최근 한국 사회에서 취업난이 심화되고 이직에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라, ‘이력서 작성’은 단발적인 활동을 넘어 지속적으로 관리해야 할 핵심 과업으로 부상하고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 대표 구인·구직 플랫폼인 잡코리아(2000년설립)와 원티드(2015년 출범)를 대상으로, 이력서 작성 과정에서의 사용자 경험(UX)을 비교·분석하여 양 플랫폼 간의 질적 차이를 규명하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법으로는 구글 서베이를 통해 각 플랫폼의 시스템 사용성 척도(SUS), 참여 경험, 만족도를 측정하였으며, UX 전문가 5인을 대상으로 Jakob Nielsen의 10가지 휴리스틱 원칙에 기반한 평가를 병행하였다. 분석 결과, 두 플랫폼은 사용자 경험 측면에서 유의미한 차이를 보였으며, 이를 바탕으로 플랫폼별 강점과 사용자 그룹별 선호 요인을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 구인·구직 플랫폼의 사용자 중심 설계 및 UX 개선을 위한 실질적인 시사점을 제공하며, 향후 관련 후속 연구의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

As job market challenges intensify and interest in career transitions grows in South Korea, resume writing has emerged as a core task requiring continuous management. This study aims to identify qualitative differences in user experience (UX) during the resume creation process between two major domestic job platforms: JobKorea, a traditional platform established in 2000, and Wanted, a newer platform launched in 2015. The research employed a Google Survey to assess each platform’s System Usability Scale (SUS), user engagement, and satisfaction. Additionally, five UX experts conducted heuristic evaluations based on Jakob Nielsen’s ten usability heuristics. The findings revealed significant qualitative differences between the two platforms, highlighting their respective strengths and user group preferences. This study offers practical implications for enhancing UX design in job-matching platforms and provides a foundation for future research in the field.
