본 연구의 목적은 장애 진단 초기 영유아 부모를 위한 가족맞춤형 양육코칭 프로그램 내용 체계의 구조적 타당성을 델파이 기법을 통해 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 유아특수교육 교수 및 박사, 치료전문가, 양육코칭 관련 전문가 패널을 대상으로 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 델파이 조사 과정에서는 프로그램의 핵심 역량, 하위 역량, 코칭 영역 및 주제 간 위계와 구조의 적절성을 중심으로 전문가 합의를 도출하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 전문가 합의를 통해 도출된 가족맞춤형 양육코칭 프로그램의 내용 체계는 구조적으로 타당한 것으로 확인되었다. 1차, 2차, 3차 델파이 조사를 거치며 핵심 역량-하위 역량-코칭 영역-코칭 주제로 이어지는 위계 구조가 안정적으로 합의되었으며, 모듈 이동, 통합, 수정 과정을 통해 내용 체계의 논리성과 일관성이 확보되었다. 둘째, 최종 확정된 가족맞춤형 양육코칭 프로그램은 공통으로 제공되어야 할 부모 지원 내용과 가족 특성에 따라 조정 가능한 실천 내용으로 구분한 구조로 구성되었다. 이러한 내용체계는 진단 초기 부모의 정서적 지원, 정보 이해, 실행 역량 강화를 단계적으로 지원할 수 있는 구조로 제시되었다. 본 연구는 장애 진단 초기 영유아 부모를 위한 양육코칭 프로그램의 내용 체계를 델파이 기법을 통해 타당화 하였다는 점에서 의의를 지니며, 향후 장애 진단 초기 영유아 부모 지원 프로그램 개발과 현장적용을 위한 기초 자료를 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a modular family-specific parenting coaching program for parents of infants and toddlers in the early stages of diagnosis of disability, and to verify the structural validity of the content system through the Delphi technique. To this end, a draft parenting coaching program was constructed based on a survey of parents’ needs in the early stages of diagnosis and the analysis of previous research literature, and three Delphi surveys were conducted on a panel of experts related to early childhood special education and parenting coaching. Expert consensus was reached during the Delphi investigation process, focusing on the program’s core competencies, sub-competencies, coaching areas, and the appropriateness of the hierarchy and structure between subjects. The results of the study are as follows. First, it was confirmed that the content system of the modular family-specific parenting coaching program derived through expert agreement was structurally valid. Through the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Delphi surveys, the hierarchical structure leading to the core competency-sub-competency-coaching area-coaching topic was stably agreed, and the logic and consistency of the content system were secured through the module movement, integration, and revision process. Second, the finally confirmed modular family-specific parenting coaching program was structured to classify the content of parental support to be provided in common and the content of practice that can be adjusted according to family characteristics. This content system was proposed as a structure that can support parents’ emotional support, information understanding, and execution capabilities in stages in the early stages of diagnosis. This study is significant in that it systematically validated the content system of the parenting coaching program for parents of infants and toddlers in the early stages of diagnosis of disability through the Delphi technique, and it is expected to provide basic data for the development of parental support programs and field application in the future.
