To establish the bioassay system not only for brassinasteroids and auxins but also for growth retardants with the lamina joints of rice, excellent domestic cultivars were selected and affectable factors, condition of test material, pH, temperature, concentration of test solution, coexisting metallic ions and combination with growth regulators, on the assay system were discussed.
