본 논문은 범어사에 소장되어 있는 1899년 팔만대장경 인경본의 이운과 그 영향을 파악하기 위해 작성되었다. 범어사는 통일신라시기 창건되어, 조선말 이후 선풍을 일으켜 지금에 이르고 있다. 범어사는 조선말 각종 선원의 창설하여 선풍을 새롭게 진작하였고 이러한 분위기는 식민지시기 민족운동의 한 배경이 되었다. 범어사에는 다수의 불교 전적이 소장되어 있고 이 가운데에는 팔만대장경 인경본 일부도 포함되어 있다. 범어사 소장 팔만대장경 인경본 가운데에는 1899년 대한제국이 인경한 인경본이 포함되어 있다. 이 인경본은 1899년 범어사에 머무르던 경허와 범어사 승려들이 해인사를 방문해 받아 온 것이다. 1899년 당시 각 사찰은 팔만대장경을 이운하기 위해 소속 승려들을 해인사에 파견하였다. 범어사도 해인사에 승려를 파견하였고 경허 역시 그들과 함께 해인사를 찾았다. 경허는 해인사에서 수선결사를 주도하였고 이후 해인사와 범어사는 승려들 사이에 교류가 빈번해졌다. 이러한 교류의 흔적이 해인사 사간판전 소장 『초심발심자경멸의경』의 인출이었다. 범어사 극락암 칠성계원들은 이 경전을 인출하였는데, 이는 이 시기 해인사와 범어사의 교류를 보여주는 사례로 판단된다.

This paper was written to understand the transportation of the Tripitaka Koreana printing book in 1899 to Beomeosa Temple and its influence. Beomeosa Temple was founded during the Unified Silla period and has been creating a Seon(禪) movement since the end of the Joseon Dynasty. Beomeosa Temple has created various Seon(禪) schools in the end of the Joseon Dynasty and has been promoting Seon(禪) movement ever since. This atmosphere has become a background for the national movement during the colonial period. Beomeosa Temple many Buddhist scriptures, and among them are many Tripitaka Koreana printing book copies. Among the Tripitaka Koreana copies in the Beomeosa Temple collection, there is a copy printed by the Korean Empire in 1899. In 1899, each temple dispatched its monks to Haeinsa Temple to transport the Tripitaka Koreana to their temple. Beomeosa Temple dispatched monks to Haeinsa Temple, and Gyeongheo also visited Haeinsa Temple with them. Gyeongheo led the Suseongyeolsa at Haeinsa, and after that, there was frequent exchange between the monks of Haeinsa and Beomeosa. A trace of this exchange was the printing of the 『Chosimbalsimjagyeongmyeolui Gyeong』 stored in the Haeinsa Saganpanjeon. The Chilseonggyewon of Geukrakam Hermitage of Beomeosa printed this sutra, which is considered to be an example of exchange between Haeinsa and Beomeosa during this period.
