본 연구는 코레오그래피 전공생의 성취목표성향과 성장마인드셋이 무용정서표현성에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 규명하고자 서울시 소재 대학교와 평생교육원에 재학 중인 코레오그래피 전공생 332명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이후 SPSS와 SmartPLS 통계분석 프로그램으로 수집한 데이터 상의 핵심 변수 간 인과관계를 검정하였으며, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 자아목표성향은 무용정서표현성의 모든 하위요인에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 과제목표성향은 표현충동에만 영향을 미쳤다. 성장마인드셋은 과제지향 수행태도와 회복탄력성이 주요 영향 요인으로 나타났으며, 지능신념과 재능신념은 대부분 요인에서 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다.
The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the effects of achievement goal orientation and growth mindset of choreography majors on dance emotional expressiveness. To achieve this purpose, a survey was conducted on 332 choreography majors enrolled in some universities and lifelong education centers in Seoul. Afterwards, SPSS and SmartPLS statistical analysis programs were used to test the causality between the key variables in the collected data, and Structural Equation Model Analysis was conducted accordingly. As a result, ego-oriented goal had a positive (+) effect on all sub-factors of dance emotional expressiveness, while task-oriented goal only influenced expressive impulse. Growth mindset was primarily affected by process-oriented performance attitude and resilience, whereas intelligent belief and talent belief did not show significant effects on most factors. Therefore, it is necessary to implement strategies that enhance expressive impulse by presenting tasks that encourage continuous effort and to improve dance emotional expressiveness through external activities beyond the given tasks. Additionally, the findings highlight the importance of fostering an encouraging educational environment to strengthen growth mindset.
