연구목적: 본 연구는 영유아교사의 공감능력과 의사소통능력이 교사-부모 파트너십에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 교사-부모 간의 원활하고 협력적인 교육 공동체로서의 역할을 증진하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 방법: 본 연구의 대상은 B시에 재직하고 있는 영유아교사 205명을 대상으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 자료 분석은 SPSS WIN 18.0프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계치와 상관계수, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 영유아교사의 공감능력 중 유아정서공감능력과 의사소통능력이 교사-부모 정보공유 파트너십에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 영유아교사의 표현공감능력과 의사소통능력이 교사-부모 정보추구파트너십에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 영유아교사의 표현공감능력과 의사소통능력이 교사-부모 상호관계파트너십에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구는 영유아의 정서와 표현에 적극적으로 공감할 수 있고, 원활한 의사소통능력을 통해 신뢰로운 교육공동체의 역할로서 부모와의 협력적 파트너십을 증진할 수 있는 다양한 교사 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요함을 시사한다.

Objectives: This study analyzed the impact of early childhood teachers' empathy and communication competence on teacher-parent partnerships and provides basic data to promote the role of cooperative educational community between teachers and parents. Methods: The subjects of this study were 205 early childhood teachers working in B city. Data analysis for this study included descriptive statistics, correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS WIN 18.0 program. Results: Among the empathy competence of early childhood teachers, emotional empathy and communication competence were found to have a significant positive effect on the teacher parent information sharing partnership. Additionally, expressive empathy and communication competence were shown to have a significant positive effect on the teacher parent information seeking partnership. Furthermore, expressive empathy and communication competence also had a significant positive effect on the teacher parent reciprocal relationship partnership. Conclusions: Improving the empathy competence of early childhood teachers and smooth communication between teachers and parents suggests that cooperation between teachers and parents can be improved by better understanding each other's perspectives.
