Purpose
Customer review is a major factor in choosing certain restaurants. This study investigates the key factors affecting customer's evaluation about restaurants. With the recent intensification of competition among restaurants in the service industry, the analysis results are expected to provide in-depth insights for enhancing customer experiences.
Design/methodology/approach
We collected information and reviews provided at the restaurants in the Kakao Map platform. The information collected is based on the information of 3,785 restaurants in Daegu registered on Kakao Map. Based on the information collected, seven independent variables, including number of rating registered, number of reviews, presence or absence of safe restaurants, presence or absence of a posting about holding facilities, presence or absence of a posting about business hours, presence or absence of a posting about hashtags, and presence or absence of break times, were used. Dependent variable is restaurant rating. Multiple regression between independent variables and restaurant rating was carried out.
Findings
The results of the study confirmed that number of rating registered, presence or absence of a posting about business hours, and presence or absence of a posting about hash tags have an positive effects on the restaurant rating. The number of reviews had a negative effect on the restaurant rating. In addition, in order to confirm the role of customer's reviews, we carried out LDA topic modeling. We divided the topics into the positive review and the negative reviews.

Purpose
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many companies are building virtual workplaces based on virtual reality technology. Through this study, we intend to identify the trend of convergence and convergence research between virtual reality technology and work space, and suggest future promising fields based on this.
Design/methodology/approach
For this purpose, 12,250 bibliographic data of research papers related to Virtual Reality (VR) and Workplace were collected from Scopus from 1982 to 2021. The bibliographic data of the collected papers were analyzed using Text Mining and Pathfinder Network, Parallel Neighbor Clustering, Nearest Neighbor Centrality, and Triangle Betweenness Centrality. Through this, the relationship between keywords by period was identified, and network analysis and visualization work were performed for virtual reality-based workplace research.
Findings
Through this study, it is expected that the main keyword knowledge structure flow of virtual reality-based workplace convergence research can be identified, and the relationship between keywords can be identified to provide a major measure for designing directions in subsequent studies.

Purpose
Smart farms play a leading role in changing the safety food culture for the citizens. The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that are important to covid 19-response in the case of ICT smart farm. To do so, we classified the factors as operating effect aspect and industrial wave effect aspect of the smart farm.
Design/methodology/approach
This study was conducted by visiting Geumsan County, which is attempting to perform a smart farm. Through interviewing farmers representatives based on their operational effect expectations on the smart farm, we derived the industrial crash effect factors and thereafter designed the research model. This study applied AHP, which is an expert decision-making method cans be used to measure relative importance for determining priorities. After interviewing the experts with smart farm, we obtained the factors which are important to smart farm development.
Findings
According to analysis, the productivity improvement factor was ranked as the most important among the operational effect items. This is consistent with the ultimate goal of smart farms with ICT convergence technology, which is increase the profitability of agriculture. The second place is the factor in the development of infrastructure and infrastructure, and the third and fifth positions were export expansion, environmentally friendly management, and job creation in terms of operational effectiveness.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the factors affecting the intention to use cloud computing in the smart work environment. This study is meaningful in that it examines the characteristics of smart work and the fit of cloud computing characteristics, and it is a study that reveals the factors affecting the intention to use cloud computing by applying the integrated model of TTF and TAM.
Design/methodology/approach
In order to understand the factors affecting the intention to use cloud computing in the smart work environment, a research model that integrates TTF and TAM with the hypothesis was proposed. In order to verify the research hypothesis, this study conducted a survey on individuals with experience in smart work and cloud computing. And with the data 280 collected in the survey, path analysis was performed using the PLS structural equation.
Findings
As a result, it was found that task characteristics and technology characteristics had a positive (+) effect on task-skill fit, and task-skill fit had a positive (+) effect on perceived ease of use and usefulness. Also, task-skill fit, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness were found to have a positive (+) effect on intention to use.

Purpose
To verify the factors that encourage consumers' favorable reaction toward virtual influencer, we proposed consumers' perception of subjective and objective similarity. The purpose of this study is to comprehensively investigate the impacts of consumers' perception toward virtual influencer on purchase intention through psychological distance and parasocial relationship.
Design/methodology/approach
This study was designed to examine the structural relationships among consumers' perceived external similarity, internal similarity, controllability, animacy toward virtual influencer, psychological distance, parasocial relationship and purchase intention.
Findings
The results are as follows. First, perceived external similarity, internal similarity, perceived controllability, and animacy had a positive impact on psychological distance. Second, psychological distance had a positive impact on parasocial relationship, whereas it had no significant impact on purchase intention. However, we found that the relation between psychological distance and purchase intention was mediated by parasocial relationship. Lastly, parasocial relationship had a positive impact on purchase intention. Based on these results, this study can propose the way to generate revenue to companies that consider advertising campaign using virtual influencer.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect that insecurity and autonomy of platform work have an influence on work-life balance and psychological well-being in an era of platform economy based on two characteristics of online platform work and self-determination theory.
Design/methodology/approach
This study suggested the structural equation model integrating two antecedents, insecurity and autonomy, work-life balance, and psychological well-being and proposed five hypotheses driven from the research model. A total of 334 valid samples were collected from platform workers by employing questionnaire including 24 question items of four constructs.
Findings
Three hypotheses were supported and one hypothesis was not supported at the significance level of 0.05. Insecurity of platform work has a negative influence on work-life balance at the significance level of 0.01, whereas insecurity of platform work has no a significant influence on psychological well-being. Autonomy of platform work has a positive influence on both work-life balance and psychological well-being at the significance level of 0.01. Work-life balance has a positive impact on psychological well-being at the significance level of 0.001. Insecurity have an influence on psychological well-being indirectly through mediation of work-life balance. Implications for academicians and practitioners were suggested.

Purpose
As artificial intelligence voice agents (AIVA) have been widely adopted in services, diverse forms of their voices, which are the main interface with users, have been experimented. The purpose of this study is to examine how users evaluate vocal characteristics (gender, voice pitch, and voice pace) of AIVA, depending on prior research on human voice attractiveness.
Design/methodology/approach
This study employed an experimental survey which 516 participated in. Each participant was randomly assigned into one of eight situations (e.g., male - higher pitch - faster pace) and listened a AIVA voice sample, which introduce weather information. Next, a participant answered three consequence factors (attractiveness, trust, and anthropomorphism).
Findings
The results reveal that female voices of AIVA were perceived as more attractive and trustworthy than male voices. As far as voice pitch goes, while lower-pitch voices were preferred in female voices, higher-pitch voices were preferred in male voices. Finally, faster voices of AIVA were more attractive than slower voices.

Purpose
Online reviews are critical for sales of online shopping platforms because they provide useful information to consumers. As the eCommerce market grows rapidly, the role of online reviews is becoming more important. The purpose of this study is to analyze how online reviews written by domestic consumers affect product sales by classifying the types of products.
Design/methodology/approach
This study analyzed how the effects of review characteristics(reviewer reputation, reviewer exposure, review length, time, rating, image, and emotional score) on the usefulness of online reviews differ depending on the product types. Subsequently, how the impact of review attributes (review usefulness, number of reviews, ratings, and emotional scores) on product sales differs according to each product type was compared. Based on the FCB Grid model, the product type was classified into high involvement-rational, high involvement-emotional, low involvement -rational, and low involvement-emotional product types.
Findings
According to the analysis result, the characteristics of reviews useful to consumers were different for each product type, and the review attributes affecting product sales were also different for each product type. This study confirmed that it revealed that product characteristics are major consideration in evaluating the review usefulness and the factors affecting product sales.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to examine what expectations and mediating factors are needed as variables necessary for the intention to use logistics hollowing out, and at the same time, what factors strengthen medical SCM competitiveness. In order to develop competitive competency variables for medical institutions that affect the intention to use logistics cavitation, we would like to examine the key success factors applying AHP model analysis.
Design/methodology/approach
For AMOS analysis, we conducted an online survey of four universities and analyzed 212 samples. The analysis method used SPSS, and AMOS. We proposed several factors categorized as reliability, SCM advance, and scalability.
Findings
The results showed that all proposed variables (competitive competencies for HSCM, expected performance) had a significant impact on intention of physical distribution cooperation. According to the measurement methods proposed in this study, key success factors for strengthening the capacity of HSCM can increase the need for physical distribution cooperation through expected performance.

Purpose
In this study, in order to understand the effects of NTIS users' behavioral scientific behaviors and determinants, an integrated model of the UTAUT(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model and TTF(Task-Technology Fit) model, which are frequently used MIS field, was presented and empirical analysis was conducted.
Design/methodology/approach
In this study, an online survey was conducted on researchers from organizations carrying out national R&D projects, institutions, universities, and dedicated management institutions and the collected data verified hypotheses established using the SPSS 25.0 statistical package and structural equation model using AMOS.
Findings
The results showed that NTIS users' business activities had a positive(+) effect on task-technology fit and task-technology fit had a positive(+) effect on performance expectation, effort expectation, and continuous intention-to-use intention. In addition, the performance expectation, effort expectation, and promotion conditions presented in research model had a positive(+) effect on the continuous intention-to-use. The research results derived through this study are expected to contribute substantially to subsequent research in the field related to information sharing platforms.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the user satisfaction and continuous use intention of the improved ATCIS in the Korean Army.
Design/methodology/approach
Based on the various theories in relation to IT continuance, user satisfaction was identified as the main factor with regard to the continuous use intention of the improved ATCIS. In addition, computer self-efficacy, education-training, and system quality were hypothesized as antecedent variables to user satisfaction, and information security stress was set as a moderating variable for these relationships.
Findings
Survey results show that computer self-efficacy, education and training, and system quality had a positive effect on user satisfaction, and information security stress was found to moderate these relationships. The effects of computer self-efficacy and education-training on user satisfaction were higher in the group with low information security stress. However, the relationship between system quality and user satisfaction was higher in the group with high information security stress. User satisfaction is found to have a positive effect on the continuous use intention even with habit considered as a control variable.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to analyzes the RPA fitting processes by the casese of manufacturing SMEs(Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) in an exploraty approach. Based on the findings on the RPA fitting processes, we intend to provide a cornerstone for developing a general-purpose RPA introduction model in the future.
Design/methodology/approach
In this study, empirical cases of RPA fitting processes were analyzed based on interviews with project managers of specialized IT suppliers in charge of RPA development and managers of IT departments of manufacturing SMEs that actually introduced RPA. In order to explore various RPA fitting process in the manufacturing value chain, a total of 7 manufacturing SMEs were interviewed, ranging from companies using a legacy system to companies without a legacy system. Over the primary and secondary activity processes, the details of RPA processes were analyzed in the steps of 'Frequency Identification, Input Processing, Source Identification, Inquiry and Processing, Information Registration, Result Reporting'.
Findings
From the analysis, we derived some exploratory results that the processes over 0.25 FTE and related with many suppliers and clients are fitting for RPA introduction in manufacturing SMEs Our results will provide basic data for the development of the future general-purpose RPA introduction model for manufacturing SMEs, providing practical reference for RPA introduction.

Purpose
This paper presents a new method of classifying online platforms. It also explains how to apply the framework using case studies and generate new insight about platform strategies and policy development.
Design/methodology/approach
This paper focuses on the relationship between platforms, especially the hierarchy and power relations, and broadly classifies platforms as follows: content/services, meta information, app stores, operating systems, and cloud. Both the content/service platform and the meta information platform have matching as their main function. However, most content/services tend to collect and access information through meta-information platforms, so meta-information platforms are closer to infrastructure than content/service platforms. App store, operating system, and cloud can be said to be platforms of platforms. A small number of companies in the US and China dominate platforms of platforms, and become the recent development and regulatory targets of their respective governments.
Findings
We should be wary of the attempts to regulate domestic platforms by importing foreign regulations that ignore the hierarchical structure that our framework highlights. We believe that Korea's strategy to become a true platform powerhouse is clear. As one of the few countries with significant companies in the area of meta information platforms, it will be necessary to fully utilize the position and advance into the strategically important area of platforms of platforms. Furthermore, it is necessary to encourage world-class companies to appear in Korea in the app store, operating system, and cloud. To do so, the government needs to introduce promotion policies to strategically nurture such platforms rather than to regulate them.

Purpose
In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the introduction of unmanned stores is rapidly spreading throughout the entire distribution market. Unmanned stores are stores where consumers purchase products on their own through machines and not through contact with people. As there are no managers in unmanned stores, Servicescape is expected to have many effects on the purchasing behavior of consumers. Therefore, this study aims to observe the effect of Servicescape on consumer behavioral intentions.
Design/methodology/approach
This study wanted to look at the relationships among Servicescape in unmanned stores, utilitarian values, hedonic values, satisfaction, and continuous use intentions. The collected(n=211) from individuals who have experienced in using unmanned stores was analyzed with SmartPLS2.0 to test proposed hypotheses.
Findings
The research results are as follows. First, it was shown that the space, convenience, and comfortableness of Servicescape have positive effects on utilitarian value, and cleanliness did not have significant effects on utilitarian value. Second, it was shown that space and comfortableness had positive effects on hedonic value, and convenience and cleanliness did not have significant effects on hedonic value. Lastly, it was shown that utilitarian values and hedonic values have positive effects on satisfaction, and satisfaction was found to have positive effects on continuous use intentions.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to find meaningful insights using regression analysis to resolve the digital divide between generations. In the analysis process of this study, social network analysis was applied to approach it with a perspective differentiated from the existing statistical techniques.
Design/methodology/approach
This study used a social network analysis methodology that transforms and analyzes government-led survey data into relational data. First, the cross-sectional data were converted into relational data, and a continuous core-periphery model and multidimensional scaling method were applied. Afterwards, the relationship between various factors affecting the digital divide and the difference in influence were analyzed by generation.
Findings
According to the network analysis results, it can be seen that all generations commonly use 'information and news search' and 'living information service'. However, it can be seen that the centrally used services of each generation are clearly different from each other, and the degree of linkage between the services is also clearly different. In addition, it can be seen that the relationship between factors influencing the digital divide by generation is also different.

Purpose
As the use of social network services has become common, it has become possible to freely communicate and establish relationships with other people anytime, anywhere for communication and information sharing. Influencers who have a strong influence on consumers' perceptions and attitudes through their own opinions and stories have appeared on various social media channels such as YouTube. Recently, companies utilize influencers with a large number of followers to check interactions with customers to understand customer attitudes and opinions about products in real time. Start-ups with insufficient resources need to quickly examine customer responses to reduce the probability of failure after product planning. The Lean process of creating an MVP and quickly confirming and learning the market response should be repeated over and over again.
Findings
In this paper, we try to suggest that the YouTube platform can play a sufficient role as a customer experiment space through examples. The case company is a company that has successfully commercialized products by continuously interacting with customers through the YouTube platform for the first four months of its founding. This paper is expected to be helpful in the experimental process for prospective founders and early founders to examine customer responses to reduce the probability of market failure before commercialization.
Design/methodology/approach
This paper analyzed the YouTube channel data of case companies based on the netnography methodology and presented the contents of the lean process management carried out in the experimental stage and the post-production stage through interview research.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to examine news articles and analyze trends and key agendas related to artificial intelligence(AI). In particular, this study tried to compare the reporting behaviors of Korea and the United States, which is considered to be a leader in the field of AI.
Design/methodology/approach
This study analyzed news articles using a big data method. Specifically, main agendas of the two countries were derived and compared through the keyword frequency analysis, topic modeling, and language network analysis.
Findings
As a result of the keyword analysis, the introduction of AI and related services were reported importantly in Korea. In the US, the war of hegemony led by giant IT companies were widely covered in the media. The main topics in Korean media were 'Strategy in the 4th Industrial Revolution Era', 'Building a Digital Platform', 'Cultivating Future human resources', 'Building AI applications', 'Introduction of Chatbot Services', 'Launching AI Speaker', and 'Alphago Match'. The main topics of US media coverage were 'The Bright and Dark Sides of Future Technology', 'The War of Technology Hegemony', 'The Future of Mobility', 'AI and Daily Life', 'Social Media and Fake News', and 'The Emergence of Robots and the Future of Jobs'. The keywords with high centrality in Korea were 'release', 'service', 'base', 'robot', 'era', and 'Baduk or Go'. In the US, they were 'Google', 'Amazon', 'Facebook', 'China', 'Car', and 'Robot'.

Purpose
This study examines the roles of firm-level smart factory implementation in the relationship between organizational competence and organizational performance in the context of Korean small and medium Enterprises (SMEs). To achieve this goal, this study presents and empirically tests a research model with evaluation data conducted by industrial experts on how organizational competence can be exploited to positively influence organizational performance through smart factory implementation.
Design/methodology/approach
Organizational competence are based on the research construct developed by Odważny et al.(2018). Research constructs on smart factory are based on the measurement model developed by Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for Korea small and medium Enterprises (TIPA) (2020) and organizational performance are based on the performance construct developed by Kwon(2019). To complete the investigation, we collected 31 firm data conducted by industrial experts in Korea from Dec 2018 to Dec 2020. Most of firm was implemented officially by government budget granted for smart factory of Korea SMEs. To test our hypotheses, partial least squares (PLS) method was employed.
Findings
The findings indicate that organizational competence is antecedent to influence smart factory implementation, while smart factory implementation has significant relationship with organizational performance. This study provides a better understanding of the connection between organizational competence and organizational performance through smart factory implementation. So companies should focus on enhancing organizational competence and implementing smart factory to obtain sustainable competitiveness.

Purpose
The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationships between interest, interaction level, presence, which are the characteristics of metaverse, learning immersion, and learning satisfaction, which are learning factors.
Design/methodology/approach
A questionnaire survey technique was used to achieve the purpose of the study. A questionnaire survey was conducted from November 22 to December 5, 2021, with students with experience in non-face-to-face classes using Gather Town and a total of 114 copies of the questionnaire excluding those with insincere answers were used for empirical analysis. SPSS Win ver.23.0 was used for basic statistical analysis, and AMOS 22.0 was used for the establishment and analysis of a structural equation model.
Findings
According to the study findings, interest and interaction levels had effects on learning immersion and learning presence, self-efficacy on learning presence, and learning immersion and learning presence on learning satisfaction. This study is meaningful in that it conducted an empirical study to find variables for improving learning immersion by conducting classes based on metaverse. Based on the findings of this study, it was found that interest and interaction, which are the biggest characteristics of metaverse, sustain learning participation and immersion and increase presence thereby enhancing learning satisfaction so that the possibilities of metaverse as a next generation education platform passing the limit of existing real time video platforms can be peeped.

Purpose
This paper attempts to identify items for improving the usage of PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) systems and suggests ways to prioritize improvement items on the basis of importance. It also tries to find out differences in the importance of improvement items due to the company size, the industry, the job, or the PLM solution.
Design/methodology/approach
Through a survey from participants to a PLM System Conference, data were collected from a sample of 181 users who had the previous experience in using a PLM system. In order to figure out the differences in the importance among user groups, the F-test with the Scheffe test as a post-hoc analysis was used in case of equal variances and the Welch test with the Dunnett T3 test was used in case of unequal variances.
Findings
This study sorted out 25 improvement ideas according to their importance assessed by the PLM system users. The top five ideas are improving data consistency, error minimization, fast system response time, enhancing user recognition, and business process improvement. The support group puts higher importance than the general user group in data consistency, fast system response time, enhancing user recognition, business process improvement, dedicated team for data consistency, continuous support from management, hardware performance upgrade, output linkage to other systems, and shortening problem solving duration. The largest company group attaches significantly higher weights than the smallest company group to data consistency, error minimization, fast system response time, business process improvement, dedicated team for data consistency, security with proper access management, output linkage to other systems, and better user interface.
