본 연구는 디지털 성폭력의 위협에 노출되기 쉬운 지적장애학생을 대상으로 디지털성폭력예방교육 프로그램이 성지식과 성태도에 미치는 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전라북도 소재 특수학교에 재학 중인 지적장애 중학생 5명을 대상으로 총 8회기의 디지털성폭력예방교육을 실시하고 사전·사후 성지식 및 성태도 검사를 통해 프로그램의 효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 디지털성폭력 예방교육 프로그램은 지적장애학생의 성지식 향상에 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 성지식의 하위 영역인 신체 및 심리발달, 인간관계 이해, 성문화 및 성윤리 영역 모두에서 유의한 점수 향상이 관찰되었다. 성태도 측면에서도 전체 점수의 유의미한 향상이 있었으며, 특히 자신의 성 정체성과 신체 변화에 대한 태도에서 유의미한 개선이 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 디지털 환경에 적합한 성교육 콘텐츠의 개발과 적용이 지적장애학생의 성지식 증진과 성태도 개선에 효과적임을 보여준다. 특히 디지털 매체를 활용한 교수전략은 학습자의 흥미를 유발하고 추상적 개념에 대한 이해를 높이는 데 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 특수교육 현장에서 실질적으로 활용 가능한 디지털 성폭력예방교육 프로그램의 구성과 효과를 실증적으로 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study aimed to examine the effects of a digital sexual violence prevention education program on sexual knowledge and attitudes among students with intellectual disabilities, who are vulnerable to the threat of digital sexual violence. To achieve this, five middle school students with intellectual disabilities attending a special school in Jeollabuk-do received eight sessions of digital sexual violence prevention education. The program's effectiveness was analyzed through pre- and post-test sexual knowledge and attitude assessments. The results showed that the digital sexual violence prevention education program significantly improved the sexual knowledge of students with intellectual disabilities. Significant improvements were observed in all subdomains of sexual knowledge, including physical and psychological development, understanding of interpersonal relationships, and sexual culture and ethics. Significant improvements were also observed in overall sexual attitude scores, particularly in attitudes toward sexual identity and bodily changes. These results demonstrate that developing and implementing sex education content appropriate for the digital environment is effective in enhancing sexual knowledge and attitudes in students with intellectual disabilities. In particular, teaching strategies utilizing digital media positively stimulated learners' interest and enhanced their understanding of abstract concepts. This study is significant in that it empiric ally presents the composition and effectiveness of a digital sexual violence prevention education program that can be practically applied within special education settings.
