This experiment was carried out to develop freeing method for frozen boar semon. This experiment was conducted to find mere effective cooling time, dilution temperature equilibration time and freezing method of frozen boar semen. The results were as follows: 1. The following diluent is reccmmended. $lt;이미지 생략$gt; 1) 1st diluent $lt;이미지 생략$gt; 2) 2nd diluent $lt;이미지 생략$gt; Sperm motility after thawing was about A(○) 60% 2. The 1st and 2nd diluent gave good protection to spermatozoa against cold shock in the cooling process from 15℃ to 5℃. 3. Cooling time from 30℃ to 5℃ was suitable for 7 hrs in the cooling process. 4. The 1st dilution temperature was suitable at 35℃∼25℃ and 2nd at 15℃. 5. Containing glycerol in a diluent can be increase good protection to semen against cold shock is the cooling process.
