본 연구는 초등학교 자녀를 둔 부모의 그릿이 부모역할만족에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 양육효능감의 매개효과를 분석하고, 이를 통해 자녀의 건강한 발달을 지원할 수 있는 부모역할만족 향상을 위한 부모교육 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 초등학생 자녀를 둔 부모 202명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 22.0과 PROCESS Macro Model 4를 활용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 매개분석을 수행하였고, AMOS 26.0을 통해 측정모형의 적합도를 검증하였다. 첫째, 부모그릿, 양육효능감, 부모역할만족 간에는 모두 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 부모그릿의 하위요인인 흥미유지, 노력지속, 상황적응은 부모역할만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 부모그릿과 부모역할만족 간의 관계에서 양육효능감은 유의한 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 부모의 그릿이 양육효능감을 통해 부모역할만족을 증진시키는 구조적 경로를 실증적으로 확인한 것으로, 부모의 긍정적 양육 역량 강화를 위한 부모교육 및 상담 현장의 실천적 개입 전략 수립에 기초자료를 제공할 수 있음을 시사한다.

This study examined the mediating effect of parenting self-efficacy on the relationship between parental grit and parental role satisfaction among parents of elementary school children. A total of 202 parents participated in a survey, and the collected data were analyzed using IBM　SPSS 22.0 and PROCESS Macro Model 4 for descriptive, correlational, and mediation analysis. The measurement model’s goodness-of-fit was evaluated through AMOS 26.0. First, significant positive correlations were found among parental grit, parenting self-efficacy, and role satisfaction. Second, subcomponents of grit―consistency of interest, perseverance of effort, and situational adaptability―had positive effects on role satisfaction. Third, parenting self-efficacy significantly mediated the relationship between parental grit and role satisfaction. These results empirically demonstrate the structural path through which parental grit enhances role satisfaction via parenting self-efficacy and provide foundational data for designing practical parent education and counseling interventions.
