본 연구는 초등학교 1, 2학년 늘봄학교 아동을 대상으로 그림책 기반 음악중심 예술융합교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 대상은 S시 소재 초등 늘봄학교에서 연구에 동의한 1, 2학년 아동 68명이며, 이 중 설문에 불성실하게 응답한 12명을 제외한 56명(남아 30명, 여아 26명)의 자료를 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 2024년 9월 2일부터 2025년 2월 12일까지 그림책 기반 음악중심 예술융합교육 프로그램을 주 1회, 회기당 40분씩 총 40차시에 걸쳐 프로그램이 적용되었다. 프로그램의 효과성 검증을 위해 아동의 또래유능성 변화를 측정하였으며, SPSS 28.0 프로그램을 활용해 사전-사후 차이에 대한 대응표본 t검정을 실시하였다. 이에 따른 연구 결과, 또래유능성의 하위요소인 사교성, 친사회성, 주도성 모두에서 통계적으로 유의미한 향상이 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 그림책 기반 음악중심 예술융합교육 프로그램이 학령기 초기 아동의 또래 유능성 향상에 효과적임을 보여주며, 늘봄학교를 비롯한 다양한 돌봄 및 교육 현장에서 유용하게 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

The purpose of this study was to develop and test the effectiveness of a picture book-based music-oriented arts convergence education program for children in the first and second grades of an Neulboom school. The subjects of the study were 68 children in the first and second grades who agreed to participate in the study at an elementary school in S city, and 56 children (26 girls and 30 boys) were used for the final analysis, excluding 12 who responded to the questionnaire dishonestly. From September 2, 2024 to February 12, 2025, the picture book-based, music-centered arts integration education program was applied once a week for 40 minutes per session for a total of 40 sessions. To verify the effectiveness of the program, changes in children's peer competence were measured, and a paired-sample t-test was conducted for pre- and post-test differences using SPSS 28.0. The results of the study showed statistically significant improvements in all subcomponents of peer competence: sociability, prosociality, and initiative. These results show that the picture book-based music-based arts-integrated education program is effective in improving peer competence in early school-age children and suggest that it can be used in various care and education settings, including Neulboom school.
