1간호대학생의 자기주도적 학습, 비판적 사고성향, 임상의사결정능력이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기주도적 학습, 비판적 사고성향, 임상의사결정능력이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 방법은 대상자는 간호대학 2곳의 3, 4학년을 대상으로 해당 간호대학교의 연구 담당자와 학과장의 승인을 받은 후 공고를 통하여 모집하였다. 본 연구는 연구가자 재직 중인 간호대학은 제외하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS Win 22.0 program을 이용하여 상관관계와 다중 회귀분석을 시행하였고, 연구결과 상관관계에서 자기주도적 학습은 비판적 사고성향, 임상의사결정능력, 임상수행 능력에서 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 비판적 사고성향은 임상의사결정 능력, 임상수행 능력에서 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 임상의사결정 능력은 임상수행 능력에서 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 연령(세)과 비판적 사고성향으로 나타났고, 이들의 설명력은 45.4%였다. 간호대학생들의 임상수행능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 다양한 학습도구 및 매체, 학습프로그램의 지원과 다양한 교수학습방법으로의 지원이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.


This study is a descriptive research study that seeks to determine how factors such as nursing students’ self-initiated learning, tendency of critical thinking, and clinical decision making ability impact on their clinical competence. The subjects of this study were junior and senior college students enrolled in two nursing colleges and the subjects were selected through a notice after approval from the person in charge of research in the relevant nursing university and the dean was obtained. The nursing university where the researcher was employed did not participate in this study. The correlation and multiple regression analyses were carried out using the SPSS Win 22.0 program as the method of analysis. As the results of this study, it was confirmed that self-initiated learning had a positive correlation with the tendency of critical thinking, clinical decision making ability, and clinical competence; the tendency of critical thinking had a positive correlation with clinical decision making ability and clinical competence; and clinical decision making ability had a positive correlation with clinical competence. In addition, factors influencing clinical competence included age and tendency of critical thinking and the explanation power of these factors was 45.4%. It is considered that support measures that include various learning tools, media, learning programs, and various teaching and learning methods are necessary in order to improve nursing students’ clinical competence.

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 비판적 사고성향 및 간호전문직관의 수준을 알아보고 변수 간의 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 연구방법: 연구대상자는 간호학과 2, 3, 4학년 재학생 125명이었으며, 2021년 10월 27일부터 11월 5일까지 자료수집 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 26.0 Program을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s Correlation coefficients로 산출하였다. 연구결과: 대상자의 전공만족도와 비판적 사고성향, 전공만족도와 간호전문직관, 비판적 사고성향과 간호전문직관과의 관계에서 서로간에 통계적으로 유의한 순상관관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 전공만족도는 간호전문직관의 ‘간호실무역할’ 영역과, 간호전문직관은 비판적 사고성향의 ‘객관성’ 영역과 높은 상관관계를 가지고 있는 것이 확인되었다. 결론: 본 연구의 결과에 따라 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 비판적 사고성향, 간호전문직관의 수준을 향상시켜 서로의 수준을 향상시킬 수 있는 전략을 마련해야 한다. 간호대학생들이 간호실무역할에서 만족을 느끼게 함으로써 전공만족도를 상승시키고, 업무에서 객관성이 발휘되도록 하는 간호교육 프로그램들은 긍정적 간호전문직관을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있는 기초가 될 것이다.


Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between a major satisfaction, a critical thinking disposition and a nursing professionalism among the nursing students. Methods: 125 nursing students participated in this study. I collected data October 27, 2021 to November 5, 2021. The collected data were analyzed by the frequencies, a t-test, an ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation coefficients, using SPSS WIN 26.0. Results: The nursing professionalism was significantly positive being correlated with the major satisfaction and the critical thinking disposition in the nursing students. Particularly, the students with the major satisfaction and the critical thinking disposition showed highly for the nursing professionalism. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, it is necessary to prepare a strategy to improve each other’s level by improving the major satisfaction, critical thinking disposition, and nursing propasionalism of nursing students. Nursing education programs that increase major satisfaction by making nursing students feel satisfied with their nursing service and display objectivity in their work will be the basic for further improving their positive nursing professionalism.

3간호대학생의 우울과 불안에 대한 비약물적 중재 효과: 체계적 문헌고찰과 메타분석

Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of non-pharmacological interventions to reduce depressive or anxiety symptoms in undergraduate nursing students. Methods: The electronic databases searched included Embase, CINAHL, PubMed, PsycINFO, Cochrane CENTRAL, ScienceOn, KISS, and KoreaMed to find randomized controlled trials (RCTs) published between 2010 and 2021. A total of 18 RCTs were included in the analysis. The RCTs focused on depression (7 studies), anxiety (14 studies) and both (3 studies). Results: Psychological interventions showed a large, significant effect (Hedges G = -1.20; 95% CI = -2.28, -0.13) and mindfulness interventions showed moderate, significant effects (Hedges G = -0.53; 95% CI = -0.78, -0.27) on decreasing depressive symptoms. Meanwhile, mindfulness interventions showed a large, significant effect (Hedges G = -1.06; 95% CI = -1.98, -0.15) and biofeedback interventions also showed a large, significant effect (Hedges G = -0.99; 95% CI = -1.33, -0.64) on decreasing anxiety symptoms. Conclusion: Non-pharmacological interventions such as psychological, mindfulness, and biofeedback programs could be effective in alleviating depressive and anxiety symptoms in order to improve mental health among nursing students.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the experience of self-awareness of nursing students through a short-term overseas language study. Methods: Study subjects were 10 nursing students, and collected data were analyzed with open coding, axial coding, selective coding, and process analysis based on Strauss and Corbin's grounded theory (1998). Results: In total, 23 sub-categories and 12 categories were generated. The 12 categories included "Longing for a bigger world", "Don't want to be intimidated", "Interest in English", "Tension about local classes", "Feeling of pushing the limit", "Getting along with natives", “Making Korean American University students a role model", "Self-observe confronting unfamiliarity", "Self-encourage about enduring hardships", "Self-expansion for a better self", "Recognize self-transformation", "Focusing on the reality". Nursing students' self-awareness experience through a short-term overseas language study was a process of solving the phenomenon of 'feeling of pushing the limit', and a derived core category was 'surpass the feeling of pushing the limit and take a step forward'. Conclusion: Study participants experienced self-awareness. These results will not only expand our understanding about self-awareness of nursing students and educators but will also provide information for developing a short-term overseas study program.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the correlations between transitional shock, incivility and nursing professionalism among nursing students. Methods: A total of 143 nursing students completed transitional shock, incivility and nursing professionalism, using structured questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using the t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The results showed that nursing professionalism was significantly correlated with gender (β=.20, p=.001), major satisfaction (β=.44, p=.007), clinical practice satisfaction (β=.45, p<.001), transitional shock (β=-.20, p=.012), and incivility experienced (β=-.18, p=.021) among nursing students. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop a plan for reducing individual satisfaction with clinical practice and the transitional shock of nursing students. It ultimately may increase nursing students’ nursing professionalism. In addition, a strategy is needed to reduce incivility among nursing students by creating positive educational environment in clinical practice through cooperation between schools and training institutions, and to strengthen desirable nursing professionalism.

Objectives: This study aimed to identify the effects of self-esteem and stress coping styles on resilience in nursing students according to the Myers- Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Methods: A descriptive study was conducted. Data were collected from 205 nursing senior students and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. Results: In terms of self-esteem, social support-seeking stress coping style, and resilience, extroversion was significantly higher than introversion in MBTI preference. Among all factors, self-esteem had the greatest effect on resilience (r=0.53), followed by the emotion-focused coping style (r=-0.31) and the problem-focused coping style (r=0.23), with an explanation power of 57.1%. Conclusions: The results of this study indicate that self-esteem is an essential factor affecting resilience. Thus, nursing intervention programs for improvement of resilience in nursing students should be considered by the degree of self-esteem based on the MBTI personality preference.

Purpose: This study investigated the mediation effect of emotional intelligence in the relationship between adult attachment and resilience among nursing college students in Korea. Methods: This study was 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades, excluding 1st-year students; a total of 137 students who were randomly sampled responded to the questionnaire at a university in Gyeonggi-do. For data analyzing, t-test, Pearson correlation, and regression (Baron and Kenny's proposed three-step approach model analysis method) were used. Results: The correlation analysis of each factor showed that both attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance showed a statistically significant negative correlation with resilience. Both attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance were statistically significant positive correlations with emotional intelligence. In addition, emotional intelligence was found to have a statistically positive correlation with resilience. Regression analysis on the mediating effect of emotional intelligence on the relationship between adult attachment and resilience showed that the effect was statistically significant. Conclusion: To increase the resilience of student nurses, managers must develop resilience programs and management training: adult attachment, emotional intelligence, aptitude. In addition, it will be necessary to develop a program to improve emotional utilization and emotional control ability in emotional intelligence with a relatively low average score.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the influence of observation of workplace bullying and resilience on the career identity of nursing students. Methods: Quantitative data were collected using a structured questionnaire from 177 students with clinical practice in the 3rd and 4th grades of the nursing university and college located in the Daegu and Kyungpook region. Results: The observation of workplace bullying has a negative correlation with career identity (r=-.18, p=.017), but there was no significant correlation with resilience (r=-.011, p=.900). Resilience has a positive correlation with career identity (r=.55, p<.001). As a result of hierarchical regression analysis, the factors influencing the career identity of nursing students were in the order of observation of workplace bullying (β=-.17, p=.007) and resilience (β=.55, p<.001). These variables accounted for 33.2% of the variance in career identity. Conclusions: According to this study, observation of workplace bullying and resilience influenced career identity. These results suggest that it is necessary to emphasize the importance of resilience and observation of workplace bullying to improve career identity when nursing college students are in hospital practice.

본 연구의 목적은 대량사상자 사고 시 병원 내 대응이라는 주제로 시뮬레이션 실습교육 후 실시하는 디브리핑 내용을 분석한 연구로서 재난간호 시뮬레이션 실습교육의 효과적인 학습 전략개발을 위해 수행되었다. 실습 내용이 녹화된 동영상과 실습 전 학생들에게 구조화된 질문지를 기술, 분석, 적용의 세 단계로 구성하여 배부하였다. 디브리핑 단계에서 동료들과 토의 및 자가평가 등을 거치면서 구조화된 질문지에 답하도록 하였으며 그 내용을 분석 하였다. 기술단계에서는 문제인식, 계획과 중재에 대해, 분석단계에서는 실습에 대한 만족도와 자가 평가내용에 대해, 적용단계에서는 본 실습을 통해 배운 것 중 가장 중요하게 인식된 것, 잘 수행하지 못한 부분과 수행하지 못한 이유에 대해 범주화하여 내용분석을 수행함으로서 학습자의 디브리핑 경험을 구체적으로 확인하였다. 연구 결과, 디브리핑 단계를 경험하면서 학생들의 의사소통 능력, 문제해결 능력, 자기주도적 학습능력 등 간호학생 핵심역량과 재난 시 갖추어야할 재난간호역량이 습득되고 증진됨을 확인하였다. 추후 간호학생의 재난간호역량 증진을 위한 재난관련 시뮬레이션 실습교육 설계 시 이를 고려해야 할 것으로 생각된다. 본 연구는 시뮬레이션 실습에서 중요한 부분으로 고려되는 디브리핑 경험을 분석했다는 데에 의의가 있으며 추후 연구에서는 더 많은 지역의 학생을 대상으로 다양한 시뮬레이션 실습교육의 경험을 파악하는 연구와 다양한 디브리핑 방법에 따른 경험을 비교하는 연구가 수행되기를 제언한다.


The purpose of this study was to analyze the contents of debriefing after simulation training on the topic of response in hospitals in case of mass casualty accidents. The recorded video of the practice contents and the structured debriefing contents that were previously announced to the students before the practice were organized into three stages: description, analysis, and application, and the contents were analyzed. In the description stage, problem recognition, planning and intervention were analyzed, and in the analysis stage, satisfaction with practice and self-evaluation contents were analyzed and In the application stage, content analysis was performed by categorizing what was recognized as the most important thing learned through this practice, the part that did not perform well, and the reason for not performing it. In this way, the debriefing experience of the learner was specified with the result of the analysis. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the core competencies of nursing students such as communication ability, problem-solving ability, and self-directed learning ability were strengthened while experiencing the debriefing stage. In addition, disaster nursing competency required in case of disaster was acquired. This study is significant in that it analyzed the debriefing experience, which is considered an important part of simulation practice. In the future, we propose to conduct a study comparing the experiences of simulation training with many students.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생들의 자기효능감, 회복탄력성, 사회적 지지가 음주동기에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 K도 2곳의 간호대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 1~4학년을 대상으로 SPSS 22.0 program을 이용하여 상관관계 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 대상자의 자기효능감, 회복탄력성, 사회적 지지 및 음주동기와의 상관관계는 자기효능감에서 회복탄력성(r=.262, p<.001)과 음주동기(r=.211, p<.001)에서 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었고, 회복탄력성에서 사회적 지지(r=.589, p<.001)가 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 음주동기에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 음주 횟수, 자기효능감으로 나타났고, 이들간의 설명력은 20.4%였다. 간호대학생은 인간의 생명을 다루는 임상현장에서 실습한다는 긴장감과 이에 따르는 다양한 이론 교육 등으로 스트레스가 발생하고, 이것으로 음주동기가 많아지는데 이를 해결하기 위해 다양한 지지체계와 올바른 음주문화의 정착 및 절주를 위한 소모임 등 프로그램 마련이 필요하며, 이를 위한 다양한 후속연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.


This is a descriptive research study that aims to determine the degree of influence of such factors as nursing students’ self-efficacy, resilience, and social support have on their motivation or reason to drink alcohol. The subjects of this study were freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors enrolled in two nursing colleges in K province and the analysis was carried out using the SPSS WIN 22.0 program, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. For the correlation between the study subjects’ self-efficacy, resilience, social support and drinking motivation, self-efficacy showed a significantly positive correlation with resilience (r=.262, p<.001) and drinking motivation (r=.211, p<.001), while resilience showed a significantly positive correlation with social support (r=.589, p<.001). The factors influencing the motivation to drink included the frequency of drinking and self-efficacy, and the explanation power of these factors was 20.4%. Nursing students suffer from stress due to the tension of practicing in a clinical field that deals with human life and the intensive nature of the education they receive regarding vital medical theories. Accordingly, there is an underlying and inherent tendency to consume alcohol to cope with occupational stress. In order to address this issue, it is necessary to prepare various support systems and programs including small group meetings for establishing a correct drinking culture and promoting reduction in alcohol consumption. In addition, various follow-up studies are needed.
