浸出液의 種類別 土壤中 Cd, Zn, Pb의 浸出性 및 이들 重金屬과 土壤特性과의 關係를 究明코자 廢亞鉛鑛山地域의 隣近畓에서 採取한 土壤試料 84點을 使用하여 0.1M-鹽酸, 0.1M-室酸, 0.001M-ED TA 및 0.1M-修酸암모늄等 4種의 浸出液을 比較分析한 結果 浸出程度는 0.1 M HCl≥0.1 M-HNO₃>0.001 M-2Na EDTA>0.1 M NH₄-oxalate順이였으며 浸出液의 pH가 낮을수록 浸出力이 강하였다. 또 浸出液間 및 全含量과 浸出液性 重金屬 含量間에는 高度의 回歸關係가 成立되었으나 浸出力이 극히 낮은 0.1 M-NH₄-oxalate는 重金屬 汚染量 식은 土壤에 對한 作物의 汚染程度推定을 目的으로 土壤을 分析할 경우 適用하기에는 不適合할 것으로 생각되었다. 土壤中 Cd, Zn 및 Pb는 土壤의 pH와 正의 相關關係를 가지나 土壤有機物과 CEC와는 地域間에 서로 相反되는 相關關係를 보였으며 陽이온중 Mg만이 有意性 있는 負의 相關關係를 나타냈다.

In order to characterize relationship between accumulation of cadmium, zinc and lead in soil and soil chemical properties and also to choose a suitable soil extractant for estimation of these heavy metal contents in brown rice from analysis data of contaminated soils, four extractants-0.1 M HCl, 0.1 M HNO₃, 0.1 M NH₄-oxalate, 0.001 M 2Na-EDTA, were compared by analyzing 84 soil samples collected from paddy fields adjacent to five zinc-mining sites. Contents of Cd, and Pb in soil increased with Zn content and those of three elements were found to be much higher in surface soil (0∼15 ㎝) than subsurface soil (15∼30 ㎝). Contents of these elements in soil were positively correlated with soil pH, but its correlation between extractable heavy metal content and organic matter or CEC varied from region to region. These three elements were negatively correlated with Mg content of soils. The extractability of the metals was in the order 0.1 M HCl≥0.1 M HNO₃>0.001 M 2Na-EDTA>0.1 M NH₄-oxalate.
