This experiment was studied on the development of follicle in rabbits treated with PMS. Fifty-five mature Japanese white species which weight were about 1.7 ㎏ were used. The mothod of treatment in this experiment were these that injecting (substance injection) with PMS (40-250IU/day) for four or five days and once Estrogen(2000-8000IU) during the time injecting with PMS and injecting with HCG(50-250IU) after 48 hrs in the intravenous. The results are as follows. Generally the rarer the follicle, the more numerous the blood follicle and the inure numerous the follicle, the rarer the blood follicle. And the rarer the follicle, the more numerous the ovulation point. The method of hormone treatment obtained the best results is injection of Estrogen 2000IU on the 1st day of the time treating with PMS (50 IU×5 days) and injection of HCG 250 IU.
