본 연구는 Crucial Cs 척도 개발의 기초단계로서 관련 문헌 및 척도를 고찰하여 초기 문항을 구성하고, 전문가를 대상으로 델파이 조사를 시행하여 문항구성의 적절성 및 타당성을 검증하는 데 연구 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내외 선행연구에서 보고된 Crucial Cs 관련 문항들을 기반으로 총 68개의 초기 문항을 구성하였다. 이후 전문가 10인을 패널로 구성하여, 총 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사 과정을 실시하였다. 각 조사 단계에서는 문항별 내용 타당도 비율(Content Validity Ratio, CVR) 및 변동계수(Coefficient of Variation, CV)를 산출하여 문항의 적절성과 일관성을 검토하였다. 그리고 타당도 기준을 충족하지 못하거나 전문가 간 합의가 낮은 문항은 삭제 또는 수정하였다. 그 결과, 총 46개의 문항이 최종적으로 채택되었다. 이는 향후 아들러 이론 연구 및 개인의 심리적 성장을 위한 실제 활용에서 개인의 생활양식을 심층적으로 이해하고 평가하기 위한 심리 평가 도구로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study was to construct initial items by reviewing related literature and scales as a basic step in the development of the Crucial Cs scale, and to verify the appropriateness and validity of the item composition by conducting a Delphi survey of experts. To achieve this purpose, 68 preliminary items were initially constructed based on a comprehensive review of domestic and international studies that had explored constructs related to the Crucial Cs. Following this, a Delphi study was conducted across three rounds with a panel comprising 10 experts. In each round, the content validity ratio (CVR) and coefficient of variation (CV) were calculated for each item to evaluate their appropriateness and consistency. Items that failed to meet the established validity criteria or demonstrated low levels of expert agreement were either revised or eliminated. As a result of this process, a total of 46 items were finalized. The finalized scale is expected to serve as a valuable psychological assessment tool, facilitating a deeper understanding and evaluation of individuals’ lifestyles in both future research based on Adlerian theory and practical applications aimed at fostering psychological growth.
