연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 한국장애인고용공단에서 진행한 2021년 시각중복발달장애인 특별과정프로그램의 효과성을 확인하고자 함이다. 연구방법: 전국 6개 지역에서 진로직업교육 특별과정을 진행하였고, 프로그램에 참여한 시각중복발달장애인 30명, 프로그램 실무자 12명을 대상으로 설문조사와 FGI를 수행하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 프로그램에 참여한 시각중복발달장애인의 프로그램 만족도는 3점 중 2.81점으로 나타났으며, 지역별 차이를 보이지 않았다. 둘째, 시각중복발달장애인을 대상으로 진로직업인식의 변화를 조사한 결과 통계적으로 유의한 변화를 보였다. 셋째, 직업체험을 통한직업군에 대한 선호도 변화 결과 사무행정보조와 바리스타 업무를 특히 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 실무자를 대상으로 FGI를 한 결과, 본 프로그램이 시각중복발달장애인을 대상으로 진로직업교육을 한 첫 시도라는 점, 진로에 대한 인식의 변화와 현장 중심의 다양한 직업체험을 할 수있었다는 점에서 긍정적인 평가를 보였으나 운영의 어려움 등의 의견을 보였다. 결론 또는 시사점: 시각중복발달장애인을 대상으로 이론과 실천을 병행한 프로그램의 효과를 검증함으로써 시각중복발달장애인의 직업훈련 가능성을 확인하는 근거가 되었다.

Purpose: The Purpose of the study is to verify the effectiveness of special program which was carried out at Korea Employment Agency for People with Disabilities in 2021 for people with visual impairment and developmental disabilities. Method: The special course was carried out in 6 regions throughout the country, and survey and FGI were conducted among 30 people with visual impairment and developmental disabilities as well as 12 staffs in charge of the program. Results: First, the grade of program satisfaction for people with visual impairment and developmental disabilities who attended the course was 2.81 out of 3, and showed no statistically meaningful difference among regions. Second, change in career and vocational awareness targetting people with visual impairment and developmental disabilities was statistically meaningful. Third, change in preferences after job shadowing showed that administrative support and barista were especially preferred. Last, the result of the FGI with staffs revealed that there were positive factors to the program such as it being the first attempt at career, vocational education targetting people with multiple disabilities and it inducing change in vacational awareness and allowing various job shadowing. Opinions on hardships regrading course management was also suggested. Conclusion: The study serves as the basis for affirming the possibility of vocational education for people with multiple, developmental disabilities by verifying the effectiveness of program which combines the theory and practice targetting people with multiple disabilities.
