Abstract

Oxidations products of α-tocopherol, γ-tocopherol and γ-tocotrienol in lipophilic reaction media were studied. α-Tocopherylquinone, γ-tocopherylquinone and γ-tocotrienylquinone were fractionated using micro column, isolated and identified by HPLC and MS.
