현대의 사용자 경험 디자인은 데이터, 인공지능, 포용성, 비즈니스 전략, 인터랙션, 심미성, 기술 통합, 사용자 심리학 등 다양한 요소를 포괄하는 복합적 접근으로 진화하고 있다. 그러나 기존 UX 모델은 특정 요소에 편중되어 여러 설계 요소 간 유기적 관계를 충분히 반영하지 못하는 한계가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 UX 설계를 총체적으로 접근할 수 있는 새로운 프레임워크로서 “UX 컨스텔레이션 모델(UX Constellation Model)”을 제안한다. 본 모델은 UX의 핵심 요소들이 별자리(constellation)처럼 유기적으로 연결되어 상호작용한다는 개념에 기반하며, 디자이너가 각 요소 간의 관계를 직관적으로 이해하고 통합적으로 설계할 수 있도록 돕기 위해 '컨스텔레이션'이라는 명칭을 사용하였다. 정성적 연구(전문가 인터뷰, 사례 분석)와 정량적 연구(설문조사, A/B 테스트)를 병행한 결과, 사용자 참여율, 전환율, UX 만족도에서 유의미한 향상이 나타났다. 특히 데이터 기반 설계, AI 기반 최적화, 포용적 UX 접근, 비즈니스 전략 연계가 UX 성과 개선에 크게 기여함을 입증하였다. 본 연구는 UX 컨스텔레이션 모델이 새로운 표준 UX 설계 모델로 활용될 수 있음을 제안하며, 실무 적용을 위한 가이드라인을 제시한다. 향후에는 산업별 사례 연구, 머신러닝 기반 UX 최적화 기법, UX 요소간 정량적 상관관계 분석 등을 통해 모델의 확장 가능성과 실효성을 더욱 구체적으로 검증할 필요가 있다.

This study proposes the UX Constellation Model, a holistic framework for UX design that reflects the interrelated nature of elements such as data, AI, inclusivity, business strategy, interaction, aesthetics, technology integration, and user psychology. Unlike conventional models focused on individual components, the Constellation Model visualizes UX elements as an interconnected system―like stars in a constellation―allowing designers to grasp their relationships intuitively. Mixed-method research, including expert interviews, case studies, surveys, and A/B testing, showed significant improvements in user engagement, conversion rates, and satisfaction. Key drivers of these outcomes included data-driven strategies, AI optimization, inclusive design, and business alignment. The study presents the UX Constellation Model as a potential new standard in UX design and recommends further validation through industry applications and quantitative analysis of inter-element dynamics.
