This study focuses on the hair loss symptom relief shampoo that is the most used among hair products, aims to identify the perception of hair loss symptom relief shampoo and the usage status, satisfaction based on it. The results of the study on ‘Usage Status and Satisfaction Based on Perception of Hair Loss Symptom Relief Shampoo’ are as follows. First, perception of hair loss symptom relief shampoos has increased not only among middle-aged and older men, but also among women and the younger generation. Second, higher perception is associated with greater use of shampoos tailored to scalp anti-aging and specific scalp/hair types, indicating a preference for more specialized functional products. Third, perception factors such as scalp anti-aging, strong cleansing power, hair damage improvement, and hair root strengthening positively influence user satisfaction. These findings suggest the need for further development of segmented, ingredient-specific shampoos that address diverse scalp and hair conditions.
