This experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of blood collection interval on the blood pictures of six Korean native male goats of 6 to 7 months of age. Blood samples were collected from the jugular veins of the animals at an interval of 0, 1, 2, 4, 8, 24 and 48 hours The results obtained were summarized as follows; Erythrocytes counts, hemoglobin volume, corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin volume, mean corpuscular volume, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, total leukocyte counts, differential leukocyte counts, total serum protein, serum albumin, serum globulin, albumin/globulin ratio and blood glucose were not significantly affected by the blood collection intervals.
