Abstract

실온의 25%(v/v) dioxane 중성 수용액(pH4.0-10.0) 속에서 살충성 Phoxim의 가수분해 반응을 속도론적으로 연구한 결과, pH-rate profile, solvent effect(m=0.12, n=0.5 및 Extend Grunwald-Winstein eq. : logk = -2.465 N + 0.2189Y - 8.620, l≫m), general base catalysis 및 product analysis와 EHT method에 의한 분자궤도 (MO) 함수 계산으로부터 Phoxim의 가수분해 반응은 물 분자의 친핵 첨가반응에 의하여 tetrahedral intermediate를 경유하는 친핵성 첨가-제거 반응(Ad_N _E) 메카니즘으로 진행됨을 제안하였으며 중성용액에서 반감기(t_(1/2))는 약 200일로 난분해성이었다.
