This study was conducted to find out the applicability of L.T.L.T Pasteurization which is tile current standard as a process of market milk to the raw milk produced in Taejon area. Followings are the results: 1. The Total bacterial counts of raw milk were 7,898,000±1,038/㎖ and the Coliforms were counted 43.460±620/㎖. 2. The Total bacterial numbers of pasteurized milk were counted 10.000/㎖ by the process of 63℃ for 30∼45 minutes, and 2.200/㎖ by the process of 75℃ for 15 minutes. 3. The conforms were completely disappeared in both milk which processed by the 63℃ for 30∼45 minutes and processed by the 75℃ for 15 minutes.
