight and a higher risk of exposure to pollutants heavier than air due to their relatively low height. Also, because students spend most of their day in the classroom, the quality of the school classroom air can have a greater impact on students' health. The indoor air quality of school classrooms can change the PM10 concentration due to external influences. Therefore, the environment and characteristics of the school must be considered.

The acoustic stimuli are processed through the entire auditory system. Cochlear hair cells within the organ of Corti serve as the sensory receptors for hearing. The inner and outer hair cells have some differences in their anatomy and physiology. Stereocilia placed on the apical surface of the hair cell are connected together by tip links. The displacement of stereocilia leads to the opening of potassium channel, depolarization, and then the influx of calcium in the hair cells. The hair cells transduce the mechanical energy of vibration to the electrical energy. This paper aims to examine the structural and functional features of the hair cell in the organ of Corti and its mechanisms of mechnical to electrical transduction.
