These studies were conducted in order to determine the anti-septic effects of Hydrogen peroxide solutions on the goat`s milk. These results were as follows; 1) Normal acidity were maintained for 9 hours on the samples added with 0.001 percent Hydrogen peroxide solution, and for 12 hours with above percent solution. 2) Hydrogen peroxide in the samples were disappeared immediately after adding 0.001 percent solution and after an hours adding 0.005 percent solution, But were not disappeared after 3 hours adding above percent solution. 3) Normal number of the Bacteria were contained for 9 hours on the samples added with 0.005 percent Hydrogen peroxide solution. 4) Normal flavor of the goat`s milk were maintained on the samples added with 0.005 percent Hdrogen peroxide solution, But it is difficult to drink the samples added with above 0.05 percent solution. 5) The components of the goat`s milk were hardly any changed on the samples added with 0.005 Hydrogen peroxide percent solution.
